Joined CF Downtown Dallas back in March/April. Very nice gym, great equipment and never too crowded depending on time of day. Decided I needed to be more consistent and tried one of the trainers. Corey - The right level of push I needed to get me back on track. Within my first 2 months he helped with decreasing my total body fat by 10lbs and even knocking 3inches of this waist and more. Love my 5am workouts. Looking for a trainer/transformation.. Ask for Corey and this HIIT Bike! Serious stuff!
Equipment is not maintained despite charging a premium for membershipMost of the cables are sticky, benches are torn and it’s crowded. Only 1 shoulder press benchDefinitely need to add some basic equipment such as shrug machine. They don’t clean the equipmentAlso they close early Friday at 7 pm
The gym is fine, it’s clean and tons of equipment but the staff can be very inconsistent. Over the phone you are told one thing and then when you get to the gym it’s a different story. When you pay over $220 per month you expect a higher level of service. I’ll be reconsidering my membership here. And I’ve referred 2-3 people to this gym and didn’t get a thing for it! Not raving about this gym to anyone anymore.
I love this location. Everything is good and the staffs are vey nice, specially Angelina at front desk. She goes beyond to help you and make you happy.
The best investment I’ve made in years. On July 3, 2021, I walked into Cowboys Fit, Frisco displeased with my 270 lbs frame, and quickly engaged Trainer, Carson Schleker, who suggested a full body scan to properly identify my vulnerabilities.Under his guidance, Carson, suggested we launch a fitness and diet campaign that now has me firing on all cylinders on Sep 5, 2021, feeling my best @ 250 !bs, on my way to 235 lbs.My suggestion, should you be contemplating a membership, is to jump! You will be the better for it. Here’s to a better you!
Had to cancel my membership due to lack of professionalism by management. They behave like they are doing you a favor? Not worth the $100/ mo for this. And dont forget about that yearly fee in addition to the monthly dues. The equipment is lacking in variety and there are better options around town for less money. Lots of the members socialize and hang around machines and hold up your work out. Do yourself a favor and look around.
Great gym, well kept and maintained equipment, amazing staff! No matter how busy, there is equipment available to workout on. Very clean locker rooms and free towels provided.
Been here many times with a family member. The communication that I’ve witnessed from staff is different on a daily basis. It’s up and down. Sure, it’s clean and there’s variety of equipment, but it comes from the staff first and how you treat your members.
This is the best gym I’ve ever been in my life. This location will boost your confidence sky-high and make you feel like a million bucks. From the moment you walk into The Star with that Jumbotron, the Nike store, the staff acknowledging and greeting you, the top-notch restroom area, the towel service, equipments, the pool, I mean I could go on and on.If you can afford it, definitely give this place a try and will add so much value into your health and fitness and maybe into your daily life.
Ive been a member for a couple of years and its been awesome. Its always clean and the fitness class instructors are AMAZING.
Very clean and they have their own tiles At least I know To me better than other gyms some gyms doesnt have their tiles and keep their areas clean locker rooms. I like the Dallas Cowboys fix even though it has Military Discount as well. And good parking space.
I had to cancel my membership because they didn’t know the rules. I took my niece into the daycare with me because she’s staying with me. Management tells me sorry we didn’t know this either but your going to have to leave since your not her Legal guardian, which is fine I totally understand and get rules but they could of let me stay and finish my workout and I wouldn’t have taken her next time since both parties didn’t know the rules.
Best place to workout hands down. If you want to workout with it they have it. Having a cafe and a recovery center is an even nicer added bonus. Did I mention its clean!! My go to for working out.
Lovely change for the better thank you I couldn’t be any other place My review was negative three months ago and I am proud to say you guys came back and proved me wrong Classy and well managed Love ❤️ it Thanks for allowing me to do MY THING already coming back from months inside you are a part of the comeback in a huge positive way
Great place to workout. The staff is professional and friendly. The gym is very clean and Covid compliant
I am beyond thankful for trainers Andrew and Katherine! They both push me to be the best I can be and I know they want to see me succeed in my fitness journey. They have made me see potential in myself and I am so excited to continue to see what I am capable of. I could have never seen such quick results without them! I would not be where I am today without the help and support of Andrew and Katherine. They are extremely knowledgable about both fitness and nutrition.
