Great service fast timing

Worst experience ever!!! Bought a gold rope about a year ago and it continues to break .. I took it in for the 4th time to day and of course they charge you $30 to repair it and it just breaks in the same spot!!!! Then they finally tell me it’s because it’s a hollow chain and that’s what’s gonna happen ? You could of told me that before I bought it :/ ... trust me stay away from this place .. cheap jewelry !!!!
