I bought a 2017 car from Carvana. They delivered it with streaks on it, mud under the wheel wells, etc. In other words, they did not clean it. I searched for a detailing shop and found Eco Car Spa at the mall. I spoke with the owner, Adam. He got me scheduled for the next morning because my 7 day was coming in 2 days and I needed it done quickly. They detailed the whole car in just a few hours. When I picked it up, it was like I was getting into a brand new car. I dont think it had ever been polished til now. When I was driving home, I noticed the metallic blue paint on my side mirrors was sparkling in the sun. I feel like Im driving a brand new car- Because it looks like it!! The cost was very competitive among other local services. Thank you Eco Car Spa for the fantastic job your guys did!

Update: thank you for responding by phone but my frustration is that I paid you and got back a scratched paint coat. Luckily I have a protection plan through the dealer that will fix it but what a hassle to deal with over your poor work. I do not recommend this business on that basis and because you wont take responsibility you put the blame back on me. Hopefully this feedback will help you improve services and save others the frustration in the future.----------These guys scratched up my new cars paint job today, they clearly ground some sort of grit into the paint with a used rag. Couldnt be more frustrated or upset. Will follow with management to fix it.

$15 experience for &50.Went after reading good reviews but nothing work right for me from when I reached at the appointment time. No one was there finally after texting someone showed up promised car will be ready in an hour. When after one hour I went to check on car they had not just started on the car told me 20 more minutes and did a rushed job that I could have got it done for $15 at a regular car wash. I will not waste my money at this place.Thanks Adam for reaching out and appreciate you acknowledging that team could have done a lot better job. As suggested, I will take you up on your offer and bring the car back so your team can demonstrate the quality work they do. I promise to update the detail feedback after the service.

They did a GREAT job, came to my home, were on time and did a fabulous job on the interior and exterior of my old worn out car. It actually feels NEW again!!! The headlights look amazing and now I can see so much better at night. Thank you Eco Car Spa!!!

The interior vacuum job was not up to the mark and I even sent a message and I didnt even got a response back. Not worth the money they charge since they didnt clean it properly. Was expecting a top class service.

Editing Review:After our previous experience the owner reached out via text to have us come back in with a discount. We did make our way back over to visit them and have them process our car. The detail was pretty thorough and the car looked great after.—————-Awful experience. Dropped off our car for a signature wash and detail. Was quoted 2.5 hours for the service. When we arrived to pickup our vehicle, we were informed they hadn’t even started the wash on our car and it would be another 2.5 hours for our vehicle to be completed. They never bothered to call or text to inform us of this delay.

This place is AMAZING and I cannot recommend them enough. Dropped my car off to get the Flawless package and it looks better than when we bought it. Seriously, I wish Id taken pictures of what it looked like before they cleaned it. I will forever be a loyal customer and I highly recommend you give them a try, I promise you will not regret it!

Such a pathetic and un-professional behavior . They confirmed appointment via phone and they don’t accept with their own reasons saying not in system. Wasted a complete day and they don’t care to compensate neither with their language nor with any options . May they are doing good detailing service but trust & behavior is core pillars in customer service which I highly doubt they have any . Beware everyone, to take appointment confirmation or else you have no guarantee of their promises . I wish I rate them zero .

This is the best present you could give to yourself or someone you love! They came yesterday to my home and detail cleaned my car and it looks and feels amazing! I have three kids under 4yrs so it was so nice to let them take care of my car after a recent long road trip. Highly recommend!

Brandon took great care of my car while I shopped. I pride myself on washing my car by hand but Ive been busy and having a place like eco car spa is awesome for a great hand wash. This was my second time having these guys was my Mustang and they did an awesome job both times. I would take my car back to them anytime. Prices are comparable to other washing services so I feel like they are very fair and the great service definitely makes it worth it. If you know youre going to be a few hours at the mall and your car could use some TLC, definitely pay these guys a visit.