Probably the nicest gym I have ever stepped foot in. I cannot say it will make you work out harder or better, but it certanly is state of the art.
Wow, great facility. The classes here are amazing!
After only being enrolled for 3 months they charged me $50 annual fee that I wasnt aware of. When I call and ask about that charge they had no idea what it was and they say that they will call me back to explain to me about the charge. After 2 days they call me with the news about this annual fee that they never told me about. When I enrolled for the family membership they said that included the kids daycare in the plan but when I got to check my child in they told me that it wasnt included anymore and that it is an extra $20 to my already over $100 membership. 👎🏼The only good thing I can say about this gym is that the equipment is 100% high tech and some classes are good.
Love this gym! 3 years and going 💪
Cowboys Fit is a high priced workout facility. The membership fees are higher than surrounding facilities, but you get top notch equipment and access to lots of al la carte amenities. There is a juice bar, sauna, smoothie station, child care, cryotherapy, etc.It can be crowded at peak times, so try to find time where you can avoid the crowds.
Always clean, friendly and professional staff. Equipment up to date and lots of it!
If an analogy could be used to describe the current state of cowboys fit, cowboys fit locker room is the equivalent of the Dallas Cowboy’s 2020 season. It’s just a bunch of dudes standing around hoping to sit on the bench. The locker rooms are the entire cowboys organization and dak Prescott is every cowboys fit member.Yes, there’s only one bench in the temporary upstairs Locker room. Normally I wouldn’t complain but I’ve been told the renovations would be done in 2-3 weeks, 3 weeks ago.
Love it except it lacks steam room and indoor pool.
Ive been going to gyms for over 30 years. Cowboys fit may be the best. It takes an exceptional business for me to take the time to post a review, and this is one. Jurell and his staff understand customer service at a time when so few businesses do! The staff is friendly, the vibe is chill, and the gym is beyond clean. (shout out to the outstanding cleaning crew!) If you dont live downtown, parking is not an issue if you arrive after 5 or anytime on weekends. If your Golds location went out of business as mine did this is your place. And if you are paying $200/month at that fancy gym in Dallas you owe it to yourself to check this place out at 1/4 the cost. My only dig is that the sauna (large and also exceptionally clean) is only at 160F. They have promised to get it close to the recommended 170+ for those of us who are serious sauna users. If that does not happen I will be back to lower my 5 star review. But I doubt that will happen. Do yourself a favor and check this gym out. Worth the drive from wherever you are!
I had my account on complimentary freeze for 5 months. At the end, my account was reactivated without my consent or notification and charged the full amount for my family dues when it should have been kept on freeze. I stopped going to cowboys fit in March 2020 due to the surge in Covid cases and hadn’t returned due to the exposure risk and canceled my membership. The manager on duty and billing department in draconian manner refused to make any adjustment or refund. Times are tough but they’re tough on everyone. Especially honest hardworking people who have to deal with dishonest businesses who profit off of deceptive trade practices to fleece customers one last time. Unprofessional and deceptive. They opened an Equinox close by. Their customer service actually exists and their front staff does more than have conversations with themselves or play on their phones.
I have been a member for over a year now, and granted times are weird right now with Covid, however the environment has completely changed from happy members working out to staff hounding memberships to comply with wearing a mask the entire time you’re working out, in which they never stated in a formal email out to Frisco location.... just randomly decided it was a rule. I see trainers without their mask in the locker rooms sitting on their phones. Aside from that, we are paying pull price membership, and I was informed today In a extremely rude and sarcastic way by a staff member we aren’t allowed to use the stationary bike room or other studio (when no classes are going on).... so why are we paying full price for a gym we can’t fully use?
