Informative, polite and amazing customer service!!! Sean made us feel like we were the only ones in the store although there was a line behind us and Charlie was extremely helpful over the phone. All around perfect for any fitness needs!

Shawn is truly one of the greatest examples of genuine customer service you could ask for. Even running the store on New Years Eve he had a line of people that were patient as my wife, our preemie baby girl and myself picked out a treadmill and made us feel like we were the only ones there! Blessed to have met him and Charlie was amazingly knowledgeable and genuinely cared on the phone as my wife and I were trying to choose where we were going to purchase our treadmill. Highly recommend Fitness HQ and will be customers for life!

Great place they have every piece of fitness equipment you could possibly want, the manager is Super friendly and the prices are awesome!

It took these greedy Covid cashiers 4 months, 4 trips to the store, and multiple phone calls to fulfill my order ...I hope vaccine will help to take care of their BS soon 🤞