Opted to drop my car off at the Stonebriar location to save the mobile fee, since I live so close. They were helpful and accommodated my schedule for drop off and pickup. The work was superior to any other detail Ive gotten (Flawless package lived up to its name). Highly recommend!

I made an appointment to have my husband’s car cleaned while I waited at the mall. My husband’s car looked like he was put out and had been living in his car. This was my second time bringing it to Eco because they did such a good job last year (Father’s Day timeframe). Once again he car looks fresh from the show room. I had a Groupon and the first time so it cost me more this time for the “Flawless” wash but it was worth it. Just be warned... it took them about 3.5 hours 1) they do a good job 2) my husband’s car was filthy!!So have a lot of shopping to do or an something! 😀

After a disappointing experience the owner messaged me the same day and explained what the problem was and offered the same wash package I had intended on purchasing for free. Went in today and the crew got it done in a timely manner and the car came out squeaky clean and nice and shiny. Wanted to thank the owner and the crew and I now recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hand wash in the area.

As a birthday surprise I got my husband’s car detailed. They were fast and did an amazing job. I have Multiple Sclerosis so there was no way I could have done this good of a job on my own. He was so happy.

Eco Car Spa is among the most thorough car washes Ive ever had, and truly has your car looking like itsfresh off the new car lot. I saw some complaints about the fact that they take a long time. Thats because they dont take shortcuts and they do the job right. Anyone whos cleaned a car knows its very labor intensive to get every nook and cranny and surface and not many companies put in this level of effort. I strongly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon my first time at Eco, my husband has brought the car a few time before. Brandon made my first time at eco so easy. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. My car was pretty dirty when I brought it in but looked brand new once they finished cleaning it, definitely cleaned it better than any car wash I have gone to. I really like this place because its all hand washed and you dont run your car through a machine that leaves scratches on your car and rims. I will definitely bring my car back!

I’ve had my car for just about a year now and I have tried everything from fancy car washes to getting it detailed and Eco car wash was the best hands down. As minor as this may sound they were the ONLY ones to ever clean off the mirror for my backup camera. So reversing has been breeze since they have washed my car. Now I literally plan trips to go to the mall just to get my car washed. I highly recommend and will return monthly!

They did an incredible job on my car for only $50! it had been a long time since i had it cleaned out but i was HIGHLY impressed and will definitely be back. they sometimes have Groupon deals which is helpful. it is part of stonebriar mall so as an added bonus, you can drop your car off to get in detailed while you shop and kill two birds with one stone!am taking off a star though because of location. it is really confusing and hard to get to the first time. you have to go in between the cheesecake factory and j.c. penney. stay on the main road and keep going past h&m/barnes&noble/cheesecake factory on your left. then, you will see a sign for “valet” right before you get to j.c. penney. turn left and you will see valet.

Without a doubt, this is the BEST place for a car wash in the DFW area!! Its a gem that is located at Stonebriar Mall where the valet is for The Cheesecake Factory. They wash the cars by hand here and what a huge difference it makes...trust me on this one. I did the Refresh exterior car wash for $30 and they made it look like I just got my car from the dealership. I highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Brandon!!

Every time I get my car washed at Eco Car Spa I leave with a brand new looking car. They do such an amazing job here and I have recommended them to my friends and family. Such a nice staff. Went shopping with my kids while they took care of my car (what a great idea!)....they did a fantastic job on the inside and outside. My car was covered in dog fur which they completely took care off... came in with a dirty / messy car ... left with a car that looked new!! Totally worth the price and the staff were very helpful and efficient. Great place!

When you pay top dollars for a carwash $180+tax, you feel that the job will be done perfectly, unfortunately I chose this carwash to do a perfect job, and they did a low quality job, the package is details, detail cleaning is what they missed, my car was supposed to be carpets and seats washed,the vinyl shine with armor all, a good vacuum, glass cleaned in and out, the job suck at this place. If youre looking for a good carwash do not chose them, is not worthy .