Tried to bring a buddy here with a guest pass thats on leave in the Marine Corps. they gave me flak for using a guest pass on someone who doesnt live around here. mortifying experience.
🤩 wow! I’m not a cowboys fan but it’s hard not to be with a place like this. Jerry Jones knows how to create culture. The facility here is second to none. I would say more impressive than lifetime. If I move here I’ll definitely be getting a membership here.
Looks like they are in selling mask business now. They are charging 1 dollar and 2 dollars for a set of 3. Looks like 80% of members are gone! Guess you have to make money somehow. 😡
The best gym around hands down. The location is perfect for our family and it’s nice to see all the local events held outside at the scaled-down practice field outside. Atmosphere in general is first rate!
We had our account frozen and were told it was effective thru December. On November 25th, we were recharged. I called to have them refund and they refuse to do so even though we were frozen and I emailed in advance about continuing the freeze or canceling. I understand times are hard, but theyre robbing ppl to stay afloat.Jurell Henry and Kellese Key are defrauding members and disregard members health during a pandemic. We have a high risk child at home and their only goal is to extract payment in frozen accounts during a pandemic.
Of the best gym in truly well equipment machines n trainers
Top Notch gym!
Love studio fit and the trainers
Wow! Love love love the amenities! Super clean and friendly! The best personal trainer I’ve ever had— Alex Shaw! Everyone here is committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Best times to go (when it is least crowded) is super early in the morning, around 2 o’clock in the afternoon, or late —7:00 pm or later.
Great club and even better trainers.
World class facility. It’s nice to have a Recovery Lounge after a hard workout. Andrew is the best trainer I’ve ever had. He is very knowledgeable about the body and cautious when it comes to any injuries. Just a compassionate person who will train your a$$ off. He may be nice & funny but he trains you hard to get the results you’re looking for.
Great place to work out and to have personal training! My trainer, Sarah, is a great cheerleader and awesome at what she does. Shes a good person as well, as are many people on staff here. They provide body composition evaluations and other services. The atmosphere is nice, modern, and clean. Plus the view is amazing! Wall to wall windows overlooking the play football field and restaurants below. They have a lot of high end aerobic equipment (all types you can think of -- too many to list),weight machines and free weights, as well as a stretching area with lots of free form exercise props like weighted balls, heavy duty bands/belts for stretching/lunging, kettle weights, platforms and mats, etc. They have a rooftop pool where they also have water yoga classes on inflatable mats, which I would love to try if I had more time. There are also more traditional aerobic classes, and all the group classes are included in the monthly membership fees. Worth the extra cost over other gyms IMO if it is alluring to be there and gets you to the gym! There’s also an on site cafe to order smoothies or buy sports drinks or vegan cookies, etc. if desired. Ive worked out at several gyms over the past 25+ years, and Cowboys Fit is one of the best!
I’ve been a member at Cowboys fit for about 1 1/2 years. For one year, Lynn Tonozzi has been my trainer friend she has built out the best body I’ve ever had and I’m 50 years old, even after a lifetime of athletic pursuits. Do your self a large favor. Hire her! It is money well spent!
Cowboy Fit is a perfect gym and huge! Never a long wait for equipment, always clean, new equipment, pristine locker rooms (showers and more), friendly and professional staff, great music, never a shortage of cardio machines, excellent covered and safe parking.
Very Nice U did a good Job Jerry Jones.....
Friendly employees. Always clean. First gym Ive really felt comfortable at. Reasonably priced too.
Today I politely complained to management (Julia) about a class being cancelled, which was one of the original reasons I had signed up. In response, she tells me that if I don’t like it, I can cancel my membership... so I cancelled my membership. Great customer service from the leadership of this establishment 🙄. Don’t bother with this place. The guys at the front desk (Jordon) were great and very helpful though.
