I had a great experience at this place but only because of the salesman that attended to me. As a first time car financier, Mike the salesman was very helpful and patient. He put me through the process of understanding how financing works and the option that would be good for me. Unfortunately during bargaining, one of the sales manager Ryan came in and ruined this experience by telling me that I would never get a car that I like because I’m a first time financier. Ryan was so rude and almost walked us out of the dealership when we asked to see more car options to help us make a good decision. Mike had to come in the second time to explain everything better and I got my lovely Toyota Corolla. Please don’t ever ask to see Ryan at this delearship, he’ll make your shopping experience hell.
Maya was phenomenal!!! We went to another dealership, was very displeased, called on our way, she called before we got there to see if we had any questions she could get answers for before we got there. Got there at 7:45 and they closed at 8, and each time I apologized, she was soooo nice, professional, and was pleased to stay to help! We had our 3 year old with us, she was so patient with her and quick! The sales manager and the finance guy we dealt with we’re both very professional. We didn’t get out of there until after 9, Maya still wanted to get a picture, and wasn’t in a hurry to get out, made sure we didn’t have any questions and even called the next day to make sure we didn’t have any questions on the vehicle!!!!! I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and kindness of this team here!
My car’s check engine light came on & it had low power. The service tech I called said to come right in & they would work me in without an appointment. Iliana was VERY helpful- got my car right in & made sure the repairs were completed & I was out the door before my next appointment. Thank you!!
Absolutely one of the best car service experiences! Stephanie was so pleasant to deal with and she was quick to understand my need to be out of service quickly. I actually brought in my new Lexus for something and Gatorland Toyota handled it perfectly, professionally & quickly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a no hassle experience. Something wonderful to have in this day !
I purchased a car from Gatorland Toyota, and from start to finish it was the most seamless and easy experience. This was my first car purchase and my salesman Dabari Destine was extremely kind and patient and answered every question that I had. He worked with me throughout the entire process and kept me in the loop regarding the arrival of my car and made sure that I was getting all the accessories and other details that I wanted.I would highly recommend purchasing from here not only for the great car, but for the the people as well!
Superb professionalism, very friendly staff and bright, spacious office.Big thumb up for Russ,Justin and sales manager Ryan. We are so happy with Russs patient and technical help after the deal is done.
Brought my Corolla in for a safety recall. Though I had scheduled an appointment, I was told when I arrived that they would need to keep my vehicle overnight because they were extra busy. The next morning, they contacted me with a laundry list of urgent repairs my car needed, and quoted $2,200. I politely declined. When I went to pick up the car, the tech told me whoever was servicing my car was doing a very poor job and letting me drive my car in a dangerous condition... My car had been serviced just a few weeks earlier AT GATORLAND! Took my car directly to another technician in Gainesville and they told me it was 100% safe to drive as is. Their only recommendation was changing the windshield wiper blades. I wont be trusting Gatorland with my vehicle again.
First time there. And probably the last.. Price above average. Service delayed for the cost. Got a call two days later from them wanting to buy my car. Who does that? They were really not interested in giving me any help especially during these tough times after I complained about the cost of their services several times. But they wanted my car. Seriously? The conversation ended with I hope nothing else bad happens to your car which felt a little threatening. Gatorland has a lot of soul searching work to do. 🙏🏼 peace out from Gods hood.
Wife and I came in looking for a Corolla hatchback. We worked with both Levy and then Dayton, they were personable and friendly. At the end of the day we didn’t buy the car, but the experience I had at this dealership was much better than other places I’ve been to in the past - I would say Gatorland is how a dealership should be run. Dayton showed great respect even after I told him we were passing on the car. For the experience alone I’d recommend this place!
