Great customer service... from entry to service. Thank you guys!!

The gentleman at the front counter told me I was missing a part for my oil change and then stated that the piece was not missing. When I first arrived I was told that my car would be ready in 15 minutes. After some time had passed I asked if there was an issue because I had an appointment. I told the gentleman that there was no need to do a Carfax report to see what service that I needed or parts etc because I was not paying for any additional services. I believe the Techs were searching for a reason for me to pay for extra services. In addition, I was asked if I wanted to get the oil changed that was used previously. I said yes but after the oil changed was completed I was charged for full signature oil change. I dont believe I received the oil change that I previously received which was in another state for high mileage. I keep all of my records. This gentleman was all over the place with prices and what oil change I was actually getting. This was the first time I had encountered this issue at a Jiffy Lube. Please be very careful at this location. Although the other Techs who greeted me and who assisted with the cleaning and oil change were really courteous; the gentleman who worked at the service counter was definitely trying to hustle me. I truly believed I was overcharged for my oil change, $94.99. I have never paid this much for an oil change. I have a Nissan Sentra 2010. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

I went there for oil change and a plug put in my tire when I pulled up the man came over and asked what I’d like I said a conventional oil change tire rotation and the nail pulled out and plugged. He drove my truck in and ten minutes later pulled out when I asked about the rotation he said you don’t need one yet and when I asked about fixing the hole in my tire he said they don’t have any plugs to fix it and he will get it nexttime . “WOW “ ok my head was ready to explode I said how much for the oil change 99.66 I looked at there board they had no prices for anything 100 dollars for a oil change and didn’t get the tire fixed never again will I get service there I have had my oil changed bought tires done there I truly think it’s managed like a house of 6 year olds I know I should of asked that’s what the computer responses is going to say

Very fast service but a bit high on the prices

I came in to get a tire plugged on my truck. Everyone was very courteous but it took an hour and three people and ended up costing me $32! At one point they had to run down to Lowes for parts. Do not recommend them for this service.

This location was ok at best! No organization, but was very polite!

I was utterly disgusted by the lack of professionalism at the Garner, NC Jiffy Lube. I pulled into the establishment and before I could even get out of my car to explain what was going on, I was greeted with nothing, but attitude. I got back into my car, and drove to another establishment.I will never go back to the Garner, NC Jiffy Lube again!

Staff is no good.Waited over an hour for an oil change, and was the only car in the garage. Everyone stood around and did nothing. To top off my hundred+ dollar oil change experience, I asked if they could fill the air in my tire (singular), and they didnt. Unacceptable.

They got me in and out in under 20 minutes for an oil change. Pleasant surprise seeing they vacuumed my mats and cleaned the windshield. Professional and offered me options for oil with pricing for each. Will definitely go back!

Overpriced and unprofessional. Over a 100$ for a full synthetic oil change. Never paid more than 80$. Also random people were hanging out with the employees in the garage. Just a bad look to have your friends hanging around while youre trying to work.

This is not the first time that I have taken and got my oil changed and car inspection. They have always been professional, polite and stayed on task. I didnt see them just talking a lot. They got my vehicle in and out.

When a company doesn’t put the safety of others as priority, it blows my mind. During a pandemic, no effort was put into action. Nobody was wearing masks, no hand sanitizer available, and no extra cleaning procedures were taken place. I waited outside while my car was serviced and felt very uncomfortable paying my bill inside. There are rules in place right now for a reason and I won’t be returning to a company that ignores them.

Very nice group of guys and got my car in and out quickly. Opened the door for me as I left, cleaned my car floors, made conversation, and all I got was an oil change! I was assisted by Xavier, Gerald, Eyan, and Marcus.

Friendly staff and up front appearance of quality service, but they tear up your car. First visit we got an oil change and a gauged radiator hose. We didnt make it to Morrisville before the hose busted and we were stranded. After that we had reservations about going back, but were pressed for time and went back on 8/16. Noticed our Jeep was leaking something without running. Thought it was the normal A/C dripping, but I changed my oil today myself and noticed a hose was missing. Never going back.

I loved how I could just show up because my plans for a tire rotation fell through just short of a long trip. It was 30 minutes before anyone said something to me with about 3 cars at the shop. They were polite once I was spoken to. They all seemed on edge and I was disapointed when I found out they didnt reset my tire sensors after the rotation and didnt even check the tire pressure. For the $27 I paid I guess I could expect that. When I arrived to my destination, 2 of my center caps had fallen off... I really hope they can reimburse me the money I will have to spend on replacing them.

This place is quick, and the service and staff are above average compared to other locations. Overall, a pretty decent place to get a quick oil change.

