Good quality excercise for kids, gets them motivated and pumped up. I would recommend them to any parent looking for a fun activity where their kid can do a healthy workout along other kids around their age.

Excellent gym for little ones. Great, energetic and enthusiastic staff. Lots of fun activities for the kiddos that keeps them entertained. Both my kids had a blast and remember their time at My Gym fondly. Highly recommend this place!

Went to Kidstrong for 3rd week and it was awesome. I really enjoyed my grandson Cru and all his friends having such a great time exercising their minds and bodies. Trainers were fantastic. Cru loves it.

My kids LOVED the class and wish they could go every day. The coaches ate awesome and great with the kids.

I haven’t actually used KidStrong but I’ve heard great things and like what they stand for and teach children. What I DON’T like is that when I requested pricing information (it’s ridiculous it isn’t listed anywhere anyway) they then added me to a nonstop text, email, and phone call list. I’ve responded multiple times to the text to say I am not interested right now but I am still getting texts almost daily from them. They’re being so incredibly pushy, worse than any adult gym I’ve ever encountered and it’s completely soured me from the whole organization, though I had planned on signing my children up this coming fall. I unsubscribed from the emails but have no idea if I’ll stop getting the texts and calls since telling them “no thank you” hasn’t worked the four times already I’ve tried.

I had my son’s birthday party here over 2 years ago and suddenly my friends and family who signed waivers at the party are getting harassing text messages and calls from “Shanda” wanting them to join. I’ve asked them to stop contacting my friends and family, as none of us are interested in joining/rejoining, and they said they would stop but they have not.. My friends and family live about 3 hours from the closest Kidstrong location and even after being told they’re not interested, Shanda continues to harass them. It’s embarrassing for me to have to apologize to people reaching out to me wondering why they’re being contacted repeatedly. Please save yourself some embarrassment and frustration by avoiding this place. It’s not all it’s made out to be anyway.

My son looks forward for his class every Saturday. The coaches are amazing.

We held our 4 year old daughters birthday party here and had 21 children attend. We could have fit 30 or more kids! Place is spacious, parking was easy, the coaches are incredible. The coaches helped set up the party, they even helped serve food, they cleaned up and helped take presents to the car. It was probably the best experience we have ever had arranging and facilitating a birthday party. They touched base throughout the process and followed up with photos. I will tell every parent I meet how great this place is.

Seeing improvement in my sons social anxiety!!

Great class for our son. He loves to do the obstacles and it let’s him get his energy out. They have themes for the month on the classes teaching different skills, this last one was catching a tennis ball. Worth doing the class trial to see what it is all about and if your kid might also enjoy.

Get physical and mental exercise for the kids. Coaches are so nice, motivating and engaged with the kids.

We went there for my grand sons birthday. Every kids had lots of fun. Innovative and smart concept to energize kids to have good times and healthy fun. Keep it up!

Love kids strong!! The concept is fantastic. Great workout for my kiddo. Lots of motivation and confidence promoting activities. My 4 year old son loves it. Can’t recommend enough.

Update: Started taking weekly class and practice sessions and my kiddo loves to be there. There are a couple of coaches and I like every single of them. Positive and encouraging environment.Went to the birthday party there and my kid had so much fun. The instructors keep all the kids very busy and engaged.

We love Kidstrong! So pleased with the curriculum, coaches and location. Our daughter looks forward to her class each week and we have noticed a big leap in her overall confidence.

We are so happy we chose to enroll our son in KidStrong. He has more confidence and is more willing to try things he never would have done or was so scared to try. He is definitely getting stronger too! Thanks to all the coaches that make this enjoyable for him!

We took our 18-month-old to a trial class this morning, and he absolutely loved it. My wife and I were both there so we could trade off with watching our 1-month-old in the sitting area or chasing around the 18-month-old.It’s a well-orchestrated class with multiple coaches setting up different activities and courses that are designed for all ages and skill levels. Parents of younger children guide their young ones through the courses and activities.Even though the first time (and I assume the first couple of classes) are a little “too structured” for a toddler’s taste, it’ll definitely be a great physical activity regardless of their attention span. With the help of coaches and the practice sessions offered, your toddler will definitely adjust and learn along the way! I loved the energy and attentiveness of the coaches. They knew the names of all the “regulars,” and they quickly learned the names of the kids doing their trial session.If I had anything “negative,” it would be that there aren’t more locations. Definitely not that big of a deal, however. I’d drive there even if it was 30+ minutes away! I guess, I’d also love if we could go more than 1-2 times a week, too, but I wouldn’t hold that against them.Their 6-month package is definitely the way to go. For $90/month, you’re in weekly classes. For an extra $10/month, you can join the practice sessions on Friday and/or Sunday. The practice sessions are great if your child needs additional practice (obviously), but it acts as an “open gym” where the kid can play without the structure of the formal class.Highly recommend you get your kid involved!

My three year old loves going to KidStrong each week. He has so much fun. He doesnt even realize that he is learning and working towards his milestones! He has learned to be happy for someone else when they do a good job, how to keep trying when something is difficult and so much more!
