I have been coming here for over a year. I have had nothing but the best experience. I have tried a few other places, but my nails would always break or the paint would chip. Vinces is consistent and long lasting. Their designs and creativity are amazing. They even gave me $10 off for my birthday. Love them.

I have been going to vince nails for over 2 years and I cant say enough wonderful things about them.. The ladies that have worked on my nails are truly talented.. Lynn who has done an amazing job with whatever design or idea I wanted for my nails. She has always exceeded all my expectations and my nails have looked better than I ever imagined.And just yesterday I had my nails done by Annie and she was amazing!  The attention to detail that she showed with each one of my nails, made them absolutely perfect!

Janet did gel polish for me. I like to put bows on my thumbs. I asked her to add more glue because they will catch on something and pop off if she doesn’t. She told me no and that it will be fine. Two days later one popped off. I went back in and she didn’t apologize and acted like it was my fault when she should have done what I asked her to in the first place, and an I’m sorry would have been nice. Won’t be back. I had a really good time here! My boyfriend, his sister, and I got pedicures and the service was amazing. All 3 of the technicians who worked on us were great and we had so much fun chatting with them. 10/10 recommend!

I walked into the salon at around 3:30pm. There was a customer checking out so I waited until she was done and then walked up to the counter. Person at the counter had already left to do something else so I waited a couple of minutes and then sat down. I sat in plain view, where I could be seen by anyone of the staff. I waited for 10 minutes and still was not acknowledge by anyone of the staff so I got up and left. This is totally not a way to treat a customer. I will never go back there again and giving them 1 star was one too many

The quality of the service is not worth the price they charge you. The shape of the nails are inconsistent and the tech behaved as if she did not know the an almond shape was. After several attempts to have it corrected it still wasn’t right and I had been there over 2 hours with her working on my nails. The nail tech was condescending as well. It was my first and last time ever going and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

The BEST pedicure Ive received in North Carolina this far! Rachel has hands of gold. She was very thorough and listened to what my desires were. I fell asleep quite a few times because the massage was just that heavenly. I will most definitely be returning.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon. I Had an older lady nail tech, she was nice but I feel like I was overcharged for subpar service. My nails are way too thick and lacked any kind of structure almost completely flat. I now have to find a place to get them done correctly. I wasted $50

The first time I went in to get my nails done they were amazing. The owner did amazing job where I came back to have it done again with the dip powder nails they are uneven! The color is amazing but the unevenness and different lengths of nails it looks terrible. My pedicure was done 45 minutes before my nails both of my big toes the polish is Smudge! For the amount that I paid and also tipped very well. I am Not impressed at all. Usually I would just deal with it. This was a Mother’s Day gift to myself.

Wonderful place, was going to get the dip again, but was advised about what can happen later with my nails I decided to change up and do gel powder overlay with gel nail paint and so happy I did! Had lasted way longer and no worry of my real nail becoming brittle at all! Ray to come back for my Fill in now!!!

Had my nails done. And was charged $55 for them and they’re way to WIDE and too long. I kept asking for them to be shortened and made more narrow. But I guess she didn’t understand me. I hate going to nail salons because no one ever understands my southern accent. And I always end up with bad results but I gave them a chance because they had good reviews. It’s impossible to type and I’m terrified of accidentally poking my baby because of my nails. Not to mention no cuticle oil. And my nail beds are dried and cracked from all the chemicals.

My nails look amazing, but my pedicure was ok, he didnt pay attention to detail, cuticles were not good and polish was ok.

Got us in quickly and everyone was very nice and professional. Would go back!

Love going to see Lynn for my nail needs. I always get compliments on my nails too. She is an artist! I make appointment so I don’t have to wait, but they seem to get to walk-ins fairly quickly.They go above and beyond for sanitation as well which I appreciate during the pandemic. Everyone at the salon is very friendly.I, like most people, I am very busy so I also appreciate how quick my appointments are without sacrificing any quality. As someone in the beauty industry, I recommend all my clients go here.

Great customer service & pricing

I’ve only been here twice, the first time they did amazing, but this last time was really disappointing. I got the sns dip powder and not only did the technician continuously try to talk me out of what I wanted (both times I went) but she messed up several times and she tried to go back and fix the mistakes, but failed to. The color is darker in certain spots and lighter in other spots, there are uneven chipped spots on my nails from where she tried to fix it. I really expected better quality for the amount of money that I had to pay and the amount of time that she she spent on my nails.