Visiting from Denver and was pleased at how welcoming the girls at reception desk were and how clean the facility was. The weight machines are new and state of the art, smooth belt driven mechanisms. I burned 815 calories at a spin class with Rachel! And had a smoothie after. I will be coming back.
Nothing about joining Cowboys Fit has been positive. My initial training session was cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Ive been trying to cancel my membership for over two months. The initial salesman told me that if I cancelled before 3 months was up that I would not have to pay the annual fee. I was only looking for a summer membership so this fit perfectly. He also told me that I could call to cancel my membership. So I did just that and the person on the phone told me I had to come in to cancel my membership. So I did. The guy at the front desk tried to get his manager to come help with the cancellation but he was too busy talking to his friend to help. His manager told him to write down my information on a sticky note and he would call me later when the membership was cancelled. Over a week later I had not received a call so I called back to see if it was cancelled. It was not. The person said I needed to come in to cancel and I explained that I already had come in and it was supposed to be taken care of. She said she would take care of it and I would not see any other billing. The NEXT day I was billed for the next month and the annual fee so I called again and asked to speak with someone in Membership. He was the first professional person that I encountered, but he told me he would take it up with the General Manager and would give me a call later in the day. He didnt so I called back and asked to speak directly with the General Manager. I finally got to speak with him and he told me he was going to credit back the monthly dues, but needed to request to push the annual fee through corporate. He let me know that I would see this refund within 7-10 business days. Its been over 2 weeks and I havent seen any refund come through so I emailed him. I still have yet to hear back. The funny thing is throughout this whole process the employee dealing with the person before pretty much threw them under the bus. The fact of the matter is no one there knows what they are doing. Its beyond frustrating and Im not sure what else to do.
Nice gym. Great staff. Love the smoothie bar and the recovery lounge. Top notch.
I give it only two stars for having everything you pretty much need as far as equipment but if youre a parent this place is not really family oriented. They offer a daycare as small as LA fitness has, the only good thing is that they do have plenty of daycare providers in there unlike LA and its cleaner than LA. The daycare does not have separate rooms for different age groups to prevent older kids from stomping over the little ones therefore the older kids are not able to run and play other than just sit for an hour or 2 to watch TV?? Its a gym how do they expect kids to just sit there and do nothing for an hour or 2!! I rather join Lifetime fitness, at least I know my kids will get the exercise they need and also enjoy the pool just like I will. Cant wait for it to open in 2020!!
What an amazing facility. My husband and I joined a few months ago and have been more active than ever. We love the atmosphere and all the staff is very nice.
Pool isnt open. Snack bar still not open. This is the only location so who knows if they will be able to deliver their promise of multiple location access. Currently pricey but may increase in value once some of these items are delivered. Classes could use better music but currently they have a good variety. Bathrooms are accomadating including locker access with lock. Leave your shampoo, conditioner and body was at home, they have a decent product line available in the locker rooms. They of course have new equipment and a cool selection. But I personally believe the gym is a bit small (just multiple stories make it seem big). The hours will hopefully be extended. Really all I can say, is hopefully I will be back with a better review of their progress. Anyone who signed up early for the short end of the stick. Wait a year and hopefully it will be 50% worth it.
Best facility in the city! Amazing attention to detail!
We are a family of 3 Plano cowboys fit members came to tour Frisco facility we are denied access to just to tour the facility . That’s very rude and unprofessional for a brand of this nature. I am very disappointed about this experience.
A very nice clean gym. The atmosphere is great. The service is good. The only sad thing is that they only have one leg press.
AMAZING Gym!!!Having worked out in MANY Gyms- since I was 10 years old- I have to say THIS Gym is One of the MOST Solid Gyms Ive trained in!!!!
I wanted to give this place a 3 star review, but what it lacks in one area it makes up for it in another area. Simple to sign up, reasonable price, tons of advanced equipment, and a clever recovery lounge. This place isnt for everyone, but if you like to be seen, this place is for you. Its a little over crowded, but they are opening a new location in Plano so that should cut down on the wait time for equipment. I dont work out here anymore, but I recommend it.
