My technician, Sean D, explained everything he did to service my system. He took the time to educate me on appropriate heating and cooling range, how to maintain my outside unit, and offered to order filters to save me money. He explained the service plans and didn’t try to push the most expensive on me. I’m a 4 Star plan holder!!

I have used Absolute Heat & Air for years now and they have always been on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about the heat and air business. Absolute just installed a new Trane heat and air system for me and it works great. It’s very quiet and I love the new touch screen and wireless features of the thermostat. These are great people at Absolute and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and expertise in the world of heat and air.

I came home and my house was 90° inside while it was 77° outside. It was a Sunday and I couldnt get anyone to even answer the phone but thru did and were ag my house within an hour. They were so nice and got my motor and belt assembly replaced very quickly. Now my ac works much better than before and they were really well priced! Definitely will use again!!

We called on a holiday weekend expecting that someone would come out the next business day, but they answered immediately and sent someone out within 20 min. I got 2 texts after our call, 1 letting me know my appt was confirmed and 1 giving me the name and picture of the tech. The tech then called me himself to confirm my address and that he was on his way. The tech was super professional and fixed our issue. Extremely well-priced for the quality and speed of service we received. Will definitely call them again!

Contacted Absolute Heat & Air to relocate my condenser over two feet. I was happy they were able to sent a technician over right away until he quoted me $1300 for two hours of his time plus materials. I asked his hourly rate and he said his time is valuable and could be doing another job. I thanked him for his time and called MCM from Gainesville. They worked me into their schedule and the technician successfully moved my condenser in 1 1/2 hours and didn’t require or charge for any materials. Total cost was Les than $200. Call around unless you want to be ABSOLUTELY ripped off.

We bought a programmable WiFi thermostat but could not get power to it called them up to figure out why the unit had no power all agents was out today but said send pics see if we can help toook pics sent & figured out the blue wire needed added in to 2 other wires with nut cap! Presto works perfect!!! What a great company to help us out w a quick simple fix!! Now us truckers can program our heat & air from the road!!

Next time will request not to send the same characters out.

The AC, technician, was awesome and very informative about the AC conducted on my unit polite and thorough in all respects.

The technicians came out and ran diagnostic test and found that one of the limit switches was not working, they were able to bypass the switch being there was 4 of them, had the heater up and running, order a new switch, came out the very next day and replaced the switch, very professional, thanks