I have been bringing my new car here now for about 3 months now and love the work they do on my car. Jeremy is always very professional when checking in my car and helping me pick the wash package that I need. Very reasonable prices especially if you don’t feel like getting slammed by heat washing your car in drive way. Overall great washes at this Car Spa!

I bought a detail package for my husband’s car soon to be my teenage sons car. The car is about 16 years old and had a lot of wear and tear on the carpet the seats the dashboard. (Eco CarSpa) absolutely transformed this car into an almost brand new looking car from the inside and outside.The process was easy from start to finish. They took a lot of effort and time and paid a lot of attention to every detail nook and cranny! I was planning to go to the movies and decided to drop off my car with these guys. My car definitely looked like it needed a little TLC so I decided to get the Flawlwss package with a paint correction and clay bar. I can’t express enough of how much I appreciate the level of care they gave my car.They restored my paint to better then when I got it from the dealership, cleaned up my headlights and clay barred my paint to give it that smooth finish. I’ve found my go to spot.🙌

Would Definitely come back again. I brought in a messy car and the service was quick and the quality was even better. The manager I believe his name was Shaz took care of me and my car so well, kept me updated by sending pictures throughout, and gave me an experience that made me want to come back. The employees were very nice and very friendly I was able to thank them after they were done with my car.They are located next to the valet line at the stonebriar next to the Barnes and nobles area.Everyone should definitely go and check them out they are amazing!

100% unethical business. Brought car that was just washed by me and by hand for express wax. They handed car back untouched and tried to charge me!!!When I showed clerk issues he negotiated price down from 95 to 50, which was still not acceptable. Yes I will be disputing the charge and calling mall management.Stay away!!!

Had to run to the mall so I decided to let them wash my vehicle. Didn’t have much I needed to pick up but since my vehicle was so dirty I decided I could waste the 2 hours they said it would take to clean my car. Never heard from them, so after giving them an extra hour to have my vehicle cleaned, I went to check on it. The guy sitting behind the little counter had his eyes closed as if he was sleeping so I just stood there for a few minutes. He finally looked up so I asked about my vehicle. He picked up his little two way radio to ask about it but no ne would answer him. He went to get my vehicle. It was as filthy when he returned it to me as it was when I dropped it off. I have had my vehicle cleaned there a couple of times and was never disappointed. That was the only reason I decided to stay and waste time because they have always done a great job on my vehicle. When he brought it to me all he said was he didn’t know what happened but did I want to stay and have it done? Seriously? They already had it for over 3 hours. So disappointed, this should have never happened and it was very unprofessional the way it was handled. I will probably not waste my time with them again.

Generally I don’t write negative reviews but I had to write for this place. They are pretty unprofessional, unethical & shady in their work. They will not clean properly & keep up the vehicle delivery time.

When I brought it in, my sons 2005 Durango was about as nasty as a car can get. It was his college car, with way too many spilled sodas, forgotten gym clothes, fast food and who even knows what else lurking under the seats. Oh, and he has a big dog that sheds like crazy. And of course, I needed it done on a super busy Saturday. These guys didnt blink.It (very legitimately) took many hours to restore this mess, but that didnt cost me any extra - they worked like mad until it was done. Shaz, the manager, was amazing - keeping in touch with me (even with photos) throughout the process. You can message them through Yelp - they answer really quickly. The guys in the back doing the work (Shaz took me back there to thank them) were also just wonderful.They have a preset menu of services, no matter how bad your car is, it costs no extra. You can tip on your credit card, which is a great idea (I brought cash this time, but next time, I wont have to.) Its not cheap, but for me it was a stunning value.They are located at the valet stand, on the Stonebriar lower level by Dave & Busters, AMC, Barnes & Noble, etc. They have a separate booth right next to the valet stand.Ill be taking my own car back there in a few days. (My sons dog gets in my car, too - I need the help!) Thanks guys!
