My daughter is 14 has only had her hair cut twice. Bith time has been here. They cut 10 inches each time to donate to locks if love

The people are very sweet and treat you like a friend, exchange fun conversations, and are professionals in every task with care and giving you your best value. The hair dresser Taylor, the first time I got highlights there is very patient as I asked questions here and there on the highlights I was getting, addressing each one with some detail, an example or two, and seeming to sometimes check my facial expressions or hint at checking if I understood what she said. The salon does a great job at making people comfortable- The last time I went I remember simple but beautiful plants and lighting and they had a modern-southern interior design; they asked me if I would like a beverage in the beginning, I sat in a large comfortable leather fluffy chair during my appt, and they asked good questions on how I felt and checked on me with ease with the heat during the hair wash and in the machine of the hair drying station. The result of the kind of coloring and cut I wanted matched perfect with the picture I had sent a few days before. If you want a good experience and a great cut and color all for a great price, this is the place to go!

Was very in professional in appearance and had horrible vulgar language. My color and cut was not what I had ask for and when I mentioned it I spoken to unprofessional. I will not go back to this establishment nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I will start by saying that I have never once taken the time to give someone a negative review before because I can generally let things go an dmove on quickly. However, I received the absolute WORST haircut of my life at this establishment yesterday. The owner/stylist that cut my hair did not introduce herself to me. I only saw her name and title on the business cards at her station. She took 7 whole minutes (from the time she spoke to me until the time she was finished cutting)to cut my very long hair, which is several inches past the bra line. I asked for a trim of about an inch for health and for long layers to thin out my hair, as it is very thick. Instead of an inch, she took off 2 and 1/2 to 3 inches. She did not blend her cuts into my hair at all. She never even checked to see that my hair was cut evenly (its not at all). Instead, I am left with choppy, uneven, MUCH shorter hair that looks like a 7 year old cut it with kitchen scissors. Im ashamed to wear my hair down or even in a ponytail until I can get into another salon to cut my hair even shorter to fix the mistakes made by this Stylist. The salon looked nice from the outside, and it has a high rating here so I thought I was relatively safe just getting a haircut here. Be warned, that is NOT the case.

Lemme tell ya. This woman can work miracles. My hair was purple due to a wrong at home coloring and I came up here to see if she can fix it. And man lemme tell you. My hair is back to my natural color. Shes the best.
