Horrible unsafe place!!! I went to the laundromat thinking it would make my job easier then having to wash all the comforters at home, but it ended up making it more difficult. Most of the washers machines dont work. I had 2 big machines who couldnt even get water due to the clogged power soap no one ever cleaned,and one didnt even spin at all. The place is an accident waiting to happen,it looks unsafe and the employees or owner do not care. I called management multiple times and no one ever answered or called back. There was water in many parts of the floor, the vents are falling, super dirty and the dryers do not work,it just keeps taking your quarter and no one is there to reimburse you. This was the worst laundrymat I have ever gone to.

The place needs work it has where and dryers that dont work they need fixed

Soap dispenser did not work correctly, two of the four washers I used did not work correctly, and one of the dryers that I used did not work. Place just rips you off and theres no attendant to help you. Loser business. I rarely give a bad review if you check my reviews but these folks have it coming.

Its an old laundromat. Most machines work and its relatively clean. The A/C cant keep up so it is pretty warm in there.

The machines work well, and the bathroom is clean and functional. There is comfortable seating. I agree with another reviewer that having a free wash day per month for those in need is highly respectable. I recommend this laundromat as an affordable and peaceful place to do your laundry.

Ladies were doing hair in the laundromat, last I checked it’s not a hair salon. So gross!!!! They just lost my business!!!!

Very real... people need to clean clothing and they have free washes on Thursdays the last Thursday of the month to help people that cant afford it even have clean clothesProof of Gods love thats undeniable

Its an older laundromat but it works for me. Never had any issues with any of the machines. Theyve never towed my car. Ive gone to grab a pizza next door but came right back to eat it at one of the couple of booths they have. The dryers are ALWAYS hot and I love it. For some reason I dont get that often at other places. I dont live in Georgetown, just here quite often. So I always try to bring a load with me and I always leave satisfied. Workers arent the friendliest but eh whatever. The owner did greet me when he was opening once. Oh and they do have wifi.

Cheap, fast and easy! There was a wait for the use of a table and cart but who cares if everything else is a breeze.

Clean, good wifi connection, walking distance to cheap pizza and has booths to sit and eat. They also offer a free day to wash for those in need. Very honorable.

Clean and affordable. Free WiFi to keep you busy while you wait and also cable if you want to pass time watching something. Theres always an attendant on duty and they are all really nice and helpful. Its also never to busy when we go so were able to get in and out on time. They also have snack and soda machines and games for kiddos to play.

I have to agree with Steven Main. The washing setup is fine, but being harassed by the tow truck driver (ASAP Towing) virtually every time I used the place, turned me away.I realize the parking in town can be challenging, but patrons should not be harassed every time they are there. The idiot asked me if it was my vehicle enough times, he should have known I was a customer!

Went to washatopia which was way overpacked. Came to u wash and was greeted with an awesome attendant that helped out a ton. He even gave us some fabric softener and made sure we were doing well the entire time. Always enjoy this place and love that its not super packed like the one down the road.

The the whole point of coming to the laundromat was so that my laundry could be done in HOT water. No hot water in any of my 6 loads despite the washer setting. I could have washed at home if I didn’t need hot water. When I spoke to the person working here she had no explaination and no remorse. This was a waste of my money and time away from my family.

Awful experience. Will not recommend. You can tell by the lack of cars in the parking lot and customers in the laundromat that it has a bad reputation. Also, why are you even trying to tow cars when there is no one in your parking lot?

Thieves lurk here and I am sure the owners know and turn a blind eye to it! I had my back to the washing machine just long enough to remove a blanket from the dryer. The machine had barely finished and when I turned around the door was open because I probably almost caught them. (One of the items stolen was my pajamas that match my daughters, and we wear them on Christmas eve.) Later I noticed several men that came inside in a large group then dispersed all around. They were eyeing some jackets I had on the rack, and consistently checking to see if I was there. Never do washing and drying at the same time because you cant even be 3 feet away for one minute!

Owner is working on upgrading interior. Very cold ac. Washers and dryers work great.

Towed my truck while my laundry was spinning in a dryer! I stepped across the street for 15 minutes for a taco from the taco stand. Cost me 250 dollars! Will be pursuing legal recourse.

I washed here because were I usually wash was closed for new years Day. The place was filthy things falling apart. To top it off damn washer stained all my daughters clothes. Ima stick to washtopia.
