Excellent service! It’s so easy to make an appointment online, get text updates, and follow up. The advisors are very pleasant and the waiting area is fully stocked with snacks and amenities. I love that they wash your car after every service, too. I’ve waited and used the shuttle service and both were efficient. I even went on my birthday and the advisors went out of their way to make it a good experience. Highly recommend!
Service writer met me as I arrived and welcomed me to the dealership by my name. So she took the time and effort to pre plan who should be arriving in what model Audi. I liked that show of interest in pleasing the customer by having that level of concern. We confirmed the reason for my visit I was reminded of the refreshments available in the waiting area.Near the completion of the service, I was given an update that it was almost ready. Shortly, I was informed about the completion and signed out my vehicle. Very pleasant and happy, yet professional.Very satisfied with the experience!
I have been buying cars for years. I met Thomas the salesman at Audi Gainesville 3 years before buying my first car from him. He is easily one of the most respectful and courteous salesmen I’ve ever dealt with. We bought our SQ7 from him a few months ago, he treated us well, gave us a fair deal, and we walked out happy with our new SQ7. When one of my employees was looking for a new car I said you have to go Talk to Thomas. We are picking up his new A3 today. I couldn’t be happier with the service and support. This dealership is awesome! 5 star service. We were in and out with our car in about an hour and a half. That included a test drive. The closing tech was ahead of the game before we even sat down to finalize all of the paperwork. Our salesman, Thomas Rabe, was so laid back and very accommodating. My overall experience with Audi of Gainesville has always been tremendous. My Service Advisor Devin Davis is the absolute best. Whenever my vehicle gets its regular maintenance service or have any mechanical issues, she keeps me updated with the progress and give very detailed information concerning my vehicle.
After speaking and meeting with a couple local Audi dealerships, I didn’t feel comfortable doing business with them so I reached out to Audi Gainesville. I initially spoke with Eric and then Gregg and Harold. They were all courteous, professional, and, most important to me, didn’t play games - everything was upfront and transparent. The process of buying a CPO Audi at this dealer could have not been better considering I bought the vehicle from another city and without seeing it in person. Thomas Rabe the salesman did an excellent job answering all the questions I had and supplying me with all the info and documentation necessary to make the decision. He made the paperwork a piece of cake 😊 and Harold from the financing department was amazing and completed the transation very smoothly. This review is specifically for Eric Wilson, a salesman on the floor. He is a very intelligent guy, who is exceptionally suited to his position. He went above and beyond in all manner of ways during the purchase of my car - super helpful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient, and if I asked something that was out of his jurisdiction, he connected me with someone who could answer those questions. I purchased a car from him and had it sent to MA. He even took pictures of it getting loaded onto the truck! I told him he deserves a raise, and he could be the BOSS because he’s got the skills above and beyond that of a salesman. Even now, 7-months after my purchase, I called with some technical questions about my car, and coverage plans I had questions about, and he was very helpful. He’s a great guy. Eric’s the man. My service was awful and I am incredibly unhappy with the quality of service I recieved at the Audi Dealership in Gainesville. My car was in the shop for 10 days with very little communication from service staff despite my request. I had asked multiple times for updates which I was told I would get calls about, yet never did. Approximately 3 separate times this happened and each time I verbalized frustration and never got an apology nor an update. I asked for a loaner car, especially because I am a resident doctor and work 16 hour shifts at the hospital over night, which also made having to call the dealership numerous times that much more difficult. I was told I would be notified by Thursday evening/Friday morning if there was a loaner available, once again, did not hear back. On the day that my car was ready, I yet again never received a phone call. The next day I called to find out it was ready and went in for pickup. When I gave feed back in person after I picked up my car, there were excuses made, no acknowledgement of the situation, no apology and no compensation. I had to ASK for an apology. To make matters worse, I got 3 tires replaced, today (2 days later), my car notified me my tire pressure is low. If this doesnt reflect poor service, Im not sure what does. I pay for a luxury brand/service and honestly received better experiences with Toyota. I chose Audi for its great make but as my lease is ending within the next 6 months, I will not chose Audi again because of its poor customer service.
Made an appointment for 10 am today we drove 70 miles and got there just before 10 talked to 2 service reps neither had our appointment of course they wanted to do the work on our Audi we decided to leave I made the appointment 1week before if they can’t put our appointment on a calendar they will never see us again 1 more thing the area the dealership is in is not a very nice or safe area

