BEWARE!!!! NO# FOR OWNER OR WAY TO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!I wish I could put up pictures I took. Where do I start if you want clean cloths than I will suggest you to make sure YOU clean out the washing machines before washing your cloths. I had half of my load came out with out being clean and 2 of the shirts had some real nasty stuff on it that wasnt from our dirty cloths. NOT only that but I went outside for 10 mins. Just to find other peoples shirts in my dryer of course I didnt know that until I started to hang and fold ours loads. Did I mention that there is a on-site attendant. NASTY ESTABLISHMENT!

My wife went in there to wash a couple of king size comforters and only took with her money to wash them but didn’t realize how expensive it was and didn’t have enough to dry them. The lady that worked there that night offered her the quarters to dry them. In these days and times we don’t see that kind of service hardly anymore and when it does happen it’s so eye opening to know that there really are good people out there that are willing to help others. Chelsea should be commended for her heart and care for the customers that patronage this place. We will refer any and all people Southside laundry this place is the best ❤️

Very clean laundromat and very good prices on washers and dryers. Would definitely go back to this place.

I have only been to this facility twice and both times I wad very pleased. The staff are so nice and helpful. The establishment is kept very clean. I will continue to use this laundromat until we decide on a washer and dryer set to purchase. I highly recommend this laundromat!!!

They need to get on their game. All of the employees wear their masks under nose or under chin! And clean more. These younger girls in there now do not clean the place and spend their whole shift smoking cigarettes in the doorway! Yuck!!!

My comforter went in the dryer white and came out half white half black. I washed it by itself.

Although it stays busy I have never had an issue there.

Great place, very clean, well maintained machines, I was in the area for 3 months staying at a hotel, I preferred doing laundry at Southside Laundry versus hotel. Highly recommend

The attendant was rude. I parked on the street. So before I unloaded my laundry I wanted to make sure I was in an OK to park spot. Attendant told me he was not the traffic guy. I dont know would have been a lot nicer. So I left and went to Highlander Center where the parking was abundant and easy. And the attendant was extremely nice.

The people who work there are amazing so nice and helpful I appreciate them very much 💞

I drive a truck from the Georgetown area and Im in here every Sunday. Ive seen some really bad places before and this isnt one of them. Sarah keeps the place clean, running smoothly, she keeps vagrants out, and is always nice, respectful, and helpful with any questions. Sarah and her helper is the reason I dont go anywhere else.

Its been a long time since Ive been there, because I have my own machines now. However, I did laundry there for about 3 years. There are a few parking spaces next to the building, and street parking. The lot is shared by other businesses as well. Most of the time I never had to wait on machines, although there are times I had to, but that is expected. My clothes have always been good and clean when finished. I have seen the employees sweep inside a few times to try to keep the place clean. This review is based on what I have seen and my personal experience there. Please like and share. scott-

Kindest staff Ive ever met. The place is a little grimy but my wash was perfect. The staff is amazing people and its perfect for those who lack a washer and dryer. It was almost regret to get a washer and dryer because I missed out on the people here.

Price isnt bad. Place is pretty clean. Dont have any complaints

I been coming for years.. everybody does great customer service.. except today theres a new guy that he is really in a bad mood.. if he just doesnt want to work and have great customer service he should look for another job.

Im sitting here now drying some clothes, theres a lady working here Ive never seen before turning customers away before the cutoff time, and being very belligerent with some of them. Its making some of us pretty uncomfortable.

The place was pretty crowded. The washer machines were very dirty including old detergent residues, mildew and pet hair. Not a pleasant visit at all.

I guess it depends on who you talk to.. The one lady was rude to me..she was the manager and was just unprofessional.. Following me out of the store instigating an argument over her machines. Smh
