No one would speak to us. Only waited on the Hispanic customers. We were there before others, but got ignored. No one answers the phones. The advertised web site is broken and the other one is hard to use and isnt stocked, despite thousands of cars you clearly see. Back to the former Hugh Jones in Jefferson and Collins auto in Winder. 20+ years, never got treated like that over there at other ones.

Large yard with a good variety of parts. I called ahead and they were happy to confirm the part I needed was on the yard before I drove over. The parts puller did a great job of removing it with care and the price was just right. Ill be back for more parts as needed.

I called yesterday 4/8/2021 for a part they had listed asked if it was still available they told me yes, this morning I called to ask if it was available and to see if I could just pick it up they told me yes it won’t take long to give you the part..after driving 4 hours one way I get here and they tell me the part is no longer available I told the lady I drive 4 hours to get here she goes back in and tells me the part is here but it’s still in the car it will take us a few days to get it and once we get it out we will have to charge more because the part of behind the motor and it takes la or to get it out. This is very frustrating I lost a day of work and $50 in gas for nothing.

All around my favorite junkyard by far. Greg the owner assisted my family with all the info necessary to get a title for an SUV that had been sitting for 6 years. Andrea assisted us with all the parts for all our vehicles and exchanged them no questions asked. A great place for used parts.

Bought a engine from them. It worked and ran. They even took off $50 because I had to drive 2 hours to get there.

Had a terrible experience today. Apparently they have new management I think his name is tommy and he was just rude and didn’t allow the employees to work. He had them cleaning instead! I’ve been going there for years and now he doesn’t want clients by the desks to speak to them. This place felt very family owned and now I feel like an intruder coming for a part!!!

Fair prices. Same as must salvage yards, a little rough in terms of communication. Some good employees, some not so great. Id give it 4 stars but one time I was told they have the part. Get up there and they dont have it.

So I got lucky and my brake caliper locked up on the way to this place. Mr. Kettyle and his wonderful guys helped me find a replacement on the spot. And even loaned me a few tools to fix it sink could get back on the road. If your looking for used parts that are quality and inexpensive GO HERE. $25 for a replacement caliper compared to a $110 to $170 caliper at the parts store. Been driving that car everyday for weeks since. Havent had an issue.

As bad as it gets.I called to inquire about a part that was listed on as in stock on the website and the woman working the phone told me she would send someone out to check and call me back. She never called me back.I called again two days later with the same inquiry and she told me since they were not especially busy she would check and call me back. She never called me back.I called again two days later (sound like groundhog day yet?) and a gentleman answered the phone and assured me they had the part. I explained that I lived quite a ways away and needed to be sure they had it. He assured me that they did and it was in the condition described.So I drove nearly two hours to Kettyle Cars to pick up the part only to be informed that they did not in fact have it.Im not trying to be unfair but this is verbatim what transpired and it wasted basically my entire Saturday. If you are looking for a particular part be as sure as you can be that this scrapyard has it so your time and resources are not stolen like mine have been.

Waited over 30 minites on hold (starting just before 3:00 in the afternoon) to check part availability and all I was told was hold please multiple times. Called on my secondary phone at the same time and got the same response. Tells me all I need to know... Wont get my business or anyone else that I know.

Great place to get auto parts

So horrible, save your time and save your money. Normally Im not the type of person to write a review but this place warrants it. After an accident, I took my car here to be repaired. A new airbag, seatbelt reset, and a new front bumper. A project that should of taken a week or two, took 3 months and took me going over there over ten times, not to mention countless phone calls that often ended on being hung up on. Here are some highlights from my experience: firstly, I was told my car was now 100% safe, later to find out from a different mechanic my cars airbag was disabled and had been for the entirety of the 3 months I had been driving it. At one point I went to pick up my car up, and I was told my keys had been misplaced, then had to wait 45 mins for the mechanic who had taken them home to come back. Right after this, I finally had my keys and went to crank my car and the battery was dead. (I ended up having to buy a brand new battery because it kept dying after this, when I had never had a problem before) Not to mention the giant scratch they put on the hood. Employees were always rude, and laughed at me when I showed concern. Save yourself the headache, cheaper isnt always better - Im paying another mechanic to fix their mistakes.One good thing they did: my front bumper looks great but does scrub horribly

Worst service ever. Called them every single day for a week, talked to 4 different people about some car parts they had in their inventory on the website. All 4 of those people said we have all those parts. Drove 4 hours just when I get there they tell me they havent had those parts for years .do not trust what they tell you over the phone.

Not my best experience!! I called and plainly asked for a manual transmission and had to send someone after it and they came back with an automatic. I had to go through a three ring circus to get someone to find the right part and then had to wait two days for them to pull it. I had to play phone tag with the counter guy for 30 minutes before I could get an answer if they actually had it out and ready. Hope it was worth the wait!! Believe I will drive a little further next time.

Been utilizing this place for years. Its not as big and well known as its nearest competitors which means youre almost always in luck. I usually go and pull the parts myself and theyll cut you a deal if you do, which you cant beat. Rhonda and all the guys in there are great and theyve got some good mechanics in there, too.

I called for information and a quote on a used alternator bracket and was told they had one and it would cost 15 to 20$. After I showed up the jack the price up to 40$ and would not honor the price I was quoted. I ordered a new oem bracket for 30$ on amazon.