Terrible customer service. They require draconian agreements and are uncooperative
Located in the Star at Frisco, the facilities are excellent for almost any kind of workout. Obviously it is covered in Dallas Cowboy colors and logos but even as a Redskin fan, I can appreciate the facilities!
It’s unfortunate the staff is so unfriendly, because the gym itself is very nice. There’s a great book written by Dale Carnegie titled How to Win Friends and Influence people....basic people skills book. I highly recommend it for the entire staff. The front desk staff act like it’s an inconvenience when they need to look up from their phones to acknowledge your presence. And God forbid you try to cancel your membership. They will literally ignore your calls, not call you back, and continue to charge your card. Between the unfriendly staff and billing issues, it’s not worth it.
Great facility, amenities, equipment. Looking forward to using the pool. Customer service should be a bigger focus if they want to compete with the top gym in the area - Lifetime Fitness where my family still has membership. Some are terrific, some are...meh. Clearly the strategy was to save cash in the hiring process. Thats fine if they instill the right culture and train them - well see what happens.
Good gym. Plenty equipment with a variety of machines, benches and free weights for each body part. Plenty of strength, power and speed tools for athletes and extra equipment to work on sports skills. True Cowboy fans would give this health club 5 stars for sure!
Very nice new facility with the latest workout spaces, equipment, and programs. Great location too. Easily accessible and plenty of life around the area. I hope the standards for maintenance will be kept high to avoid turning into just another gym.
I’ve been a member for about a month and am loving it! The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the patrons are kind as well! The classes are great and diverse, the equipment is state of the art and there are plenty of toys which are awesome if you know how to use them. The pool is also beautiful, on the third floor and they offer a pretty cool BOGA class (yoga on the water!).
This facility is fabulous. The recovery room, in particular, is spectacular- the staff in the recovery room are super friendly and efficient! I could not recommend the recovery room more! Every time I leave the recovery room I feel better than when I walked in! My skin has never done well in the Texas heat. However, after asking my doctor for possible solutions, I started doing cryotherapy consistently as directed by my doctor. Now, my skin is clear, and the Cowboys Recovery Room has played the significant role in making this possible.
Friendly staff, high quality machines all new technology, a heated pool on the roof with a gorgeous view, and free classes including Yoga! The facility looks fab, and its not crowded! 5 stars!
I called in December to cancel my membership and was told Id have access through the end of January. On January 28th, I was charged for another month. After calling in, I was told the account hadnt been canceled, there were no account notes regarding my call and that the policy was to have a cancellation form filled out. I obviously have no proof of a 2-month old conversation, and was denied a refund as a result. The fact that the Manager confirmed Id not been there since mid-December (when I called to cancel) made no difference. I get that $140 isnt anything to a business, and that it doesnt mean much to mistreat a customer who is already leaving, but this doesnt seem the way to handle things.
I’ve been to A LOT of gyms...this tops anything I’ve ever been to. Impressive facility, competitive patrons, beautiful views
We have told the management several times but it looks like they do not care that much.We have been with this club for over a year now. There are 2 main issues and the management keep ignoring it.#1: Equipment Maintenance ALWAYS done late, and members must stay put for weeks just to get something repaired and it is in working condition. Very poor level of service. Putting a sticker on a equipment and appolgysing is not going to repair it by itself. PLEASE get them fixed within an acceptable timeframe!#2: There has been Water pressure & temperature issues at the Men shower area. The water is always cold without ANY pressure at all. It feels like youre taking shower with a 16 oz water bottle...We pay big bucks for this membership and we do deserve a NORMAL shower service.Cowboys Fit is capable of providing much better service to its members!
Great fitness center if all machines work properly!! Kind of like treadmill #28 #29 #30 #31, that keep popping a message on screen before it shuts down completely. (Grade pot out of range) that I have reported 8 times since May of 2018 and they look at me like I’m stupid at the front desk!I bet my $$ don’t look stupid in their account when they bill me every month..
