Mr. Kaz and his assistant are very nice! I brought in a ring to be resized. It was a same day job as Mr. Kaz is normally creating masterpieces! I took my engagement ring in to get it repaired. It was in bad shape. Mr. Kaz took the time and explained all my options. He did an amazing job! I feel as though he gave my ring a new life. Great customer service!! My girlfriend’s watch needed a battery replaced & we were taken care of promptly & professionally. They also went the extra mile to lubricate the internals of her watch which was complimentary. I highly recommend for any of your jewelry needs. Definitely will be back! Oh! Christmas was on the horizon, the wife and I had been shopping around the Fresno/Clovis area the past few months at the major jewelry chains looking for wedding bands. It was quickly apparent that the majority of the “jewelers” in the area carried similar if not the same inventory. After spending 5 minutes with Albert, it only confirmed what we felt with Christina. Not once did we ever felt pressured nor did it ever feel like a business transaction.Albert is super flexible and easy to work with once we figured out each other’s rhythm. Designing our own bands never crossed our minds. This was true hands on design on the client’s part. This was not “let’s pick a few customization and click done”. You sit down with Albert and truly build the piece layer by layer. Using CAD design technology and 3D imaging, your creation is brought to life right before your eyes on the computer. Albert truly made you feel like you were his only client. The attentiveness to the client’s needs was second to none. We shared laughter, cognac and stories.We would absolutely recommend Albert Kaz Jewelry to everyone and will definitely use their services again. The only piece of advice I can confer is to know what you are looking for and to not be afraid to challenge Albert’s skills as a Master Jeweler. Ive had my wedding ring for 17 years and I love it. However after that amount of time it was definitely in need of a good cleaning and inspecting. I walked in to Alberts store and was immediately impressed with how professional and accommodating he was. Wow! Great service! We took our 8 year old daughter to have her ears pierced. She wanted to do it but was still a little nervous. The staff was incredible. Albert himself was funny and made our daughter feel at ease. Everyone went above and beyond. They made it a memorable experience ! My first interaction with Albert was just before Christmas a couple of years ago when I was searching for loose black Tahitian pearls to have made into earrings to replace a missing pair. Albert had by far the largest selection in Fresno, and took time to help me match a pair of pearls to replicate those lost. He also managed to make the earrings at short order to fit with my travel plans. I am really impressed with his service and integrity. Hes my jeweler of choice.

Albert designed and made a beautiful white gold pendant for me using a couple of my large diamonds that were just not being worn. He was very creative and engaged very well with me as well as being skilled at design; I really enjoyed the computer aided design process he uses. Today I went back with a pair of simple but expensive white gold earrings I had bought to wear with the pendant. The simplicity of their design meant that they easily fell off and the cheap plastic backs that they came with wore out quickly. He tried to find backs that would work and then came up with a great idea how to reshape the back so they would stay on. Am very happy! Sometime I will have him make earrings for me too!

After ring shopping and visiting all the big name shops for what seemed like an eternity, once we stepped into Alberts store and saw his quality and designs, I knew this is where I’d get my ring. All other shops say you can customize a ring and make it your own, when in reality, your taking the same ring design someone else has in town and making very minor tweaks to it. In the end, you may have the same ring as someone else just in a different metal color (ex: instead of yellow gold you’re “customizing it” and getting it white.) Not with Albert! He makes each ring custom, so you know your piece is one of a kind. During the design consultation, I mentioned to him my vision for the ring, what styles my fiancé liked and he made notes of everything I said. A couple of weeks later, he called me and told me he had a mold of the ring. I went into his shop and was amazed by his concept and what he came up with. He took all my ideas and morphed it into this phenomenal ring. To be amazed at a ring with no diamonds or “bling” in it yet, should tell you how amazing his work and quality is. During this meeting, I asked if I could add a minor change to the ring to make it even more personal and meaningful to my fiancé and me. He got on his computer and showed me what it would look like with the changes. I didn’t have to wait days or weeks to see if I would like my idea and changes, he showed me right there on the spot. We agreed on everything with the design and told me he’d try and get it done ASAP. I expected a couple of weeks turn around time, but I got a call not long after from him letting me know that my ring was done. When I went in to pick it up, my jaw dropped. The ring and his craftsmanship was mind blowing. You can tell by the quality and attention to detail, that he takes pride in his work. He wants you to receive something that not only you’d be happy with, but that he’d be proud to have his name attached to as well. Albert and his crew provided phenomenal customer service, were knowledgeable in the field and take pride in their work. Thank you for providing my fiancé and me with something we’re extremely proud to show off. The ring gets a ridiculous amount of praise and comments.