DO NOT PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER ADD-ONS! Purchased 2 Toyotas a few years ago. After moving out of the state and selling the vehicles, I have tried several times (too many to count) to speak to someone about getting a refund on extended warranties and service agreements. I was able to speak to someone only once and emailed him the required information, only to never hear from him or be able to contact him or anyone else in the finance department. In addition, when purchasing my truck, the finance person I originally dealt with made it seem that the interest rate is dependent on purchasing an extended warranty which is definitely not the case after reading the fine print. If anyone wants to test this, try to call the dealership and ask to speak to the finance dept. The call will go to voicemail and you will most likely not get a call back. Maybe the outcome would be different if I still lived there and could go into the dealership, but have to find solution over phone/email. Filing a complaint with the state as well since I cant get anyone from dealership to help.
Very poor customer service all around. For them to be one of the top dealerships in town seems like they truly dont care even though weve bought the last 4 vehicles from them!
They are the best did a wonderful job on my truck Mr. John kept my updated throughout the whole process. Couldnt have asked for better service.
I was able to pull in without an appointment and had quite a few cars in front of me. To my surprise I was in an out of there QUICKLY considering I had to have quite a bit done to my SUV. The facility is ALWAYS clean and the customer service is superb. I love Gatorland!
They were amazing! I truly thought my car had no near solution but by the next day I was on my way again plus they provided complimentary Uber and that was a big plus.Thank you so much to all the team :)
Congratulations to Eric Zamora. He was our sales person who had been there for 3 days, and we were his first sale. He did a great job. I would recommend going to him to my friends and family for a vehicle.
Very disappointed. I went for service to obtain a new battery for my 2017 Highlander. The service technician strongly suggested I opt for the lifetime battery which I did. Afterwards, I received no specific paperwork as proof of warranty on the lifetime battery. All I got was information on my receipt explaining I have to go to a part protection website to obtain retrieve. The website does not work whatsoever! When I enter last six of VIN and last name, I’m taken to a page that does not work. VERY AGGRAVATING!!
Great customer service. Nancy was very nice. However, cost of services extremely high. After over $1,500 in services, cannot feel very happy and satisfied.
Very easy to use with the texting option. Hours are convenient. Night drop is handy. Friendly service. I spent quite a bit on my 2007 Yaris but it needed the attention. It feels like new and Im happy with the decision.
Great customer service! Quick and easy services.
I have nothing but good things to say about Gatorland Toyota and my sales rep Buck after my recent lease of a 2020 Tacoma. I live in West Palm Beach and the dealers down here just wanted to play slight of hand with pricing and inventory. I was able to negotiate a fair price with Buck and had a deposit to hold the truck all within a few hours! I drove up to get the Tacoma a few days later and was in and out of the showroom within an hour or two. I didn’t buy this way because of Covid but if you are concerned they for sure can make this painless, fair, and safe.
Hey I drove up to Gainesville to look at a Toyota 4Runner and I really like the vehicle they advertised it for 33,6 00 and I really felt high pressure from the sales staff anyhow before I could make a deal with them they brought the price up to 39,600. If you advertise not 39 anyhow I would never buy a vehicle there now after that it is a difficult time to buy its not really a good time to buy but that was just being dishonest and they were seriously taking advantage of me anyhow be prepared if you go there they will strong arm you and high pressure sell you.
Eric helped me with buying a truck this past week and I was really happy with the overall experience. He and the dealership are highly recommended.
First I will say that both the Kyles that helped me (sales and financing) were 5 stars. The 3 star review is for the dealership itself. Next car purchase I will be looking elsewhere. I understand there is a vehicle shortage and when you need a car in this environment you are at a disadvantage. However I have purchased several cars from Gatorland and will be buying more in the future (for business and personal use). They really low balled me on my trade in and took advantage of my need for a vehicle. Yes that is how the game is played. But they have no loyalty as a returning customer - (multiple vehicles in the past few years) I was disappointed they did not work with me more than they did.Kyle and Kyle were helpful and friendly and a highlight.
Wonderful dealership and experience. Worked with Michael Barton in Sales and I HIGHLY recommend working with him. Came in to just check out some cars with 0 intentions of leaving with a car. After finding one that we loved, Michael was able to work us up a deal in minutes! It was exactly what we were looking for and he was completely transparent throughout the whole process. Michael is charismatic and cares about his community and will make sure you leave happy and fulfilled.
