My 20+ year old AC died Saturday. I knew we needed a new one so instead of fixing it I just called places to have it replaced. I called Home Depot first since they had an add for a rebate.... BAD IDEA. They were almost twice as expensive as Climate Solutions. I called a few other people as well to get multiple quotes but wound up going to Climate Solutions because they were able to give me what I wanted after looking at pictures in an email of my current system and were able to schedule to come out first thing on Monday. The price was exactly what we wanted to pay and Shane was able to give me sound advice as to why I should get at least a 15 seer versus the 14 we had been thinking about. I would have gone with the 19 if we planned to be here for 10+ years, but we are younger and I didnt want to make the investment. His pricing for every level of SEER was better than any of the other companies. They showed up early Monday and all of the technicians were very professional, protected my carpet, kept my doors shut and answered all of my questions. You dont need to call anyone else and drive yourself crazy getting quotes. Its best to just call these guys and save yourself hours of negotiating with other companies.

I believe we had something going on with the electrical here and it caused my unit to shut down I called them on a Saturday and the owner had his son out here that afternoon very quickly and he took care of the problems and there’s been none never since.Very happy with climate solutions cannot wait to do our preventative maintenance with them after the first of the year. Call Climate Solution after a short was found in the heat pump of my mom’s home(2017). Had the system changed at a very good cost. Called them back this year for a check up. They came out in a timely and professional manner answered all my questions in understandable terms. Good company, good Technician.

Shane and his team were great. I feel like I got a competitive deal. They were prompt to respond to any questions. A few summers ago right before July 4th, our old A/C quit and our previous heating & air company couldnt come out and price a new system for a week, these wonderful people came out on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND. Respectfully they gave us options and install a new system that Monday. Everyone is polite, courteous. They answered ALL our questions as if they had no where else to be. They arrive when they say they will, call ahead, the whole deal. Customer service is a priority. They want you to feel like family. And their prices are very reasonable. ***Update. So our old system finally bit the dust and we had Climate Solutions put a new one in for us. The crew that came was pretty much all family and they did a great job. After the install they followed up and made sure that everything was working the way it should. Extremely meticulous is about the only way to describe them. I am extremely impressed and Im happy to know that these guys are minutes away if we ever need them again***Great family-owned and run company. They got someone out to my home that very same day (I had called in the later morning hours so I was concerned about not getting someone out that day) and diagnosed this issue and got the part ordered to fix the heater the next day.2)Sincere concern for our problem: there was a genuine concern by the person that received our call to get someone out to us and all the way through the process until our heat was restored. Also, when the part that was broke was not under warranty (due to the failure of another company that put the unit in), they were more upset over it than myself. This gave me a good idea that they really care about their customers, which brings up another point:3)Price of Service: their price to fix the heater, including the part, was well within my expectations. Great family run business. They are very knowledgeable and explain all your options once they figure out the problem. They respond quickly when called and are reasonably priced. They may not be the cheapest but they are fair and you can trust what they tell you is the truth. They don’t recommend doing things that don’t need to be done just to make money. My furnace went out, and I tried at least 6 places before an actual person answered my call with some empathy. Id been in my house for about 36 hours without heat and it was 55 degrees inside. Sandy helped me to make sure someone could come as soon as possible --even though their headquarters are in Gainesville and I am in Tucker, GA. She was really nice, and she actually heard what I had to say before cutting me off like the other places I called.Then, Chris arrived, and he explained all of my options. He gave me great information and suggestions about how to mitigate my issues without just throwing money at the problem. He was thoughtful and never pushy. We had a central system installed about 5 years ago into our new house. Turns out the people we had install lived too far away for them to maintain. We met one of the principals at our local YMCA and invited them to become our AC maintenance team. Couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. They give an estimated time of arrival and follow up with calls. Its a family run company spanning three generations and locally owned.

Our AC went out late Friday night, so first thing Saturday morning, I ran a search on Google and found Climate Solutions in Gainesville. I emailed them and the response time was less than 2 minutes and they were able to come out the same day at no extra weekend or after hours charges. Chris was super helpful, explaining everything that he was doing and fixed our AC within just a couple of hours!!! Had a repair need they were able to respond too on the weekend. The visit turned into a new install, no sense in wasting a 1000$ repairing an old machine. They gave me a good price, scheduled the install in a reasonable timeframe. The install went well, it only took a few hours and they cleaned up and were gone. I recommend this company for repairs or new installs.

