Antonio and Brian were great. I arrived and the vehicle in the color I mentioned was already backed in at the curb ready for a test drive. They gave me a fair trade in on my jeep and stepped me into a wonderful loaded out Rio. I arrived and it was raining and a young man named Sammy met me outside with an Umbrella and escorted me to the building and also walked with Brian and I as he showed me around the vehicle . Great pricing, and I absolutely mean it when I say the customer support is phenomenal and I would recommend them over anywhere I HAVE EVER BEEN. While I was finishing up the paperwork they even made sure the vehicle was full of gas. The next day they checked on me to assure that I arrived safely home, and that I was still satisfied with my vehicle. Looking for a car ? Look no more. This will be your first and only stop!

I had treesap on my car that I tried for weeks to get off and they got my car spotless when they didn’t even have to. I came into look at a Kia Stinger, knowing it was pricey but wanted to check it out anyway. Ryan was very patient with me and told me in detail about the car. My credit portfolio is not too full so I couldn’t get a bank to give me the loan. However, Ryan and Mike took the time to sit down and tell me a great few steps to work that credit up. I went to look at my dream car and while I didn’t leave with it I left with a new K5. Great car, and can’t wait to come back and get my Stinger. Scotty made the closing process super fast and easy.

The folks at Jenkins Kia are wonderful. Joseph, our service advisor, and Tony, the service manager deserve A+ ratings. AC not blowing cold and broken electric window switch brought me to the dealership earlier this month. Joseph learned that I had purchased a warrant package on my 2015 Kia when I purchased the car in 2019. The repairs cost me $50...yes...a $1284 bill became $50. My advice, buy the unlimited warranty package when you buy the car. Jenkins Kia is excellent at customer service. Thanks to all of you.

Melissa has always went above and beyond when I come in for routine maintenance on my car if I was just reviewing her she would get a 5 star rating, with that being said the people actually working on the vehicle, more often than not mess something up and I have to go back the very next day to have it fixed. Just yesterday I went and had an oil change and three rotation, this making I woke up to a flat tire. So instead of going into work I have to drive 50 miles to have them figure out what happen. Same thing happened about 6 months ago and it because the valve stem was messed up.

I gave four stars but taking one away due to service department and some employees throughout.After having the new 2022 Kia Soul for 3 days it sat in service for three days. I sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours with no communication. Horrible service. Had to come back in person on the 3rd day and get a manager involved and not the service manager, as he is the problem. I felt like my sales person even blew me off. The only person that knows real customer service and how to take care of a problem is Christopher the Finance Manager. Christopher you are amazing and truly and customer service people pro!! Let’s hope we don’t see each other again though for a while.Down to one star now. Went back to cancel my warranty and gap and service contract I paid extra for.GOD it is mind numbing how rude and mean you are. Like to take the money but are SOB’s to give any back. You DO NOT care about customer first. What a mistake buying from you!

When I arrived at this place I had only wanted my car appraised, but ended up leaving with a brand new 2020 Kia Rio S. Brain was super nice and helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. Once the paperwork process was done he told me to hold on as he had something he knew I would love and drove up in the Rio. He was right I love my car and it is super great on gas (which saves me money more than what I use to own) allowing me to work more as my work requires a lot of travel. I paid nothing and drove off the lot. I had also found out that Brian was also the one who helped put my grandmother and aunt in their vehicles.When I took the car back for its first service, it was amazing. I will definitely keep this place in mind in the future.

As a first time car buyer I was scared beyond belief, I’ve heard nothing but horror stories about car dealerships. So when I say I would recommend Kia of Gainesville to anyone interested in buying a car, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. Dustin was an absolute angel, and genuinely took care of me from start to finish. You can tell when someone knows what they’re talking about and not just trying to get over, and Dustin was thorough and genuine throughout the entire process. If you’re interested in getting a new car or used car, I’d highly suggest going through Kia of Gainesville and ask for Dustin if possible.