Took my daughters to get their nails done for some one on one time with them. The staff was very friendly and really nice to me and my daughters. They took their time with each one and did a great job. We will be coming back here for sure.

I like this salon a lot. The owners (husband and wife) are very nice. The wife did my nails, (pink & white ombre). They have a very big selection of colors (reg & gel). I only wish all the staff were as good as the others. Because my guest that also had her nails done, was not so happy with her nails and the tech that did them. Consistency, no matter which tech you get would change this to a 5 star.

Ive been doing my nails (acrylic, gels, dip) for 20 years and Ive been having them doing for just as long and I have *never* experienced such horrible results - even the first time I did my own dipped nails.I just moved to the area and was recommended to come here. not a single nail was the same shape, length or size. my hands were caked in remanemts of the dip he removed.Dont waste your time or money.I came home, unpacked my nail stuff and spent the next few hours removing the nails I just paid (and tipped) for and did them myself.*I have pictures I took as soon as I was in the car to show how bad they were.*yes I paid and tipped because he provided a service - a horrible and over priced one - but a service none the less.

I took my daughter to get her nails done for senior pictures and the female who did her nails did a great job but, the female that did my nails was so sloppy and my acrylic was lumpy and the polish and design she charged me $20.00 extra for nail art and it wasn’t what I wanted. They charged me $75.00 for a full set when I checked out for 2 full sets and 1 pedi they charged me $210.00. I feel like they are over priced or ripped me off.

Do great nails here for the natural. I love that you dont have to book an appointment like some of these other places around.

This place was really professional and a job well done on my end.I had been to five or six other nail salons around this one and Im finally glad that I came to this one not sure of the ladys name that did my nails and my toes yesterday but she was amazing this is my new nest line that I will come to every week or every two weeks I get my nails done on a regular and she will be the one that I want to do mine every time she was amazing and I want credit to go where credit is due thank you for making my experience a extremely pleasant memory!

I went in for a gel manicure with a friend, who also got a gel manicure. Within hours of leaving, both of our nails had started chipping and peeling... and we literally went to lunch and then back home. We weren’t doing anything crazy with our hands.I went in a less than a week later with another friend who wanted a pedicure. I mentioned that I had just been there a few days before and my nails were chipped, to which they did fix them.We then both got regular polish pedicures. THAT NIGHT, almost all of my toenails had chipped to nothing and my “fixed” nails were smudged and chipped again!! Bear in mind, I was doing NOTHING that should have led to chipping or damage whatsoever.The employees are all SUPER friendly, however this was the absolute worst quality mani/pedi I have ever gotten. Biggest waste of $100+ ever.I think two chances was more than enough of an opportunity for this place.

Eyebrows Always Perfect, done by ANY of them.

They charged me 100 for bleeding cuticles, inconsistent length, acrylic all older my fingers and cuticles that was not cleaned after. Took 2 hours for a really terrible job. Not happy. The price was not worth the product. 100 dollars is ridiculous. I wish I was able to post pictures!!!

Love this place Lynn and all the staff are great but I go to Lynn she does my designs just as I want them and takes her time and they use the best product ever!!!!!!

This place is real nice. They offer drinks while you get a pedicure. Candy and Thomas are the best. Candy speaks really good english and doesnt leave you with an awkward silence and Thomas rubs your feet like he enjoys it. Which is the best.I ask for them everytime!

The staff is extremely nice and super clean. The guy who did my nails did a great job.. that’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars. I am highly upset about their prices. They’re way too pricy. I’ve never paid $70 just for my toenails. Everywhere else charges $55 for the style that I want. They were super nice but I want be back again.

People are super nice, but I have never in my life had a nail tech THROW MY TOE NAILS in the water with me! I was absolutely disgusted! He also rinsed his glove off in that same water (yuck) and the heels of my feet are still very rough (I had to go home and scrub them down after him). I liked my toes but dang that was the most unsanitary thing I ever seen! I think the guy was new. He looked super young and was quite tedious. Like I said, super nice, but needs to work on sanitation skills.