My husband and I had oil changes performed on both of our vehicles a couple of weeks ago. We were double charged for one of our vehicles which should have been just under $100, but ended up charging us $200 for just the one vehicle, and that didnt include the price of the second vehicle that we were already charged for!Long story short, we didnt realize this error till after leaving the shop. We made a trip back, spoke with their manager by the name of E. He addressed the issue. After all was said and done, not only did he give us a refund for the overcharged amount, but we received an additional credit due to company error, and they allowed us to KEEP it! Dont we all wish that more businesses had such integrity? Not once did they argue, nor challenge us when they could see what happened. They respectfully addressed the situation, held themselves accountable, and definitely retained the respect and loyalty of their customer. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way that management and this office handled it was OUTSTANDING. Thanks Jiffy Lube!!

This is my second visit in less than 3 months. Both visits were great. I received an oil change and new wiper blades.

Will never come here or to another jiffy lube again came in for a simple inspection and the tech didnt know what the engine light looked like and failed it because when you start up your car the lights come on doing a check through and shut off (mind you my engine light lit up and turned off like suppose to)and the tech had no knowledge apparently what a engine light looks like or what he was doing on top of that I was there for my inspection before another customer and they were rushing my car out to take car of him after finishing his oil change and giving him the special treatment because he is a regular for his oil changes I used to bring all my vehicles here for a inspection but they lost my service and respect I completely recommend bring your vehicle else where as they only care about your money and not you as a customer or taking care of your vehicle right

Where to start...they did a fairly good job on cleaning the windows. Thats the best Ive got. The service guy removed the air filter to check it and when it was time to replace, apparently he forgot how it worked. He tried putting it in backwards and when it didnt want to fit right, his solution was to slam down on it with all his weight. He couldnt get the cover snapped...same solution. When I told him the air filter was in wrong he argued with me but said that he would redo. Luckily a more competent tech came over because I complained and he pointed out to the guy that the air filter was in wrong. They gathered around the vehicle so I couldnt see if he damaged the air filter.. On top of the incompetence, I was quoted one figure when I called and another when they finished. I handed them a $10 coupon and they took off $7. They also have alternative math I guess. NEVER AGAIN.

I came in Saturday for an oil took a long time for some one to walk up I had a problem with the manger Bryan had a bad attuide with me and I feel like it was because I was black and trying to see me things I did not need dont go their

Dont waste your time coming here. I went for an inspection which I got done at this location for the last 2 yrs. I didn’t even get out of my car and One of the guys which looked like he didn’t want to be there stared at my car for about 30 seconds just to say it wouldn’t pass. He stated my tints were “too dark”. I stated that I have been getting the inspection done there for 2 years and have never heard that. He said “well the back windows are too dark” I went somewhere else literally 5 minutes later and got it done. They told me my tints were the legal amount and also the front windows is all that counts not the back. I suggest going somewhere where you know you’ll get good service whenever you go not depending on the time/day you go or the people there.

The service I received was awesome and top quality. I highly recommend this location and will return for maintenance.

Quick service with no surprises on pricing and honored my online coupon. Curteous staff. The information they gave me after their inspection was accurate. (Ive recently had a fair amount work done, so I know the current condition of my vehicle). A clean waiting room was available, but most customers waited outdoors since it was pleasant weather.

Cant give any more than a 1 star because this place is like many of the chain quick service stations: They add stuff to your service bill and hope you dont catch it. The tech asked me if I wanted to replace *insert generic lightbulb*. My answer was clearly no. They replaced it anyway. But did they really? Ill never know. Anyway, didnt realize it until I got home and its not worth it to drive all the way back to get a refund on a 8-9 dollar bulb. They won this round, but hopefully this review will serve as a reminder to double and triple check to make sure they didnt sneak a charge on your bill. Prices were very high in general anyway.Update: I took my car to the dealership, and it turns out that they cross threaded the drain plug and damaged it. They said the most likely cause of this is laziness on behalf of the technician when they fail to thread it by hand instead of using an air tool. This sounds extremely plausible. Dont take your car to places like this; have it towed instead even if that costs extra. Cant trust these idiots with anything.

Where do I start. I wish I could give these guys a 10 star rating! The guys at this particular location are AWESOME!!! I stopped in just to ask for directions to a repair shop that could help me with a automotive need that wasnt part of their overall service. To my surprise, they quickly jumped into action to help with my automotive need. I was from out of town and didnt know where to turn. Patrick said, we will figure it out. They were able to get it fixed without a hitch. It wasnt their normal services but they quickly trouble shoot the situation and brought out certain tools they rarely use to help me get back on the road. They could have sent me down the road searching for a shop that was equipped to handle my particular issue but they could tell I was from out of town and that I was unsure in how I would find the help I needed. These guys are a great team and they are true life savers. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. Patrick is AWESOME!!!!