I paid to rotate tires and align the wheel of a car I recently bought. The front tires seemed towards the end of their life.I didnt think to check to see if they actually rotated them. They didnt. The technician, who seemed more like a sales guy, reassured me the front tires had plenty of life on them, and they rotated them.Those same two almost-bald tires are still on the front. What a fool they have made me indeed.Whether they intentionally charged me for services not rendered or the guy was just clueless, who knows? Either way these are scam artists. I reminded them about 50 times my care is battery electric, and they still try to sell me an oil change ...I pray nothing happens to my car that actually requires me to take the car in to them. I may have to go out-of-town if that happens.

The dealer started out with a bait and switch game. The car was supposedly gone after I drove 65 miles to see it the very next morning it was advertised. They realized that I only wanted the car that was advertised, as it fitted all my parameters of age and low mileage. The sales person checked with the manager and it was discovered at another dealer. I negotiated with the sales person and we agreed with a price plus a dealer fee, taxes and registration fees. Based on that agreement I said I would come back after they transported the car to their dealership. I told the sales person that if the car met my wifes and my expectations after a test drive I would buy it.After the test drive we sat down with the sales person and she dropped the bomb by asking me if I have read the fine print. She explained that there was a Recondition fee and a Dealer Certification fee on top of the price that we had agreed to which was never mentioned that morning. She pleaded ignorance as to the cost of these fees (which is hard to believe as she sells cars every day). She went and got the manager and he told me the Recondition fee was $2,200 for a car that had less that 18,000 miles? The Dealer Certification fee was $2,600,which is a fancy way to call a extended warranty. Again the car was 2 yrs old with 18,000 miles I did not feel the need for the fee. These two fees added 30% to the price of the car, which brought the total cost of the car close to the price of a new car.I got up and decided to leave because as I have negotiated deals all my professional life and I can tell when people are playing games. Well the manager conceded that I did not have to pay theses fees and asked if I was willing to pay the price I had agreed to with the sales person. I said yes I was but what he tried to do was take the price with the $999 dealer fee and add another $999 to the price. I told him that I was only willing to pay the advertised price plus the $999 Deal fee, taxes and registration fee just as I had agreed to do earlier that morning or I was going to leave. Well after two hours they finally agreed to the deal as negotiated that morning.These kinds games is exactly what gives dealers bad reputations. I will never do business with them again.

Service writers do not do what the service manager has set up and this leads to needless delays and return trips. It was also an issue with communication three years ago with purchase. Customer waiting area is either crowed or broken uncomfortable furniture. EDIT AND UPDATE: I do not know how to frame the response to the review. It has been many months that the overflow waiting area has been a disaster, but, to be fair we are in covid times. I feel that management is aware and customer focused, however, the leadership does not seem to be making it to the team members. I do believe they are trying and if leadership can gain the skills to get the team to buy in it should be a great place.

Needed to get a new car because my old one was no longer reliable. Looked at the car reviews online and decided a Kia was what I needed. Went into the dealership and talked to Dustin Berresford. He listened carefully to me, and found me exactly what I wanted at a price that I could afford. It seemed as if he really understood what I wanted, even if I wasnt sure and knew how to get it for me. He was the best car salesman that I have ever had dealings with. He then called over Edwin Morales, the general sales manager. He also paid attention to what I wanted and made sure that I got it. It was a pleasure also, dealing with him. He did his job for the dealership and for me both which is next to impossible in the car business. If I need another vehicle I would come here only and deal with the same people. It took a total of 2-1/2 hours from when I started car shopping until I drove out of the lot with exactly the vehicle that I wanted, even though I had no idea when I came in of what that would be and I enjoyed every minute of my time with both of them. I did not expect that at all! I used to hate car dealers worse than pulling teeth without anesthetic. No longer! This dealership hires experts who know their job.

We sure dodged a bullet when Jenkins tried to pull the old bait and switch this weekend for a new Kia. We went with our checkbook in hand, totally planning to buy a car I had been emailing them about. After waiting 30 minutes past our appointment time, we were told: The car has been traded away to another dealer. But, here are some more expensive trim packages you can consider. Nobody could bother to call us before we made the trip down there. Whats funny is I saw the car still sitting on the back lot. Anyway, we ended up going straight to Southeast Car and buying another car that were even happier with! They did us a big favor! I hear Family Kia in St. Augustine is really nice. Go there instead.P.S. I see now that Tammy White, Customer Care Manager, likes to respond to these posts. No need, Tammy. I dont think you guys really care.