Very clean gym, but its always so busy. I dont think its worth the $100/month because you have to wait all the time to use the equipment you want.
Same as others except I have several emails where I reached out to cancel my membership. Sent all emails to managers and operations managers. I have been trying since March 2019 with no help. Called and they sent me to someone else. So been paying for a gym that I don’t use since March so about 10 months. Manager calls to talk to me after I emailed someone below her again. I have constantly tried to take care of this and have gotten no help. Talk to her again last week and she said she had to talk to her operations manager and guess what still have heard nothing. This has been a nightmare and even with proof of emails that I tried to cancel they have not helped me at all.
This club has been a disappointment. The Cowboys name really cant buy everything. The front desk run by teenagers is the worst. Hire some professionals please. The facility has beautiful equipment but the vibe . . .Dont let them tell you the Cowboys football players train there or that everyone is upper crust. Sorry just not true.
The waiting was worth it for this facility, everything is clean and top-notch, PLENTY of equipment and space to get your workout in, whether you want to workout indoors or outdoors (Tostitos Plaza), you have the option for both! The staff is also great! Patiently waiting for the rest of the facility to open up!
No one wearing masks! Felt uncomfortable.
The facility is awesome but be very careful what you sign, they purposely neglect to explain all of the fees. If they promise you anything, dont hold your breath...still waiting on that free t-shirt.
Quality equipment. Management, specifically the general manager, is a shady coward who doesnt like confrontation. She will send out emails all day, but good luck trying to have an adult conversation with her face to face. Not sure why she has such an ego.. like you’re a middle aged woman who is a manager at a gym. Such a badass😂
Terrible customer service. Canceled our membership in May, was told we would have access until July 7th because we paid 1st and last month . We were charged in June, July and August and they will not reimburse us. We signed a statement canceling and they said there was nothing on their end. This is not a one off problem as they told us because in previous reviews it’s clear this has happened to multiple others. Sounds shady and bad business practices. Have a huge fitness following and will never recommend anyone to this facility.
They will sign you up and take your money, but good luck getting in contact with management afte . They will not allow you to cancel and they will refuse to reimburse you. They owe hundreds of dollars to members, but refuse to operate with integrity.
Best club Ive ever been in. Cutting edge machines. Huge area for cross fit. Large group fitness rooms. Locker rooms are gorgeous.
Love my gym
Billing issues when trying to cancel, they just say, “no notes on the account,” they will LIE and say they are not able to reimburse you. After that the Assisstant GM will just not return your calls.
Top notch facility. Only wish is they limited class sizes so some classes wouldnt overcrowd. Love the group exercise coaches and vive of the place.
They refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes when it comes to billing and cancellations, and will then refuse to reimburse you. After you address it, management will avoid your calls.
I sent the owner an email and received no response so here is my review. I couldn’t be more disappointed with our experience at Cowboy proFit. I have been a Cowboys fan for 45 years, my wife and I moved to Dallas 4 years ago for my job and we became season ticket holder. My wife’s company relocated to the Star and they overlook the practice fields. One of her co-workers is a member of the Cowboy Club and therefore he had access to Cowboy Fit. He works out 2-3 times per day at Cowboy Fit and got 10 more people from their office to work out there. He convinced my wife and a few other ladies to come and work out there as a group and I joined as well. So for the past 4 months some combination of the 5 of us work out at 4:30 on Tue and Thur for an hour to hour and a half. I couldn’t be more proud of the work my wife has put in. She takes on every new exercise with a smile on her face and she has become more Fit and healthy. I have stopped drinking pop and another person in our group has reduced her smoking. This week we were told we can no longer work out together. It appears to them that we are a boot camp and they feel we are being trained by the coworker that works out there 3 times per day, even though he does the same exercises with us. They know he isn’t a trainer but the head trainer complained that it is taking business away from his team. We all went in to clear up the issue with Kim (GM) and Robert (Manager) and it was clear they aren’t concerned about our Fitness, they are concerned with making money. We made it perfectly clear that we are just coworkers/friends working out together and would never pay to be trained. The end result was they will revoke membership of the person that got us all to join if we continue to work out together. In their opinion even if two people are working out together, if one is telling the other how to properly do the exercise or if one is encouraging the other, that is considered training and prohibited at Cowboy proFit. In reading reviews on Google and Yelp, we are not alone with how this business is run. It is a great facility but management isn’t concerned with your health or well being, only their bottom line. As a DC4L, the past 25 years of football has been challenging but this experience for a loyal fan is the biggest disappointment I have had with MY Team.
