Been going here for years. Nicole is always my stylist. She is nice, professional, easy to talk to while getting your hair cut and always does an amazing job! She definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty! She forges lasting relationship with her clients which is why I continue to come back. Anyone needing a cut or style I highly recommend Nicole!

Requiring children 2 and under to wear a mask. Apparently they know more than CDC and pediatrician. Nothing on website that states these rules which woulda been extremely helpful and I wouldn’t of been irritated enough to right a review

This was my first time here and Nicole had her work cut out for her. I went in with straight, curl resistant, lifeless hair and Nicole gave me the perfect cut, exactly what I was hoping for! I was in desperate need of a haircut, and tried to book an appointment with the salon I usually go to, but had no luck. So I called Supercuts, and they said they would be ready for me when I got there and that they could do it ASAP. And they did! Ashlee took care of me, and was extremely friendly, had excellent customer service, and great skill! Not only all of that, but the haircut was cheap too. Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for many years now. Nicole always does an excellent job for me, as well as my now 6 year old son. I’ve had Ashlee cut my hair on a few occasions when Nicole wasn’t available and she also does a great job. All of the staff are also very friendly, too. You won’t be disappointed.

I have never been disappointed when coming to this location. Nicole has always cut my hair and my sons hair. She never disappoints. Its easy for me since I only get my head shaved. As for my six-year-old son who loves to Jump Around, she works magic with him every time and his hair always looks absolutely fantastic.

Worst haircut my son has ever gotten. is nothing like what the picture that we showed her and she had plenty of hair to work with. Would never go back there again, had to go to Fitzs barber shop in troy to fix it he did an amazing job.

This is the ONLY place I go for haircuts. The stylists are friendly and receptive to any requests or preferences you may have. Ive used Nicole and Kathy. Both excel and take pride in their craft. I highly recommend you give them a try if youre looking for a quality cut.

The messed up our sons hair. Then double charged for the botched haircut. It wont let me post a photo, but theres a one inch difference in his bangs from one side to the next. Terrible never going back

I have NEVER wanted to cry over a hair cut in my entire life, but I legitimately cried today. I asked for 3 inches to be cut and want to add some long layers and the stylist just kept cutting and cutting and cutting. At least 5 inches is now gone. This has been my 2nd trip to supercuts and I wasnt thrilled the first time, which the entire cut was so noticeably had to cut it myself when I got home. I shouldve known better, but alas I was desperate for a cut. What can ya expect for a $9 haircut.
