Today was my first visit here. I had Jessica has my massage therapist. She made me feel very comfortable from the start, which is super important to me. I genuinely felt she cared about my experience. I was in a lot of pain and I felt she actually listened and heard what I had to say and really worked on my painful areas. Shes very informative too! Great experience!

Started massage late, ended it early. Big dude weak girly massage, extremely disappointed. I asked for deep and got a girl relaxing massage.

I would not recommend getting a massage from this business. My therapist started 15 min late and ended right on time. These are not cheap massages either. Paying 85 dollars before tip and end up only get 45 min? Absolutely ridiculous, the massage therapist herself was nice but a majority of the time the therapist would pause to talk. I don’t mind communication but when a massage is this expensive I would expect to get decent value from it.

This is a breath of fresh air. Coming from massage envy which was a nightmare. This place is professional and has a friendly staff with accommodating massage therapist

This is my 3rd and last visit.The first visit was great. We were worked in on short notice and the massage/experience was great.We booked a 2nd massage and it was for Valentine’s Day. We booked the special and added hot stones.We arrived and were told the person writing the information did not specify that it was the special and did not write hot stones. The experience was not as good. They were not prepared to give what was scheduled and could not add it.We left with a certificate to add hot stones to our next visit.Today we arrive the scheduler has not scheduled the hot stones. They could not add it. My husband had paid 160 for a couple massage and we had the hot stones certificate. The ambience was poor. Lights not onNo music and beds not heated.The lady said I will reimburse 50 dollarsAfter our 45 minute massage that started at least 5 after 11 and stopped at 10 til 12. We were told the massage was 120No cash could be reimbursed.VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. NO COMMUNICATION

I recommend Dr Delain. She’s great . Great and courteous staff .

This was my first experience here and it was great! I hadn’t had a massage in several months due to covid and I’ve been dealing with a lot is stress and had lots of tension in my shoulders. Jaimie did a great job focusing on the tension and pain I’ve had in my shoulders, neck and back. Will definitely go back and the staff was very nice.

I absolutely love these people. They really take the time to get to know you and your body and your situation. I’ve never had a bad experience with them and I’ve had 3 different woman work on me. I will say my favorite however is Claudia who’s pretty rough on ya but I promise the next day you’ll feel amazing. Would 100% recommend.

Used to be a great place but their new location puts off an industrial and cold vibe. Mostly vacant building with very brightly lit massage rooms that have thin walls (I could hear conversations in both rooms on each side of my room during my massage). Music was really weird, even after the therapist fumbled around and changed it. Massage was ok at best, but didnt care for the fact that each time lotion was applied it wasnt warmed up and the cold was unpleasant. Never got comfortable or relaxed due to the noise, weird music, bright light and cold lotion.

I would like to thank Raven for such a wonderful massage. She is such a sweet and delightful young lady to be around.I highly recommend Raven, a caring and compassionate person.

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage and had the best experience! Because we went during February, we were greeted with our own bottle of wine and chocolate/strawberries as a treat. The atmosphere is so calm and soothing. Our first experience made us lasting customers.

So far Ive only been here for one deep tissue massage, but I plan to return soon. My experience was great. The therapist did an incredible job and took into account all of the problem areas I mentioned. She is fit and has hands of steel, but knows just the right amount of pressure

Scheduled a 90 minute couples session for my wife and I which was a mothers gift. We called ahead to let them know we were running a few minutes late and ended up about 15 minutes late. They cut our session short by more than 15 minutes without letting us know that they were going to. They do have a policy posted about being late could result in shorter session BUT it also says that it would be determined by the therapist before the session and it implies that they would let the client know of any changes. They didn’t mention anything to us when we arrived or even during the session. It was very disappointing. We realize that their time is important but we should have been notified per their posted policy.

Sisters with Crowns hosted a private paint party at this beautiful space. Absolutely beautiful and smells even better!!!

I am retired and have a limited income, so sometimes I do not have the extra money to go for a massage. I have many back and leg issues. Insurance will pay for pills and doctors, but they will not pay for massage. I get more relief from a massage by Jami than any doctor or pill can offer. I have been to many different massage therapists, but she is the best by far!!

I love going to the Healing Place! Jamie always make me feel better after a session with her. She can pin point my problem and target that area very quickly. I highly recommend this place for a massage that is individualized to your needs.

One word sums up The Healing Place: AMAZING. I received one of THE BEST massages that I have ever received out of literally hundreds that I have had in my lifetime! I have been back several times and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to receive a really good massage. I have not experience the other services offered at The Healing Place, so I cannot speak to those.

I simply love going to The Healing Place. I always ask for Jami, she is super. I suffer from neck pain and have for years. After a visit with Jami, I feel wonderful. The Healing Place has a wonderful and soothing atmosphere, which makes my massage more relaxing. Raven is a kind and caring person as well.

Heather worked out my knots and sore spots with her elbows and fingers and I feel so much more refreshed!!

Great massages, knowledgeable, and professional. Only complaint is they are not very flexible on re-scheduling a pre paid massage. Scheduled a massage for my GFs birthday and we had an emergency with our 17 year old dog. We had to take him to the ER and they refused to reschedule. Later found out that managment said it was not a legitimate reason to try to reschedule. Maybe she is a cat person. Just make sure not to pre-pay and you will have a good experience.

It is a well run establishment.Complimentary bottle of water post therapy is a nice touch.Easy access from Reidville Road. On a busy day -- parking can get sketchy -- but not insurmountable.So glad I found this place!!

I have been experiencing reoccurring lower back and hip pain for quite some time now. It started this time as I was getting out of my car...I must have twisted the wrong way. I decided to try The Healing Place. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! Dr. Delain took the time she needed to get to know my symptoms and the condition of my body. She educated me as she took care of me! She was very gentle, informative and thorough! I also got a massage from Caitie. She was excellent as well! I would recommend anyone to go to The Healing Place! I had a great experience and feel like I am well on my way to recovery, a healthier spine and body!

I am so thankful to have found The Healing Place and Dr. Rochelle Delain for knowledgeable, professional chiropractic care. The staff is very kind and helpful. The place is clean and calming. I was able to get a next-day appointment that fit my schedule. Dr. Delain was able to relieve severe pelvic pain my pregnancy has brought me and I will definitely be coming back regularly. I have already recommended The Healing Place to friends. I also look forward to booking massages here for me and my spouse as well!UPDATE: 2 years later, I still see Dr. Delain regularly and trust her completely to relieve my hip, back, and neck pain and stiffness instantly. She is the most throrough, sincere, thoughtful chiropractic practitioner I have ever been to. I love that I can call and get same or next day appointments. Their new location has lots of parking. They have super massage therapists too!