The sales associate Troy Davis was awesome. He was prompt in communicating before the purchase and when I arrived he was patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave great customer service. I don’t give an overall five stars because the finance associate, Kyle Strong was not courteous. He made the process tense and I didn’t feel free to ask questions. He had poor customer service. Overall the service was good because of Troy.
Nick is an extremely knowledgeable car salesman and you would not go wrong buying from him. Hes very honest and will be an excellent person to buy from. Super friendly and down to earth.Bought my 2021 Corolla from Nick and could not be happier.
I cannot reach to their Finance department after making my purchase! This include my questions about vehicle title, services and insurance I purchased initially. If I were you, call for their finance department to see if you are gonna be connected and talk to a financial advisor and then consider purchasing through financing.
I worked personally with my guy Arnoldo any car questions or service questions he’s my go to man to work with. He was patient with me and we discussed truck health and talked about life. He is the best car professional I ever talked to. And Raul is a absolute professional and I am happy he worked on my car I will definitely be back for those two gentlemen for making my process so easy! 5 star service every time I come.
Mike was a big help Im deciding between trim models for my new Tacoma. He was great to talk to and just a really nice guy, even gave me extra on my trade to help with my monthly payment. I also wanna give a shout out to Tim who worked with Mike to get us a good deal with our financing.
Amazing job from everybody at Gatorland made my wife and Is experience a pleasure! Mark Derrico was an amazing sales person that didnt seem like a pushy sales person more of a buddy. Honest, down to earth and inviting personality while being informative and knowledgeable. In addition, Mike Means in Financing has the best personality! He was great to work with as well! And that digital signing desk computer is cool! Hands down, I would recommend anyone to buy here again!
Quality customer service is not present during the time I was there. The service department does not seem to have any patience for their customers. Ironically, they even put out a book regarding having patience. However, all the staff members just came off rude. None of them smile even though they dont even have a mask on.
I can’t say enough about Arnaldo, my service associate. He always remembers my name and makes a point to go the extra mile for me. Today was a great example. My check engine light came on yesterday and he was able to fit me in within 24hrs. I took my car in expecting the worst. It turned out that the only issue was that I’d forgotten to close the gas cap! Not only did Arnaldo not charge me for his crew’s time, expertise and effort, he also didn’t bill for the Uber that took me home and brought me back. I’ve been to dozens of dealerships in the past, but Arnaldo and Gatorland WOW me to no end. GO GATORLAND!!!
My service advisor was Joshua. He was very nice. I came in for a warranty tire rotation, oil change and vehicle checkup. The cost for this was nothing. My dash light showed a tire issue. Apparently there was a nail that was in the sidewall, so I needed a new tire. Tire price was $201.25. With labor, parts, and fees, the tire price was $222.47. After shop supplies of $15.69 and tax of $16.06 were added, my tire price was then $254.22. Upon paying my bill, a 7 % additional charge was then added for more shop supplies or disposal. I ended up paying $261.85 for a $201.25 tire. That is a $60.60 charge added on for labor ($20) tax ($16.06), fees ($15.69) and more fees $7.63). I personally feel that some of these extra fee charges were excessive. In addition, I noticed when I got home that my new tire had no tire valve cover on it to match my other 3 silver custom valve covers I had on my vehicle when I brought it in. Joshua was nice enough to locate it for me, but I had to drive all the way back to retrieve something that should have been put back on my new tire in the first place. Also, I received zero information on the warranty for my new tire or the DOT card I usually get when I buy new tires from anywhere. All I have is my payment receipt from Toyota for my purchase. I feel that I should have been given some warranty/mileage information along with my purchase of a brand new tire.
They told me with full assurance they have 2021 Rav4s in stock but when I got there, an hour later, a different salesperson said they didnt have any in stock. So, I left and bought a Honda. A couple weeks later, they call me asking if I am still in the market and I told them what my experience was with them was like and the lady told me to have a good day and hung up. Not sure who, if anyone, is training these folks in customer service. Definitely never going to this dealership again.
