Good receiving hours, easy to find and good signage on the lot directing you where to go. Friendly people working here, had me unloaded crazy fast once the tarps were off. Three forklift guys at once. I wish every place I went could be like these Menards DCs

Nope. Real slow for vans and wasnt busy. Only 2 trucks ahead and 2 1/2 hours just to dock. Holiday City OH DC much better. Ill pass on this place. Guessing no help to work.

Friendly staff and excellent service, I delivered my load 10:20pm and my appointment was 07:00am morning next day and they unloaded me before 9 hours from my appointment, great experience, very helpful peopleThank you 😊

Best and excellent service, I delivered my load 2200 and my appointment was 0700 mooning next day and they unloaded me if before relaxing.I think receiving closes at 23:59.Security guy, spotter and receiving were all helpful and fast.

Good parking for Moving trucks but Take time loading and unloading 3 to 5 hours

Ive been a trucker for many years now. Never have i had an issue with a shipper and/or receiver willing to account for the drivers In and Out times until now... This Shipper stamps your BOLs with date and time but will refuse to do the same upon exiting their facility? When asking the personnel in their receiving/shipping office their answer was... Oohh Im sorry but per company policy were not allowed to... Same answer from the security guard at the gateshack... Whats the big deal for refusing a simple request from the drivers who either are picking up or delivering your freight? Someone please help me understand? Cause Im still puzzled about their ridiculous answer!!

2 hours on delivery, unloading time depends on time you check in and amount of trucks that arrived at the same timechecked in 6:10am check out 8:20 am out

I would definitely recommend this place to my worst enemy. Highly unorganized, 0.0% respect towards drivers hours of service. About 15 trucks waiting to be unloaded at the same time, at the time of my visit

So, reading all the reviews I was put off buy coming here. However, i showed up 13 hours early, i arrived at 1740, and was put right into a door, and unloaded at 1820. Id say that was pretty good. Maybe the timing was good. Good job Menards. Also, no over night parking allowed.

If its a live unload they could take up to 5 - 6 hours. It is not menards fault because they inform brokers upfront that it could take that long. So as we know middle man is always as...le. it took 53plus to my load

Guards are nice but this place is a Cluster F! Slow! No reason in hell to take 3 hours to take off 20 skids!!!!! You can do it faster with a pallet jack!!! This place is the pits!!! Do NOT come here!!!!!

This place is slow as molasses! 4hr 37 min to unload. Waited 2 hrs for them to call me with a dock door. Once in a door, waited another 2 hrs before they started unloading. This place doesnt have the red/green dock lights, they were never put in. Once they start unloading, it doesnt take long but its the LONG wait to get into a dock. They wrecked my day as far as elog hrs. The guard said most drivers wait 6hrs plus, some up to 9 hrs to get unloaded. NO overnight parking. My advice---come as early as possible to lessen ur sit time! U will be racking up detention time here!

As a very concerned citizen living just south of the distribution center, and working north of it... I drive Highway 41 about 2-8 times per day. And I would like to PLEAD WITH ALL OF THE DELIVERY DRIVERS, TRUCKS/ SEMIS/ ETC TO BE CAREFUL PULLING OUT ONTO HIGHWAY 41!!!!!!!!!!! I have been almost killed 2 times by semi drivers pulling out in a hurry, not being able to make the turn, and blocking 4 lanes of traffic AT A BLIND HILL AND CURVE. I understand how frustrating it must be for you to wait on the slow people inside preventing you from unloading and getting home on time. I can see on the reviews that is definitely a factor here. However, imagine not making it home to your family because I came slamming into your cab at 62 MPH without any time to break and consequently died. Imagine sitting at that accident site until I am taken away in an ambulance and you are taken away in a Sheriffs car. I say this to scare you, and because I want EVERYONE to make it home to their families. So can you please BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And help us spread the word? Sincerely, all local drivers trying to make it safely to and from work in vehicles smaller than semis.

The reviews had us scared but got unloaded within 2 hours good job menards.

This place will wreck your day. 5 hours waiting for a door and then 2 hours to offload 8 pallets. This was a partial unload for me and deliver the rest of the load today. They killed my clock so I have to wait to deliver the rest tomorrow. They don’t care. You’re just a POS driver.

Not too bad for DC. Receiving is FCFS 7am-9pm( not sure if its their regular hours). All process took less than 2hrs which is pretty impressive for a 45k load. Check in 6:21pm, door 6:44pm, out 8pm. No overnight parking. Overall good experience.

Flatbed unload takes an hour at most, loading is a whole different story.Watch out for local traffic lets not take our frustrations out on them. Seems like all menards are the same, hours upon hours lost then race to beat that elog clock

Good experience. Gatehouse gave good instructions. Shipping dept. put me right in a door and unloaded. In and out under an hour.

Security guard 6 am. First in line. Dropped paperwork in the box. 7 am got called and got the door. 9:15 am checked out.

These guys will not time stamp ur paperwork with out time so there goes ur detention so how is this not considered wage theft

They open at 700 sharp but you can get in the yard at 600 am. 2,5 hours for 3/4 of the truck ain’t bad.

Driver checked in at 17:00, empty at 18:00, I think the problem is only morning shift because of number of trucks.

Slow at unloading yard dogs will run you over lots of docks but about three for live loade and unload

Overall I wouldnt even give it one star. I dont think Menards management even looks at reviews or even cares. Live unload starts at 7. Here it is 8 and not a truck assigned a door yet. They dont give a damn that us drivers have other appointments to make. They just assume that they are priority over anything else. These distribution centers are the biggest joke for delivering. Avoid these places if at all possible.

First come first served. I had an appointment at 8 am but they didn’t care so you can unload anytime. Don’t make plans for at least 6 hours.

Horrible.............. Dont ignore the previous comments about this place.. Very slow to unload.. Been here 3 hrs and they take 10+ minute breaks in between pallets.. And i have insulation, which is only 10 skids.. I guess this must be more of a social club than a warehouse..

FCFS unloading i wouldnt recommend anyone to come here for delivery 5 to 6 for unloading maybe more...😡

Unloading time ok at night. But they try and steal your load straps every time.

Stay away from here drivers specially yopo drivers I came here 8am in the morning they gave me dock 10am and I’m still in the dock right now it’s 2:42 pm

If you are an owner operator really try to avoid these place. The wait just to get a dock is about 2-4hrs. Unloading is about 2-4hrs.
