Great the only problem was that we couldnt dump off a refrigerator.

Theyre the only available trash service at my address, but theyre terrible. Its been almost a month since I moved into my new place and they still have not provided me trash bins. Theyve charged me twice for setting up my account and over the past 3 weeks Ive called like 10 times and theyve changed their excuse for not delivering bins every single time. First it was because I hadnt paid, then it was because the driver couldnt find the house?, then it was because I hadnt paid again, and now theyre telling me theyre out of bins?! Absolutely terrible.

They are really good customer service

I have had an appliance on the curb for a week because their telephone lines have been busy for that long. If you cant answer the phone, give us an email address or something!Update: I have had nothing but polite, professional treatment from RS representatives, but the collection service is atrocious. Missed pickups, double bills... they even took the whole trash bin with no explanation or replacement for over a week, during which I had to pile up bags of trash on my porch. The schedule they post shows Tuesday for all my collection, but the truck only comes on Wednesday. Terrible internal organization and unreliability.
