They booked me for a low boy for next day delivery. I hired 4 extra laborers to excavate and load container. When they never showed I had to call only to find out that the lady on the line had no idea of who I was and what my order was for. I was left with 4 laborers I had to pay for and nothing for them to do . They didnt even call me to let me know they were cancelling. Terrible service..

Thanks to Avels great prices we were able to get a job done that we thought we would not be able to afford, the estimates we got from some people we ridiculous so we hauled everything ourselves and was worth the drive the Carson to Avel for their great customer service and accommodating us even after closing time. Terrible company. BewareI ordered a roll off for one of my projects. When ordering I was very specific that a C&D report was needed. The roll off was sent out loaded and picked up. We were never givin the C&D report. I called and spoke to Luis who was very unprofessional, rude and incompetent. He kept saying he did not know what a C&D report was. About 15 min in to the conversation he said they only provide when the costumer request it- as we did.Due to this company my company has now lost over $2000 to the city.********beware of these guys********+They do not in any way care about costumers.

Never thought getting rid of concrete would be so expensive. Then I found Avel Roll Off. They have great prices and charged me per load. Worked great for me, since I was using my toyo pickup and enough concrete to make 2 trips. Another cool thing about this place is that their working hours are really flexible. I called them up and they said they would meet me at the yard in 20min. Even on Sunday.Im a big supporter of small family ran businesses and the friendly service that these guys provide is the reason why. I will definitely be recommending this place to other people. Im looking forward to doing business with them in the near future.

Worst people to do business with, the people who unloaded us were high and rude. Quoted $200 over the phone and more than double the price when we arrived. Total scumbags.