Sadly this rating is based solely on the way Ive been treated since I paid out right for my vehicle. The guy who sold the vehicle, has since relocated but he offered excellent service something this dealership obviously has forgotten.I have been waiting for five weeks for my plate and instead of sending another temporary plate Ive gotten excuses and a complete lack of respect during phone conversations to inquire about it. All they had to do was send a temporary plate by mail and we wouldnt have to drive over 45 miles to pick one up in person with an expired temporary tag. We gave plenty of time to do so before this one expired but the dismissive attitude of the person in charge of this area was not helpful or reassuring at all. I cannot tell anyone where I purchased my vehicle from because they deserve better treatment. The customer service shouldnt end because the check clears. I may have bought from them again or recommended them to others.
Josh Jablonski always goes above and beyond. Will continue to take all my vehicles to him
We recently bought a car with the help of Dayton. We are so happy he was the one helping us from the beginning as we appreciated his honesty and the fact that he was not at all pushy in anything.. it was a pleasure working with him! If you ever consider buying a car from Toyota, I highly recommend him, he really was amazing !
Toyota is wonderful! I purchased my vehicle brand new in 2019 and apparently there was a recall on it. I was unaware of this, but the dealership reached out to me personally to let me know and then called to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. I also received an incredible car wash and detail while my car was there for only $20!! I was shocked at how good of a job they did on it. The technicians were polite and helpful!
So my old car was very very in need of replacing. I still owed on it and my credit is a little lower right now than its been in the past. I was POSITIVE I would not get enough for trade in and I wouldnt be approved for a vehicle. Welp, I was wrong. From start to finish Gatorland Toyota was pleasant, helpful, and kept me excited through my anxiety over the process. Long story short, I left in a brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla! It is literally the nicest thing Ive ever owned and I am elated. A huge thank you to the entire staff that helped me!
Drove up to get a price on an oil change since I kept getting the voicemail when I called. Price is better than what Jiffy Lube quoted. The wait was a bit long but I didn’t have an appointment so considering it really wasn’t too bad. Only complaint I have is when I was checking out I was told my car had been ran through the car wash when it definitely was not.
John at Gatorland Toyota Collision Center was awesome! I brought my 2009 Toyota Corolla in for a new paint job. They got me a rental and had everything set up and in place so I didnt have to do much of anything. They were backed up because of employees being out, but John called weekly to give me updated and reports. They even changed my battery and windshield since they were bad! When I got the car back, it looked so good. I highly recommend this place.
Walked in for a routine maintenance service and left with a new car! I worked with Debari, who made me feel absolutely at home. He walked me through the process for my trade-in, helped me select the best vehicle within my budget without trying to sell me any unnecessary upgrades. Just honest and helpful. I highly recommend Gatorland Toyota and working with Debari. Best experience that I’ve had at a dealership buying a vehicle. I am a customer for life.
Beware of the dealership fees! I was shocked when the total was 5k more from the original price. About 1,000 in dealership fees(which is normal) and some other fee that the company has you include which is about 1,500 added to the car total. That’s about 2,500 Not including taxes and APR interest. This was for a used car with close to 100,000 miles. You might as well get a new car for the price. Just saying.
Impressed with the service they provided! The staff is very sweet and friendly! Our sales person was Russ and he gave good service and we were happy that we made our purchase from this car center!
Phenomenal customer service! It is so nice to walk into a place of business and be acknowledged and appreciated! Our experience with Troy was awesome and he was informative patient and professional. Great rates and even better customer service! Thank you Gatorland Toyota family! We WILL be back!
I had the pleasure of buying a car from Gatorland Toyota recently. From beginning to end the process was painless and efficient! My sales professional, Everette, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood what I was buying. He helped me to weigh my options for the best outcome. The manager, Paul was equally as helpful with giving me great guidance. Without hesitation, I recommend purchasing from Gatorland!
Charles was a straight shooter, nice and personable. Although inventory was low he made the experience great.