Im speechless literally i can not believe the service i have received this week. This is by far the most terrible nail job i have ever gotten! I literally took an hr to look up nail salons and saw this one had the most rating so i went with the rating unfortunately I was let down i drove an hr for nothing. I arrived there at 4pm and waited for an hr ( I didnt complain i was super chill) then two other walk in customers came in and they took them in and told me you have to wait more mins ( i was still calm and i had to go to work at 6 i was what the heck already wasted all this time) then finally nail tech comes gets me and offers me something to drink thinking its going to reason things out still i was calm and not disrespectful told her i wanted WHITE TIP ACRYLIC COFFIN SHAPE NAILS and what she gave was so terrifying. She did not match the right tip and you can see my natural nail cut off so crooked and filed crooked she filed it so much took the white off of it and she tried to paint it more then half my nails are crooked and every single nail has air bubbles and EVEN ONE HAS A HAIR IN THE ACRYLIC! Im coming to this nail salon thinking its a professional establishment and the whole time she was doing half nail job she acted like she didnt have time and SHE KNEW SHE WAS DOING A TERRIBLE JOB i didnt have the time to keep explanin to her about my nails i didnt want to waste another 2 hrs I had work. I know the whole nail tech team will remember me because they know they treated me so terribly and still i did not make a scene because im not type of person! But instead i am willing to take the time to share my experience with this nail salon PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NAIL JOB PLEASE SAFE YOURSELF A HASSEL! Pictures will say it all im still in shock ! I have NEVER EVER BEEN MORE DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE treated me like i wasnt even paying for it i paid to much for these nails!!!!

Very detailed and professional. Sparkling clean on this rainy Monday morning! I have gone to 3 other nail spas to get dip powder, and no one has done it as well! This is my spot from now on!

Ive been to this place a couple of times. Never had a problem. Clean, comfortable, practice social distancing. A little on the more expensive side but well worth it. You leave feeling like youve been in a spa.

I love this salon. They were kind and courteous from the time I booked an appointment to the time I left. They sanitized EVERYTHING! I am very impressed with the service my daughter and I received and will be returning in the future.

I had my first visit with them today after going to another place two weeks ago and wasnt happy. Thomas helped me and was so nice. He talked to me about my nails. I agreed to remove my tips and just do the sns on my natural nails. Im Soo glad I did! My nails look great and I will be back! Thank you

Pedicures were well done, however when it came to getting my hand nails done the man that works there didn’t do a good job. He pretended to overlook the mess ups that were done. If I didn’t point them out he would’ve left my nails as is. My nails are still crooked on 3 fingers. He didn’t want to fix them at all. The establishment is very nice, kept well and nice employees. I just wish he would have care a bit more on quality and not timing. Pedi 5 stars but my hand nails 3.5 stars.

Very disappointed! I just recently moved to this area and had been looking for a new nail salon to go to regularly when I came across this shop with 4 stars! I came in and got a pedicure with gel and a full set but sadly my nails aren’t shaped to my liking I prefer a more narrow shape and I wasn’t given that at all it’s like there’s not much effort when it comes to shaping the nails! Also when I got my pedicure I wasn’t even asked if I want a cutdown before I knew it my toenails were gone LOL but seriously my toenails are cut way too short I hate to complain this was just a let down sadly I’m still looking for a nail salon because this place has let me down and I will not be returning

My go to nail salon. This salon is not an assembly line salon where you feel rushed just so they can get you out the door. The staff takes great care in making sure you have a great experience. You may have a slight wait but it is so worth it. Sit back have a glass of wine and enjoy. You wont be disappointed.

I went to get my nails done with a friend. I asked for a pink pearl acrylic. I had an older nail tech who seemed like she was rushing and also inexperienced. Theres not enough acrylic on my nails so 2 have already cracked and broken. Not to mention you can see through my nail so well that all the dirt and powders she trapped in my nail are visible. I also have bubbles all over my nails. I am very dissatisfied with my service. I just wasted $60 for a set of nails that lasted less than a week. This is why I ask for Lynn.

I found this place through Google and I chose it because of its reviews. since stepping through the door they have done nothing but help me decide how to fix my nails and advise e very professionally. I genuinely wish I could have tipped more but because of the state that my nails were in I had to pay more to have them fixed. In the future I will be better prepared and I cant wait to bring my daughter for a mani-pedi day. They checked on me the entire time and they were very nice and courteous. I absolutely love this place for my first experience.