The team was awesome. Went in for a state inspection. Took less than 15 minutes. I have been using Jiffy Lube for over 15 years.

Service here and the work environment is AMAZING. I came in asking for directions, when Jeremiah, one of the workers there, noticed I needed an oil change. I was helped out almost immediately and encouraged to come back with whatever else I needed in the future. Jiffy Lube is and always will be my first choice!

Decided to come her for an oil change and inspection because if its good reviews. I am glad I came. The employees were all very friendly and easy to work with (unlike my experience at another local location). It is for sure dirty and small in the waiting area but my car got what it needed. When I cant make it across town to Honda, its a good local spot.

Been coming here for years, but Mr. Patrick and Mr. Brennan have taken customer service to the next level. The care, consideration and consistency are laudatory. Patrick took time to talk to me about all sorts of car stuff that I dont know about that wouldnt result in a sale or profit for Jiffy Lube. I go there enough (three cars) for years (15) that I can see him interact with all sort of employees and his integrity is intact. I also see him interact with the least of our brothers, and he treats everyone with dignity. Pretty inspiring actually--all that for an oil change and an inspection.

Good quick oil change

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Brought my car here for my spark plugs to be changed and a tune up. They told me it would be a problem that they were gonna take good care of me. That came from Brandons R mouth. That didnt happen. I was there for 3 1/2 hours. When my car was finally ready I paid 262.82. Brandon walked me to my car and said you have a good day. Little did I know I would be back in 10 minutes. My car is making all kinds of sound, it hardly goes. I have to literally give it gas for it to go. And it keeps cutting off. So I come back to have him look at it. I tried my best to make it home. My car cut off 30 times. Yes you heard me right 30 times. I had to end up paying to get towed home. I could drive my car before I brought it to Jiffy Lube now I cant even back out my drive way before it cuts off. Jiffy Lube really screwed me. DO NOT GO HERE.

Stopped by yesterday for an oil change and inspection. We were a little hesitant, as weve had not so great experiences at various Jiffy Lubes in the past. HOWEVER, everyone was great -- from the manager who greeted us, to the employee who processed our payment. Yay! We will definitely be back!

All of the Jiffy Lube locations around Raleigh have mostly bad reviews. I thought I would take a chance on this one, and am very pleased with the service I received.I purchased a groupon for a full service with vacuum, window treatment, tire rotation, and fluid check, and all was done in the time they said it would take, and done CORRECTLY. I know that that isn’t much to ask from an oil change company, but you would be surprised. Absolutely visit this location even if it is a little out of your way.

Went in to get my yearly safety inspection for my diesel truck. The inspector failed me because there was no catalytic converter, with “clear cuts where one was removed”. First I checked the entire exhaust system and found no cuts. The entire exhaust is factory. I called Ford and they told me that my year model did not come from the factory with a catalytic converter. I went back and told the inspector this and showed him the “non catalyst” tag under the hood. He argued with me and said that I would have to go to the DMV in Raleigh now to get this resolved. A lot of unnecessary steps on my part that could have been avoided with properly trained inspectors.I got my inspection done somewhere else and they confirmed that this part does not even come from the factory on my vehicle. He passed me no problem. I won’t be returning to this Jiffy Lube.

Great work done at a value

Avoid like the plague. Been here 3 times for oil changes and tire rotations. First time, no problems. Second time, I watched the entire service as they didnt do the rotation, pulled my car around and tried to charge me for the rotation. When I explained that I was watching and they didnt rotate the tires, they apologized and corrected it, people forget, no big deal. The third time, SAME THING- an oil change but no tire rotation. Yea, they corrected it again but do I really have to watch you like a hawk to get you to do your job? Last couple days my car has been rattling when I accelerate and today the low oil pressure light started blinking. Lo and behold, there is NO OIL in my car literally 2 weeks after an oil change. Heres the kicker, its a 2015 Honda Accord with 16,000 miles. Whats more likely... Honda built a dud or this place blows? Please do your car a favor and go elsewhere- they will f it up otherwise.

Dishonest Jiffy Lube!!!! Please do NOT take your vehicle here. In effort to sell you other product, they will lie about what your vehicle needs. I apparently had ONE tire that did no pass inspection.....hmmmm......funny that all my tires looked the same and when I took to another inspection station, they said I had no issue with my tires. Tires still had plenty of tread. But funny the guy at Jiffy Lube was standing there with two tire quotes when he told me that my truck would not pass inspection. Oh and did not even tell me which tire was the issue either. They got the last penny they will ever get from me and I will be sure to tell anyone I know NOT to take their vehicle there!! All I want is honest service, Not folks that just to make money.