I purchased a 2020 4Runner SR5 from Gatorland Toyota. Salesman Nick LaPuma and his manager Brent Biehl are outstanding to work with. They found me the exact vehicle I wanted and beat out 3 other FL Toyota Dealers and a national used car search over a several month period! I was so happy to buy local AND get the best deal and service. If you want to purchase a car and want to save yourself lots of time, effort, and research, just go start with Nick at Gatorland. You will be super happy you did!
I purchased my Corolla today and I am so happy and excited. Maya was wonderful. The deal almost didnt happen and I had walked away. Maya called me five minutes later to come back. She had worked out everything. I appreciate Maya for making it happen. Keep up the great work.
I looked far and wide for my new truck, and found it at Gatorland. Jordan was so incredibly helpful and attentive without being pushy like car sales professionals can be at times. He was incredibly knowledge and helped me pick the right truck. The pricing was also transparent, with no sketchy mysterious fees. They really took the time to explain everything. Would recommend.
Car purchase was made over the internet via email/text. All was done securely including the credit application. They had the one vehicle I was after and I flew down from the North to Florida to get it. Mike Barton, the sales guy, picked me up art the local airport and took me to the dealership. All the paperwork was ready and the car was prepped to go. They have an electronic signing process so all your documents are paperless and are placed on a USB thumb drive. The finance guy was great and didnt try to upsell me on things I didnt really need. We went over the paperwork at a detail level I was comfortable with and then signed. Mike let me pick some goodies from their toy shop to go with the car and then they set the car up for me to drive it off the showroom floor! I hung around for a couple of hours (by choice) and spoke with a number of employees and the owner, Tim. All were knowledgable and helpful. They would have given me a tour of servicing but since I live 1300 miles North of the dealership, servicing will be the one thing that I dont get a chance to experience. This dealership is very open about their numbers, targets etc. with all that information on display so there is no mystery. I didnt experience any let me talk to my manager moments or numbers that they werent happy to explain especially since this was a very out of state purchase. Mike Barton was great. He worked with me over phone, email, text to dot every I and cross every T so that there was nothing left to chance when I arrived as there was no going back to get the right kind of ID or binder given the distance travelled. I would be very happy to work with him again. The car is great. 1300 miles later in two days and we are back home with no regrets, in fact things couldnt be better. Thanks Mike and Thanks Gatorland Toyota!
UPDATE 9 HOURS LATER: I took the General Manager at his word and reached out to him via the email address he provided in his response. I will keep you posted.UPDATE: 6/9/21... Sales manager reached out to me and satisfied my concerns. I am raising my rating of this dealership.
I had such a great experience with the service department at Gatorland Toyota. From my service advisor Brad to the wonderful mechanics who worked on my truck. They exceeded my expectations in all areas.I will be going back there for all my future service needs and will be recommending them to family and friends.
BEWARE OF SHADY SALES TACTICS!!!We went to Gatorland to purchase a vehicle this past weekend. What a huge mistake and disappointment. We had an appointment to purchase a specific vehicle after they bombed it for the cigarette scent. Our sales person showed us the vehicle, we agreed to go inside and get the paper work together for purchase. Out of no where the sales person suggested a completely different unsolicited vehicle for us to view, to be courteous we agreed to see the vehicle, this took about 10 minutes max, we then went in to complete our sale for the vehicle we had gone in to purchase, while we were waiting to seal the deal the sales person came and said sorry the vehicle has been sold. Gatorland really did it this time, the dishonesty and senselessness of this was really evident. We were promised that a price we saw online would be honored which was lower than the price they were asking on the lot. It is quite evident what happened, we were distracted so they could make a higher profit by selling to someone else. There is no customer care here. Clearly Gatorland does not value its customers especially with the tables turned and the market being a sellers market. The sales person did not even ask us if we wanted to see something else. When I spoke with Sales Manager Ted G. He had no solutions, just Im sorry, I understand but you know its a first come first serve basis. Well, Ted we are aware of that, that is why we came to purchase the vehicle.Gatorland will not even have the pleasure of serving another vehicle of ours. This entire experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth.Save yourself and head on over to another Toyota dealer in the Ocala area for real customer care.