Purchased my vehicle about a month ago and the experience itself was the usual. Staff is friendly and of course willing to sell. They kept trying to say I had to pay $5,000 more for a package with stuff I just didnt need. Eventually I was given the price I expected and we got the payment down to a price I was happy with. The issue I had was the communication after the deal. No one called to ask how I was doing, how the car was, nothing. The tint that was included in my package has weird bubbles in two of the windows and im not convinced the rims I have are the same as the picture. I love the car and overall the sales person was very nice. I just wish they cared more about you after the whole process.

Unprofessional, unorganized sales people. They will accidentally give you the wrong paperwork and have you pay more than you agreed upon. Purchased 2 cars in a month and had the same issues both times. Only gave them our business because we wanted the cars. Buyer beware! I would not refer anyone to this dealer. Try any other Kia dealership if possible. If you have to deal with them, be sure to read your paperwork over and over before signing anything.

Probably the best dealer service experience Ive ever had. This was my first trip to have service performed on my Sorento. The 45000 mile service cost well below what I expected and I was in and out in less than an hour which is exceptional.The work performed was documented and itemized, including all inspection points and results. A couple of days after the service I was sent a link to view my vehicles Carfax, for free, which included the work performed. Highly recommend Jenkins for service.

My Fiance and I came to look at a 2020 Kia Forte. It was listed online through our bank for a fair price. After getting there we were told it would be OVER 10K MORE than listed online and when we asked to have a that broken down so we could see why the price went up we were given the run around and were NEVER told why the price went up. I have been leasing cars for over 25 years. I NEVER experianced the treatment I got from this dealership. After negotiating the price for 2 days over the phone, and after I made sure that this is a lease with ZERO down payment and sign and drive, and after I requested it in writing, the played the bait and switch. I drove 3.5 hours to get to their place. When the time came to sign the papers, they asked for $2500 up front. This is NOT a sign and drive deal. Please do not trust these people. Is it the sales person? No, its the management. After all, as my grandfather use to say, the fish smells from the head.

Waited over 2.5 hours for general service (then another 20 minutes for a lousy car wash) and I even had an appointment. The place was packed and somewhat chaotic. Once you buy a new car the service goes to pot. Ive had to bring my new sorento 3 times to get things done. I live an hour away. They still didnt finish the work and now that will require and additional trip. Kurt the service guy lacks organization of repair. He has lousy customer service bedside manor. He is not a leader getting things done. I have to continuously follow up. He lied to me and told me the job was done and then another service person told me its not done yet. Really disappointed in the service. I will not work with Kurt again.

Im very happy with my new 2017 Kia Soul Exclaim. It looks great, is fast and lots of fun to drive. All of my friends and co-workers seem to like it inside and out as well. My salesman, Adam Ricketson, is a great guy and helped me get just what I was looking for, with even a couple of bonus features thrown in to boot. Since my previous vehicle was dead and I was driving a rental, he even let me use one of the well-optioned Soul Exclaims for a few days while waiting for my car to arrive. Both times I have been here I was told one thing and then something different the next. The first time at this facility they were supposed to do a diagnostic, I spent about 5 hours and they said they did not find anything after doing the diagnostic. A few weeks later came in for a engine light on. They did the diagnostic and all of a sudden they find all these issues wrong. I dont trust they were being truthful about doing the diagnostic the first time as they would have found the issue then. I spent 7 hrs the second time for the visit.