Absolutely stunning and amazing facility, unlike any gym Ive been to. So much more than just weights and machines.
Nicest equipment I’ve ever seen in a gym. Staff is great. Gym is very clean.
Wish there was a spa/steam room. The facility is brand new and very nice, but that’s something I expect from a “luxury” gym.
Would be an amazing gym with better management staff! Very unprofessional.
Little blonde staffer gave me a little attitude when I walked in with my twin boys and asked if they could just sit on the couches, play on their phones, while I worked out...Her reply... Ummm... We dont provide babysitting here... my response... Theyre 13 yrs old, members of the club and dont feel like exercising & dont need you watching them... her response.. oh. Not professional at all!!!!
I wanted to follow up from my 3 star review on 8/10/19...because I’ve been contacted by two professional people from Cowboys Fit and that have absolutely gave me a change of mind about this Gym.So on 8/11/19 the day after my horrible first visit to this gym, i was contacted by Rick, The too Personal Trainer at Cowboys fit. He wanted to schedule my first free workout assessment. I informed him of my feelings and reviews that i made on two websites on my first experience, he was was extremely apologetic, he empathized with me, and he promised to make things right...On 8/12/19 i was contacted by Robert, i believe he is the Director of this gym and he informed that Rick had told him of my first experience and that he too wanted to apologize and make things right...he did make sure of that as well.Since meeting with these two gentlemen, i have felt welcomed and appreciated, my experience at this gym has been great! And i hired a female personal trainer named Anna who is also professional and is working with me to accomplish my fitness goals for the next 6 months.Seeing how this Team of Professionals came together to make things right and do business the way it should be done I’ve changed my review from 3 stars to 5 Stars.I do recommend this gym, and if you have any problems...i recommend that you speak to the Gentlemen above!!!..........The below review was written 8/10/19 (My first day at this gym)3 stars so farCalled to get directions being that it’s a bit confusing to get here...the CSR that answered the phone gave i guess the best directions that she could...i was a bit confused...Then i finally found it...(remember i am a first time customer..NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE)She said ok the ladies dressing room showers and sauna is back here (pointing) and the workout area is upstairs(pointing again with fingers)Then i asked about unlimited cryo therapy...the lady was a bit not knowledgeable on the added expense for this service..then she asked a guy behind her and i kept having to say (i didn’t hear you..he spoke kinda quietly) he informed the price for the monthly rate for unlimited cryo...i was fine with that...but then again ...pointing to the location where it was was kinda disappointing...IVE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE ...so i had to keep repeating that i am NEW...and had never been here before...I guess i expected more from suck a beautiful upscale gym...a tour...1 free personal training assessment??? MAYBE??? I was ready to hire one today but now i will see how i feel after my own workout... i just expected more ...I know that all of the little league gyms do it...why not this one?? Seems like a bunch of air traffic controllers more than anything..Well let’s see how this goes...right now they get 2 stars...hopefully i can raise it to 5 stars...will keep you all posted.
Overpriced and continue emailing and texting once membership was canceled. Just another typical pretentious gym at the cowboys training facility. Nice new equipment but not really worth the price just because it is at the cowboys facilities.
Very nice and clean gym. They also have a pool and all their cardio equipment are really good quality
Great facility, amenities and equipment. Unless your closer to Frisco not the best place to get to during traffic hours if you have to use the Toll
