I had a really nice experience there. Big Al did a great job and was very friendly. Id suggest this place to anyone trying to get a quick and good haircut.

I scheduled an appointment online for March 12, 2021, a week prior to getting the haircut, and got in the shop, and never even got my haircut. I’ve been coming here since I was 7-8 years old, and have always received good service, I don’t know what’s changed, but it’s definitely not like what it used to be before. Why have the option to make an appointment if you’re not going to abide by it? To me, that’s “Not Professional”, “Poor Quality”, and “Poor Value”.

Very talented barber, perfectness and quick

Barber (owner) completely messed up my hair line. Edge up and fade look terrible so does the overall cut. He pushed back my line AND pushed one of the sides out too far. Attempted to fix it but made it worse. Im extremely angry. Im going to have to wear hats for weeks or maybe months because my cut is so messed up. I rated one star because I couldnt rate it a zero.

So shocked to have found a black barbershop in Frisco! I got my hair cut by Otis. He gave me a light fade and it turned out great! I especially love that I can pay with my credit card. This is my new barbershop hands down.

Relocating to Frisco, TX and found Fish Da Barbara at Top Ends. I walked in and was greeted with openly. This guy was meticulous, courteous, and just an overall pleasant young man. In fact, everyone exchanged in conversation and was genuinely open. I have found my new shop and barber. Pleasantly Pleased.

Been going to larry for a while always does an amazing job and I would tell anyone I know to go to Top Ends.

Ive been coming here since April 2015. The barbers are great, my main guy is Al. All the barbers use an app to book appointments which make getting in and out practical. Prices are in line with the rest of the metro and parking is ample

The actual haircut I got here was really good, but the appointment system could be better. I made an appointment online and when I got to the shop I still had to wait 45 minutes to get my haircut. The next time I came I didnt bother to make an appointment thinking it wouldnt matter. Surprisingly, this time there was a lady at the front who asked if I made an appointment and when I said no I had to wait an hour to get my haircut.

Top Ends IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST barber shop I have ever been to hands down. Its has been one of the longest running black barbershops in Frisco and one of the best. Go to any other berbershop barbershop and ask em about em. They know top ends and the amazing quality of the work done here. I leave happy everytime. Its a friendly and social enviorment. Been coming here since I was kid and I can perseonally tell you this is my favorite barbershop of all time. I vouche for ever barber in here Especially Otis. Tell them what you want, show them a picture if you need to and I promise you will leave happy. This is a old fashion barbershop but appointments are advised but TRUST ME, Top ends is the place to be.

Im only giving this place 1 star because I cant give it 0. I had Otis who is the owner twice and he screwed me up big time and I will never go back. I wish I never spent my money here because he was complete trash. Mediocre fade and cant trim hair to save his life.

Should have trusted my instincts and went with the guy in the first chair with the braids but I didnt, went to Al... NERVER AGAIN!!!! Get your weight up bro, try barber college. NEVER AGAIN