Michael Means and Maddie were the best! I was welcomed with their warm and comforting personalities. I didnt feel rushed or like they were trying to get over on me. The best car buying experience Ive ever had. These two individuals are a great asset to your company and I love my new toyota. Thanks you two!
Very professional customer service. Oil change was quick and easy. Iliana, my service, rep was awesome and made me feel like I was a valued customer.
Gatorland Toyota contacted me immediately after I made an inquiry online. From first contact to delivery took about 2 weeks because the vehicle I wanted was not in their inventory. During that time, I worked with Dabari Destine and Ron Kiffer, and both were exceptional. On our first call, Dabari took the specifications for what I wanted and relayed them to the inventory manager to locate a vehicle. When I visited the dealership for the first time, Ron was fair and honest about exactly what was available and how much it would cost. I was never pressured to do anything I didnt want to do; the team simply informed me of my options and let me choose what I wanted.A week after signing a deal with Ron, my 2022 Corolla Hybrid arrived, and Ron called me as soon as it was unloaded from the truck. I worked with Jim in the finance department to sign all the necessary documents, and he shared information about additional services with me, then customized a package that met my needs.I had a fantastic experience with everyone at the dealership, and I highly recommend choosing Gatorland Toyota for your next vehicle purchase.
Great customer service From Michael Barton and a wonderful deal too! And don’t forget about the service people!! They had my car up and running like new at a great price!!! Love this location and the people who work there!! 10/10
Just bought a Tundra and that was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The management team is amazing especially Ryan, Paul, Tim and Tyler! Wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Officially a Toyota man for life!
If you want to get the car you want and the payment you want, go talk to Mike. Knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. We walked in the door, told him what we were looking for in a vehicle, and he made it happen at the monthly payment that worked for us. The whole process was smooth and our paperwork was done fast. Can’t recommend Mike and the dealership enough.
Signed in at appointed time. They did requested service. Kept vehicle an extra day to evaluate intermittent problem but didn’t experience issue. Not sure they vacuumed at online forum, as suggested, documenting similar issue. Car was washed and vacuumed nicely. Polite personnel and clean area.
Old school car sales malarkey. This industry needs to get rid of the costly middle man. Customers are too savvy today with online intel. I know they took advantage of me because of the post-pandemic supply chain disruptions. You, readers, should be wiser and save money when normalcy returns.
I dont put reviews often because I dont want to affect business, but I think its important for this one since I paid for service that probably was not done.I read reviews from other customers that said service was said to be done but actually wasnt. It happened to me too. So be careful.Got a multipoint inspection just to see status of car. When it was time to pick up car, got handed the paper detailing status of car. Things that didnt get a mark was the oil level and the tire pressure. I asked if this were done since it wasnt marked on the form. They checked in on the mechanic and was told yes and was given the tire pressure and the oil level. Got told the oil level was ok as it was exactly at the low point mark, not below it.Guess what.. I checked it myself the before coming in a few daysback and it was at the higher mark. Checked it after the inspection. Right after. and it was at the high mark. And for tire pressure was told the mechanic put it at 36. And had 36/36 on all tires. Meaning it was at 36 when it was checked and got added air to be at 36. Does not make sense. Why tell me air was added so the tire pressure is now 36. When it was 36 to begin with!!!.This made me question if they even did the inspection at all. Worried me, if you cant even check the oil level and even at that not do it correctly then why would I trust all the other stuff.Took money for no service. Highly likely.Becareful!!.
Buck was very nice and easy to work with. He was not pushy like a lot of salesmen I have dealt with over the years. The finance guy was super nice too!
They have a huge selection of awesome vehicles, both new and used. Dayton Shupak is incredibly easy to work with. Hes genuine and really cares about helping people. This is by far the best car dealership. First class service.
