I appreciated the fact that even though the insurance company gave the dispatch the wrong address of where my wife was stranded, the tow truck driver still managed to go to whereabouts I had given her as an address and was able to find my wife and our stranded truck.Excellent service. Thank you.

Charged us $133.50 to unlock our vehicle. After trying to unlock it ourselves and very aggravated we called.... Was told it was going to be an hour wait which I understood and had no problem with.... After talking to the gentleman (who was not rude on the phone) and giving him our address he told me that thats were they were headed and would be with us right after.... Awesome right, well she came and got the keys out of the truck and then told my husband the price.....I was thinking $60-$80 but 133.50 why? Was I charged for the drive from bowie ? Would have broke the window and saved the trouble if I knew it was going to cost the same..... Feel very takin advantage of.... And really wish I would have been told the price before hand cause I wouldnt have waisted there and my time.

My clutch finally gave out from the performance mods and I was on the phone with Subaru Roadside Assistance for nearly a half-hour waiting for them to find my location on a map, and then have a 2 hour wait for them to arrive. A passerby recommended Hunters Towing so I hung up with Subaru and called Hunters and they were there within 20 minutes. Super friendly, fair price, and great equipment that was suitable to my car with a slightly lowered suspension.

Locked my keys in my car a few miles outside Gainesville. $70 was a bit pricey but the service was fast and friendly. Will save you in a pinch.

We are SO GRATEFUL for Monica! (Date of service 7/22/19). We were stuck across the river in Oklahoma and she drove from Texas and back to ultimately get my mom and her car all the way back to Dallas. Showed up quick, Dallas Dave charged me $100 bucks to come 10 miles and haul it on their way back to their shop drop it off 5 miles at dealership. If they lost money on another job, they made it up on mine. When I asked what they charged, they just asked where I was and where I wanted it taken, if it was easy load on. Then said theyd be there in a minute like no problem, we can knock it out quick, I thought maybe that meant theyd charge me quick easy rate. Nope I paid full price. Even if theyd went 50 miles here and 50 miles back with a vehicle theyd have to drag on there.According to people thats used em before, I paid more than them for less hassle. Kinda dropped their jaw when I told em what they charged me.

My car was in a ditch (5-ft drop-off)at a 45 degree angle, between 2 culverts, teetering above a small creek, about to roll, a real MESS...Surprisingly, at this point, no structural damage, but there was no way of getting it out without major damage, so we thought. Thank goodness for Will, he’s a miracle worker! Still amazed that he pulled the car out. We’re very appreciative of his expertise! Honestly, he is the BEST!

My foster dog stepped on my car door lock while my car was running with keys inside. Hunter’s Towing was literally there 5 minutes after I called to help and unlock my doors for me. I tried to pay the extra after hours fee and instead he told me to pay it forward to someone in need. So thankful for their understanding, kindness, timely and professional service!!!

A couple years ago my friend got carjacked and a few months later, the thief had wrecked the car and it was towed and brought to this location.When we got there the staff was helpful and immediately showed us to the car and let us retrieve our personal belongings.We still havent gotten justice from the incident but Im really grateful they let us in without any hassle. It was a really stressful time for us.

AMAZING!!! I honestly couldnt ask for better service. I was broke down on the side of the highway at about 6 in the morning with my three babies and he got to us in about 15 to 20 mins and and was very nice and respectable. I wish I could thank him more. One of the fastest Ive ever felt with.

They lead me to thinking the wanted to help then didn’t answer the phone after I found me exact location. If you don’t want the job just say that

I asked for a tow from Gainesville to Garland. They asked me what was wrong and I said the truck wouldnt start and I need to tow it to my mechanic. They recommend a shop there in Gainesville and I let them take it there. The shop doesnt work on diesel engines. I didnt think I should have to pay for that tow. They told me if I didnt pay the $124, they would go get my truck and keep it. Feeling raped. Had to pay.

Helped me out at 4am during the weekend for cheap. Prompt and wouldnt take my tip. More than pleased.

WOW! and not in a good way. The person answering the phone was a jerk, it is 100+ in the heat, I needed help and it was $60, to go less than 8 miles, to unlock my car. I was referred to Hunters, by a customer of the Wolf Den, he had so many nice things to say, this was not my experience. What a way to represent Gainesville, Texas!!!

Wow I was broke down on hwy 82 near monster at 3 this morning he was there in about 20 minutes very respectful took the car to his shop to be fixed took me to a hotel couldnt ask for a nicer person or better service great experience
