I placed an old couch on my curb on 04/06 and called Republic to schedule a bulk pick up which they claimed would come on Thursday 04/08. I have gotten the run around for what is now going on the third week today, I have called over 5 times and they either tell me it’ll come in a few days, it’s a delay, or I’ll have someone call you back and nobody called me back. Now homeless people are sleeping on the couch which I don’t blame them but I do blame Republic for doing the absolute poorest job! I will have to find alternatives for bulk pick ups in the near future, get it together Republic !

Clean and friendly people

Theyre the only available trash service at my address, but theyre terrible. Its been almost a month since I moved into my new place and they still have not provided me trash bins. Theyve charged me twice for setting up my account and over the past 3 weeks Ive called like 10 times and theyve changed their excuse for not delivering bins every single time. First it was because I hadnt paid, then it was because the driver couldnt find the house?, then it was because I hadnt paid again, and now theyre telling me theyre out of bins?! Absolutely terrible.

Horrible service. And bad attitude when you talk to them by the phone I have 3 weeks waiting for my new container. And hasn’t arrived. They should take this long to process the payments too.

I love Republic services, I got 8 years working with them, I recomend Republic Services...

Republic NEVER picks up our requests on time. Has been several days delayed which is very frustrating.

They miss our trash repeatedly and no matter how many times we complain nothing happens. Worst service Ive ever experienced in my life. They should change their name to garbage service. Worthless and lazy no supervisor on hand. Dont return calls. Pathetic. This company is the worst

I subscribed to their services for my apartment building. They missed collection 3 weeks in a a row. My tenants had no place to put their trash and eventually filled up half my parking lot. I spent hundreds of dollars to clear it and had a citation from the health department. Again this week they missed collection twice. The managers and reps never return my call. This is so aggravating.

Run dont walk. there are better service providers out there.Republic love signing you up for a longer duration contract. however you need to realize that they will re-opt the contract for the same duration again when it expires.. if you want out of the contract you are looking at paying 6 months fees for penalty.Honestly I dont really blame Republic, their services is at best middle of the tree, but they typically charge as much as twice what the same service can be had for if you shop around, so their angle is to keep you with the company for as long as possible making escaping quite painful and distasteful, enough so that customers sticks around and hopefully forget.I found service at half the price.. yet stuck for another two years.the sales rep told me i could opt out anytime after the original 3 years was up.. turns out the sales rep was not entirely truthful or not as well-informed as I had expected.. my loss.