5 stars for Gatorland Toyota! Dan/Ryan and his team did an outstanding job of getting my Tacoma. Ive contacted 6 or 7 toyota dealerships about getting my exact specs. Some barely helped. Could maybe get me something close to what I wanted or just didnt make the effort to see if they can get it ordered for me.One dealership kept throwing me Tacomas that werent even close to my specs just so they can get me into the door insisting I should put some deposit down on some Tacoma. Way too aggressive and Super shady.I was losing hope with the researching process as just getting into a Tacoma was already difficult during this pandemic. Im glad theres at least one honest Toyota dealership in the state of Florida.Dan was nothing short of exceptional and the professionalism to explaining things up front, getting the ball rolling to finally getting my finance in place. Way too easy. We need more dealership that wants to help customers out without the b.s. marked up prices. An all around great communicator and let me know when my Tacoma was during the process of waiting for it.Just knowing how great the service is with Gatorland Toyota is and the fact Dan owns a Toyota I wouldnt mess with anyone else in Florida. Thanks man!-BUDDHA
Dan Maher helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a RAV-4! He helped explain all of the package options and what level of trim included which bells and whistles. He communicated thoroughly with us through the shipping process and explained everything with the chip shortage. We are so thrilled and highly recommend him!
My advisor Stephanie is simply the BEST! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! Her customer service is beyond amazing!
They are friendly, kind and courteous. They dont try to sell you anything you dont need. They listen to the customers request and follow them. Shad is my favorite, Ive dealt with him for over 4 years and each time has been a pleasurable experience.
The maintenance and overall experience went well with one exception and that was that I found a new rattle upon starting the car that turned out to be a loose engine mount bolt. This kind of thing can happen at any shop, but its best to not have the customer find it.
Great experience. Dayton was really good to work with.
My husband and I just gut a 2019 Toyota Tandra from here and it was a pleasant expense . I was grateful I started with them first I save time and money by going to them first Thank you to the hole team for making it a will awesome experienceand a special thank to Dabari Destine
Ian is sick a great service liaison I love being my vehicle to him each time!
Friendly group of people. Helpful and knowledgeable. Will consider them again when looking for a Toyota.
If i could give zero stars i would. I have never had any difficulty at Gatorland Toyota until today. I came in for an appointment to get my key cut and programmed. When i called on the phone the man told me it would be $89 plus tax and for some reason the lady Nancy told me it would be over $300 dollars and did nothing to even explain it when i asked why. When i told her i changed my mind she became very rude. She refused to answer any questions i had and screamed over her walkie talkie for them to bring my car back around and told us to get out of her office. The young boy driving my car came flying around the corner in my car and literally almost hit us. He left my car door open and walked away without saying anything. I am not one to complain but this was so ridiculous and rude.
Fabulous, from the moment I arrived for an estimate to the day I picked up my vehicle after being repaired. Extremely professional staff with the highest quality of workmanship. My car looks like new again. The paint department did an incredible job.
Juan was very kind and courteous while helping me figure out what needed to be fixed on my car. My car was fixed quickly, and it looks great! I highly recommend asking for Juan if you need any bodywork done.
Our sales rep was Ron Kiffer. He was fantastic. He was easy to work with while explaining a very complicated car. All in all the experience was very good. The finance person was very impersonal and robotic.
Very knowledgeable and professional, Azalea is excellent. Helped understand safety system and connect services
Brad Kirker and Levi were awesome! Very friendly staff and awesome atmosphere. You can tell the employees care about the customers and people were very attentive making sure we were taken care of.
Great service and very thorough on inspection. Very satisfied with the level of service received. The service manager Brad is very kind and courteous. He kept me apprised of the work being performed and any additional maintenance needed. I recommend Gatorland Toyota.
Great customer service Shad Buchanan was awesome well as Anthony they made me feel like home and greeted me with professionalism
I was there an hour ago for tire rotation, oil and filter change and multipoint inspection. They didnt rotate the tires but charged me for tire rotation. To double check, I asked them if they rotated the tires before the payment to make sure, and they said yes!! but when I got home, I noticed the tires are still on the same location!!!They simply lied! Now, Im not sure if they have changed the oil and filter! How irresponsible for a Toyota dealership and they are still proud of their service!