My daughter takes her Kia Sorrento here. Today she was in a hurry and just needed a part they ordered for her put on her door. Even though they were super busy, they squeezed her in. I have used your facility for two years and I have never had to wait very long for service. However, on my last visit, I couldn’t drive my car into the service line without being behind many cars. I waited over thirty minutes to be checked in. Melissa does a great job and I enjoy working with her. Prior coming to this dealership, my wife discussed with the salesman over the phone about a car (2021 Kia Niro) listed on their website. We then scheduled an appointment for the Wednesday (5/19) to test drive the car before purchasing the vehicle. We drove over 1.5 hours to the dealership and after my wife test drove the car we were given a OTD(out-the-door) price that $5365 over what our expectation was based off the previous discussed cost listed on their website.We reminded them about the online pricing and to use that for working out the OTD price. They let us know that the vehicle listed online had dealer installed options that were not listed as the reason that the price was higher than what we had discussed previously. These included Lumar window tint (w/lifetime dealer warranty), factory Wheel lock kit, Nitro filled tires (w/lifetime service), Factory All Weather mats (full set), rear cargo tray, rear cargo organizer, Factory phone charging kit, 1 year free ID theft, and the vehicle was treated with Autobond paint & interior protection that protects the vehicle up to 5 years.We felt tricked that we had drove all the way down for the specific vehicle and only once we arrived at the dealership did they disclose the additions. My wife decided to walk away since we did not feel comfortable with how they handled the situation and that it was above our price range. We got a call as we were driving away from the GM quoting us a price about $500 above our budget, but we did not want give our cash to this dealership.I hope that other patrons have a better experience that we did. I would recommend confirming what dealer install options are before making the trip down there so you dont feel forced into paying over your budget.

I am giving an overall of 3 stars because the work was completed in a timely manner but with that being said i was charge over 200 dollars more than i was quoted on the phone and when i returned home my car was smoking. I call and they informed me i must bring it back in to see what the problem is only to get there and be given attitude by the mechanic who didnt even look at my car!!

I bought My First Brand NEW car from Jenkins Kia of Gainesville. I was promised 2 keys when I bought the car brand new with almost 1000 miles on it.I was only givin 1 key. The wrong color seats come in the car and they werent the power seats as requested. They said they were going to get it fixed.. so I went in for service the first time and it come out scratched very badly by the service department. It took them over 3 weeks to get it back in to fix there mistake. 2 weeks later I got my car back and I didnt have time to sit and wait to speak the GM about how poorly it was done plus my radio and speakers werent fix. I asked for the GM to call me and had not received a call back yet and this was back in may. I had to get another oil change, tire rotation, RADIOS bluetooth and corded android auto (USB PORT) STILL NOT WORKING and my air bag light come on about a week ago. I took it for service today and was told everything is fixed. So I walk out to find a new scratch on my door panel and again I asked to speak to the GM and again hes in a meeting. MIKE the SERVICE MANAGER, come out and said i cant prove it was done today so there not fixing it! He is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOWN RITE RUDE! The air bag light is still on, radio still not fixed, the kia soul now pulls to the right real bad but I was told They are not going to fix anything. I have text the GM with no return call yet. This is absolutely the most horrible dealership for sales or service! They speak to women very UNPROFESSIONAL about the service issues.

Kia put a car on my credit that I didnt purchase. Its been 6 months and this issue is still not resolved. Im apparently being unreasonable.Prior to that, Kia sold a vehicle I put a deposit on to someone else.Prior to that, I bought a Kia Sorrento. By the time it had 40k miles, it had 3 engines.Im not a mechanic. I cant speak on the value of a Kia. I can just talk about my experience; however, this particular dealership put a vehicle on my credit that I didnt buy.PUT A VEHICLE ON MY CREDIT I DIDNT BUY..... 6 MONTHS AGO.They tell you they are sorry. They tell you they care. This has been going on for 6 months. Either the brand is terrible or this store. You be the judge.

DON’T VISIT HERE.Worst Experience. I made a deal with these people for a car in Jenkins, Leesburg. Manager made a FINAL deal and I was about to sign the documentation but suddenly he comes and says that Jenkins, Leesburg is charging me $500 more for transferring the car to Gainesville. “Pay more $500 get car or speak with Leesburg sales”. This is after I made the deal. I felt like kicked out of store.Other location doesn’t want to negotiate now and it is 1.5 hrs from my place.