Wonderful one of the best ones Ive been to in a few years. They also offer beverages. After your first visit you may have to ask for it if beverages are not offered. My only issue would only be the finishing top coat. Its never to my satisfactory. Just being honest

Usually I get my nails done at a salon in Charlotte. The guy who always does mine was out on vacation and against my better judgement I made an appointment anyways... My nails were horrible when I left. The poor girl offered to try and fix them, but I had to go back to work and didnt really trust to sit there and give it another go. Regardless I found this salon and decided to stop by after work to see if they could fix my nails and it literally took maybe 10 minutes to reshape and file them. No charge (I was expecting to at least pay 40$) but! Def came through for me. Everyone was really sweet. And very welcoming... believe Ill be trying here in the next few weeks

My first visit couldnt have been any better. The staff are all so friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing... they are in an end suite and have an entire wall of glass to see out of. I liked that they offered drinks. Lots of colors to choose from. I asked the tech for candy cane nails for christmas. She did a different design by hand on each nail and they turned out perfect!!! I am so pleased. I really had a great experience! Id love if they offered stamped nail designs such as plaid etc. ...but I didnt ask either. I will definitely be a return customer!

Okay so, Lynn was superb however, I wondered why my right big toe was hurting, only to discover that the “boy” who did my pedicure, took a chunk of skin off of my toe!I was soooo concerned about an infection setting in that I took antiseptic spray to clean my wound and PRAY that no infection sets in. Yes I paid for services rendered but please keep in mind Lynn, I do expect a GENEROUS discount for the bleeding of 2 of my nails and the wound caused by the boy who did my pedicure 😡

Tech was on the phone the whole time. She was not experienced & if she was I couldnt tell. She kept having to ask others how to do her job. Very sloppy work!! Overlay uneven, some nails thick & some are thin! I had to come home & shape them myself. Very unsatisfied & will not go back.

Me and my husband came in today for a pedicure, this was his first Pedi, and they did not disappoint!!! Definitely a great experience for him and it was the best pedicure I have ever had. All the employees were super fun and in good spirits. It has a Great view. Perfect place to relax 😊Best date we have had in a while!

Finally found the best place. Nice, clean quiet and very attentive. They care that you leave satisfied. Pedicure is great, the massage out of this world. After going to many if not all nail salons in Gastonia area I’ve found one I can call home. I recommend anyone to go try them out, you won’t regret it.

Service was good. I was in and out. I like the job he done although I believe he could have done a cleaner job with them and he should have got the sides on my right hand better. He missed a whole spot on my finger. He didn’t go completely across on some of them. And a few doesn’t even look like it fades into the other color, you can see the straight line of where his brush had stopped. But other than those few mistakes they look okay.

The place is really nice and clean but the lady doing my nails didn’t tell me the prices she just told me about the one for $60 I didn’t know there was any other pricing then the nails didn’t even, but they did look nice so I can let it go she said that it would last at least a month two weeks later one nail is chipped cracked right in the middle and this is the first time does happen to my nails I paid $60 and on top of that I have my daughters both getting manicures With gel and I found it very funny but also let it go that one was $35 and had barely know nails and the other that have long nails only $25 and after I told the gentleman to cut her nails he did not and left them long as she requested it

Probably the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten, an I usually get a pedicure every month. The salon was quiet and gorgeous inside - they’ve put a lot of work into the place and it shows. This was the perfect after work treat for me and I will be back soon!

Went a little later in the day, waited an hour and 45 minutes with only 2 customers in there at the time, my friends nails were done and paid for before I even got started. They are not even, not the same length and so much wider than my nail that they hurt my fingers and the paint job is not good. The next day I was picking acrylic off my skin for an hour and still have some that won’t come off. I paid $50 and am 100% angry.

Horrible!! And if I could give zero stars I would do just that! After the 45 minute wait and hearing a baby cry forever, I was finally waited on. Once I was waited on my nail treatment was not what I wanted. The nail technician was very rude, and she didnt attempt to fix it nor accommodate me after I told her I didnt like it. I was still made to pay and seemed to be demeaned and laughed at after I left their establishment. I would NEVER go here again nor recommended ANYONE go here!

We were recommended by Ashley (works at Logans). Her nails looked phenomenal! Rachel did a full set SnS (powder) for me today and I am thrilled! My nails look great!! They have more color choices than Ive ever seen before. So much to choose from! I am glad to have a place that does SnS and open on Sundays. I will be back for sure!!