We have now purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, both times Mike Barton was our salesman. He took such good care of us the first time we asked for him again on our second deal. He listened to what we were looking for and was great at finding us exactly what we wanted for a great price! Well definitely keep coming back to this dealership for the prices and customer service.
I mixed up the date of my service appointment, but they worked me in without incident and got me out fast!
As with most dealerships you plan on going in for one thing and leave paying more. I wish when something was wrong with a vehicle they’d actually show the customer instead of us having to take their word for the issue. I felt like I was there for a sales pitch when all I was there for was a tire rotation. $500 later out the door. Make sure they do what they say. They were supposed to replace my cabin air filter, less than 5k miles and took to another dealership for service who showed me the cabin air filter and it looks like it needs to be replaced?!?!? Are you kidding me gatorland! You didn’t replace it! But I paid for it! Good job! And thank you to the other dealership who actually SHOWED me the filter.
Best deals are in this dealership. Michael Barton was really helpful. He took care of us and give us the best benefits and prices. He will help you find the best car for your and will take the time to explain everything. If you come here you should talk to him! But I’m sure everyone will be as helpful and nice as he is
We had made a deal in paper a few weeks ago. However, they did not have the vehicle so I parked my truck for weeks to ensure the mileage was the same and there be no issues. The dealership changed the salesman in the middle and everything was fine. When they told me yesterday that the vehicle had arrived I was excited and went with my wife to pick the new Tacoma TRD PRO. We had agreed that the vehicle would have clear protection, but it didn’t have it. That was going to be my discount in the vehicle since they did not discount this type of Tacoma. When I pointed this out to Josh he said that there was nothing that he could do in a very condescending way. Even my wife felt offended by the attitude. I mean that’s a $50k mid size truck. So I asked him if I could take the discount of the $399 in the tinted windows and again he was rude about the answer. My wife knew I had been wanting this truck for a while and we agreed to go ahead with the transaction. I honor my part of the bargain but they didn’t. I don’t even know if I would ever be able to recommend this dealership to my friends who mostly are driving the Toyota brand. Manners make the person. Treat people with dignity and respect. The salesman could have easily said no in a different polite and professional manner. IT DIDNT HAPPEN!Additionally, this was on my Tacoma TRD PRO window. Notice how they put $299 for carpets when the TRD PRO package includes them. Pin stripes $149. No pin stripes in the vehicle.
Was,of course, surprised with the bill but understand that the work was needed.Tire pressure was at 36 while pressure on the door specifies 33 ?Anxious to get the O2. Sensor when it’s available- time to return was problematic butNecessary…
Would never buy a car from here again. They were nice while they were selling my car to me...since then EXTREMELY poor customer service. They made promises to me they did not keep, admitted to not fulfilling their end of the deal and promised to correct them...weeks later they have taken no action. I spoke to the store manager, Tyler, who promised to intervene and take care of the problem by the next day...weeks later he has not. Buy from a more ethical dealership with better customer service.
Watch 3 advisors do nothing and 1 who had several customers. Then was quoted one price and when i went to pay was told it was $200 more. When i said not what was quoted was given yet another quote that was more.
Michael Barton and Ryan Wise work hard to find us the perfect Truck for our daughter. We weren’t the easiest customers but they were patient and worked to give us a price we were comfortable with on a terrific used Tacoma. I would definitely recommend Gatorland Toyota. Be sure to ask for Michael or Ryan!
Great service, always responsive, courteous, and thorough. Their cleaning/detail service is absolutely amazing. Always get your vehicle cleaned if in for service. From the least expensive package to the supreme package, I have always been impressed.
They have excellent customer service. Did a good job on maintenance. Courteous, respectful and a good sense of humor .Mr Ian is awesome. thank you for what you do
Loved the service, everyone was extremely nice. the price they gave me through the phone was the price I payed! and special shout out to Mr. Shad B. he’s kindness was the biggest I’ve seen at any dealership ever! Gatorland will be my car’s new home!
A place to avoid due to deceptive sales practices. Not illegal practices but immoral. They deserve less than one star.
Levi is a honest fella. He tries his best to help you get in what you want.