UPDATE: 8.26.21: After the incident described in the prior updates to this review, I contacted Audi South Orlando where I spoke with Andre. Wow, what a difference! Andre provided the standard of service I had learned to expect from Audi. It may be a little further to drive but the difference in the level of service is WELL worth it (at least for me it is). Needless to say I will be going to Audi South Orlando for any future service appointments.Id also like to add - all it would have taken from Patrick to resolve the issue and retain a customer was a phone call. If he had called me instead of cancelling the appointment I would have happily upgraded the review and all that followed could have been avoided. What a missed opportunity to turn a negative experience into a positive one.UPDATE 6.30.21: So, after I downgraded my review from a 5 star to a 2 star, I called the service manager at this location. He in turn, referred me back to Patrick. I had a pleasant conversation with Patrick where he explained that he had called me back but must have transposed my phone number, so I didnt receive the messages (which, now that I think about it, is just an excuse since my contact information is in their system and my phone number hasnt changed since I purchased my car). We concluded the conversation by making an appointment for me to bring my car in on July 1st for service. Then this morning I get an email stating that my appointment has been cancelled. So, I called Patrick to find out what happened. According to him he received an automated message from Corporate about my review and assumed I did not want to return to the dealership so, yes, he cancelled the appointment. He also made a point to tell me that the bad review had cost him several hundred dollars, which is probably the real reason he cancelled the appointment. When I tried to explain that I had edited the review prior to our latest conversation and that I did want to keep the appointment, we basically go in an argument. His response to the situation further enforces my belief that this is Audis new standard of service which frankly...sucks!!! Had I known when I purchased my car that in 5 years the technology would be obsolete and the famous Audi service would get this bad, I would not have purchased the car. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dealership and I will not be purchasing another car from Audi.UPDATED 6.29.21: I contacted Audi Gainesville about 2 weeks ago and spoke with someone named Patrick. He was supposed to find out for me: 1) when the GPS map for my vehicle was last updated and 2) how often the map is updated so I could decide whether its worth the $350.00 I have been told the updating will cost. I never heard back from Patrick. Lets call this disappointment No. 1. This morning I tried using the chat feature on their website only to be told I had to call the service department, which I explained I already had but was still unable to find out the information Im looking for. Lets call this disappointment No. 2. Then I called the service department and, before I could finish my question, was being transferred to someone else. So thats strike 3!! It was 2 years ago when I posted the following 5 star review Same fantastic service I have come to know as a member of the Audi family. Friendly, courteous staff; immaculate facility with free wi-fi and snacks! Makes taking your car to be serviced a true pleasure. I no longer feel this way about Audi Gainesville. Ill be finding another dealership to have my service completed. Overall, I hope this isnt an indication of the standard of service I will be getting from Audi. Time will tell...
Needed to get out of my Audi lease because I drive to many miles. Gregg Greene, the sales manager, helped me get this done. He got me my payoff, gave me advice on options, and handled all the paperwork. He even gave me his cell phone number and told me to reach out if I needed any help. I didnt even buy the car from them originally. Thats what you call customer service!

I have been waiting for three weeks for MyAudi APP to solve me and they always tell me that the system is down. I am still waiting for them to call me to pick up the first aid kit and the assistance kit that they indicated to me were included in the bus package and they did not bring them.

4/12/21 first talked to Thomas Rabe over the phone after seeing a tahoe listed on their web site. Thomas sent me a video and info on the vehicle. I live about 2 hours from the dealership so was leary of going that far for a vehicle. Basically completed the deal with Thomas and scheduled a visit for the 13th.. it was a pleasant car buying experience. Thomas was excellent with his details, information and integrity. The Tahoe is in my drive way . I have no issue recommending Thomas or the dealership.

Love my Audi Q7 but not pleased with the service from Audi Gainesville (Sept-Oct). Had a problem with the nav system in the MMI. They kept the car for eight days (it was beyond their ability to fix and they had to run the Audi Protocols with Audi Tech experts according the service manager). When they finally fixed it they loaded a 2019/2020 database. I had the 2020/2021 database in the car when I dropped off. The car says Ive already loaded the new database once so I cant load it again. I had to call the dealership for updates because they would never call me. After the second day they did give me a nice loaner.Update. Brought the car in for recall repair (March 2021) and this time the service was exceptional. Devin performed superb customer service and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the the customer care video and the one-on-one discussion of the condition of my car.

We won’t bring our car anywhere else for service. They don’t try to rip you off like so many dealerships do. They have always been up front and honest with us, and always done excellent work when we needed service. Kudos to a wonderful service staff and crew and please give Pat a raise! He is the hardest working guy in the service department and deserves every penny. The salespeople get you into an Audi, but the service department people keep you in one.

They claimed to be taking precautions to protect customers and staff from the pandemic. Yet when I drove in for my oil change appointment, I was greeted at my open car window by a service rep not wearing a mask (I was). This was shocking enough that I left and will not likely ever returbn to this dealership. All hat and no boots.

Purchased a used Q5 from this dealership a few days ago. Service was excellent. The scheduled test drive was great, we worked out a deal with Thomas, finance and management coordinated everything seamlessly, and the car was delivered to our house in a timely fashion. It was even CPOd for us AFTER papers were signed at no additional cost (this wasnt a part of the original deal and came as a very pleasant surprise). Never had a better experience at a dealership. I Purchased a vehicle from this company we agreed on a price and when I signed the contract they had added on $270 . I had the vehicle shipped to me and I didn’t want to argue with the delivery man so I just went ahead with The deal. But obviously these people cannot be trusted I would not recommend them

The staff and workmanship at Audi of Gainesville are amazing. They went out of their way to resolve my emergency tire situation and did it in only a few hours. They added in a tune up that was scheduled for a future date so I wouldn’t have to return for that. They did a thorough and satisfactory explanation of the tire issues and of the maintenance work they performed. The building is very appealing and clean. I also appreciate the offerings of coffee, water and snacks. I feel appreciated as a customer and I trust their work on my car.

Outstanding sales team! I found a pre-owned vehicle on an outside website and linked over to Audi Gainesville for a late night inquiry. I quickly received a response with a promise to touch base the next morning. Jorge was extremely helpful describing the car during a walk around as I was unable to view the photos and had several questions. My time to visit from Jacksonville was limited so Jorge arranged for a hold to be placed on the car until I could arrive a few days later. Early that morning Jorge and Devin greeted my husband and I and gave us a very thorough tour of the vehicle. Many questions were answered and detailed information given. No question was too much for them. At no point did we feel pressure to purchase and when we made the choice to do so the process was easy. The discussion of price was easy and fair and the paperwork to transfer ownership was quick, painless and easy. I would 100% recommend this Audi dealer and shop again! Great experience. I had a Mustang that was totaled about 2 months ago and was going to wait another 6 months to buy a new car.