Pros:1. Rapid response time - if you have to have it, these guys will get it to you. They actually installed an entire new furnace for me when mine died even while swapped with phone calls during the coldest weather we have had since 1920.2. Their technicians are knowledgeable and will give you sound advice on your options for repairs and replacements.Cons:1. Make sure you know what you want and what you are getting. When I asked for a full replacement of my furnace and cooling units I assumed I would get all parts, etc. However, because my older condenser pump was still running they did not replace it or the ancient crystallized plastic tube draining it. When I called and complained because I woke up with no heat because the ancient pinched tube with insufficient insulation froze and I had no heat the morning after spending $4,000 with them, the receptionist told me that wasnt included and wasnt their problem. I think the phrase is Hell no you didnt just say that. Eventually someone called back and they came back out, replaced the pump, and put an awesome PVC drainage system in that would not freeze. Next morning, I still had heat! The run around and lack of communication was frustrating, but it is also possible I did not fully communicate what I expected to get from this deal too, (namely, all new parts and my HEAT ACTUALLY WORKING THE DAY AFTER I HAVE A FURNACE REPLACEMENT). Make sure you know exactly what components you are getting and make them write it down!2. The devil is in the details - make sure they clean up their mess after they get done with an install. When they finally replaced my condenser pump I find the old plastic tube from the old condenser pump is still stuck to my ceiling - they cut it off and just left a whole bunch of the nasty old tube hanging up there. I will take that down myself, because they did come out tired and exhausted looking in 10f weather and fix what they should have fixed in the first place, but seriously, when you replace something, remove all components of the defunct old system you are taking out.

This company is close to my home so we decided to give them a call to service our air conditioner as our service provider had retired. Not only was the office staff friendly, accommodating and informative but the service provider was on time, equally as friendly and informative and in the long run......they saved us MONEY! We are so thrilled to have found a great company to handle our services from now on!

Their company owner came to our house to assess our needs. He was very informative and friendly. Their price was about half the price of other, big name companies. Their crew was great. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing and told me a few things about common maintenance and things to look out for. After about 10 days we had a small issue. The company came back out and double checked everything for us. They swapped out a part to be sure we got the problem solved. Ive already recommended Climate Solutions to a few of my neighbors and co-workers.

As you know in Atlanta on the 4th of July weekend, the weather is very hot and humid and a lot of people take that weekend off. My AC main unit broke down in the afternoon of the 4th and there was nobody I called to help me with this issue. I called my 2-10 home insurance and next service available was for a week after. Called other local AC companies and service was also for next week. When you have babies and children in your place you cannot give yourself the luxury of waiting for a week to repair the AC.THAT NIGHT WAS HORRIBLE, kids cried, nobody was able to sleep. The next day after almost 10 calls to other AC companies (same next week), I was able to find the help I needed with Climate Solitions folks. Right there, right away . Professional service, effective, and reasonable prices for the conditions in which I was. Hands down, I will use them again and again.!!! I am very satisfied with solution provided. Poor installation, the filter housing was not changed as promised and the condensate line left with poor slope. Poor service, improper filter used in unit. Now, 5 1/2 years later, unit has failed.

The purpose of my review is to give everyone a warming about climate solutions. Climate solutions wants to have you arrest when there is a dispute. See their response to my review.Original review posted on may 15.I hired this company because of those good review. However, my experience of warranty is horrible. I called climate solutions on May 14 2018because the ac unit they installed on July 11 2017 is not working. They came on May 15 to fix it. Although the ac unit is under ten year parts and two year warranty, they want to charge their fee for $89.00 as the diagnostic fee. Because the diagnostic fee is covered by warranty, I refused to pay. Then, they become so hostile. They said they filed arrest warrant and they said they will bring police to arrest me. Then, I realize there are dark side of this business. The dark side is that this company doesn’t care you. And, they will screw you with Hugh extra effort to get money from you. I just paid them $89.00 immediately out of scarceness.I am not aware of any company who wish you to be arrested when you asked them to cover their diagnostic work $89.00 under manufacturer warranty. This review is to let others know that this company will do that.The ac manufacturer is trane. I have asked trane to invest this. I will keep you posted on trane responses.ThanksDavidCorrect a typo. We live in a condo built in 1985 and our HVAC unit was that old too. It wasnt cooling very effectively and our power bill was up to $300 in summer months. We shopped around in Feb this year and after having other salesman completely lie to us about costs in contracts we were prepared to sign (always read them!) we spoke with Chris Biddy who was so honest and full of knowledge. He thoroughly explained everything and helped us by changing the line coming into our condo when some people take the easy way out and put on the new unit that cant be supported long term with the old lines. I felt confident that these are genuinely good people who do honest work so we went with them. Its been almost a year and we have had no problems. And something that can be stressful was made so easy by friendly, knowledgable people that made it a breeze. I highly recommend this company. we have said MANY times since February that we need to review this company because we were so satisfied (only time thats happened) so I am finally doing it! 8 thumbs up!

I told them what I wanted done and they were out the very next day with a replacement unit and even took my old unit away for me. Needless to say I was a very happy camper as was my family now that we have hot water again. New construction.This company might be okay for service work but for new construction stay away. Asking for the draw to pay their employees before the work is even completed. Beware!
