Went to have 2 additional stones added to my mother’s ring. They wouldn’t even consider doing the work without a receipt. Luckily, my husband bought the ring at Zales so the clerk could look up the receipt. Said they had to send it in for work to be done. It would take at least 1 week to find out if the jeweler would/could do the work. Then another week to get it back. Couldn’t even give me an estimate. Left and went to regular jewelry store with jeweler on site. Never again will I go to Zales.
Great employee service we had browse their website found a ring that said it was in stock. We get there just to tell us its not in stock. Which was ok we went to another store found a ring with more stones for the same price. Well guess what we didnt buy zales ring. So it was a true blessing in disguise.

Very disappointed. was told that getting my ring sized would take 1-2 week. now after 2 weeks, they are saying 1-2 more weeks! when i called back stating i want it sent back without alteration, i am told they are working on it now but it can still take up to two weeks. wth! when i ask to talk to a manager they say no one is available and will TRY to get someone to call me back. if i had known i would have to wait this long, i woulve never sent it in
The lady that helped me was great, but I went back to get the ring resized and the guy that was helping us was acting like a diva talking about his hair was to long then and that he couldnt find my file and asked for paper work and had this condescending attitude, just irrateted the hell out me and my girl so we just left. But the lady were great. P.s I did buy it there and the insurance if diamonds fell off or for resizing the ring and cleanings twice a year.
If you are in the market for jewelry, please stay away from this store. Horrible customer service and NO communication to the customer. I had to call several times to find out what was occurring with my ring repairs. I had to reach out to the corporate office (three weeks into the repair) and have a rep there get involved before I got a call back from the Fresno store. It was almost as if I was being ignored, Christian is not pleasant to work with and how a title of assistant manager is attached to him is beyond me! A whole month passed before I was able to get the ring but In the meantime, I had to jump through hoops to get someone on the phone at the Fresno store. To top it off when I went in to get the ring (a month later), Christian did not make any attempt to apologize or engage in any conversation. Again, ignored by the assistant manager who I would have felt would care since I have bought plenty of jewelry from them in the past. Ring sent in for repair but no repair done when sent back. Wrong pictures attached to the receipt number when emailed the confirmation. No communication, period. “Your ring will be in within a few days,” can only go so far. 33 Days later is not acceptable. Return customer I will not be!
Arrived to pick up a ring. 3 associates in the store and only 1 customer. Had to wait for the 1 associate to finish with her customer before being helped. She was attentive and did what she could but the other two guys did not even acknowledge that a customer was there waiting. At a minimum, please ask your customers if they have any questions or how you can help them. Even if the answer turns out to be that you have to wait for that 1 associate helping the other customer. Shes the only reason this review is not a 1 star. I didnt get her name unfortunately.

My personal experience this round with Zales was great. Tammy did a great job. She was not pushy, she was kind and took her time helping me even tho she new I may not buy from them, she still gave great customer service. She did her best to get me the best price that she could and I was very happy to see that she cared in this regards, ultimately getting me a wonderful price on the ring I wanted. Tammy being absent at the time had Noemi assist me, who was equally as awesome and I ended up buying an engagement ring (VERA WANG) along with a wedding ring to match. I intially went in for the engagement ring but these ladies are so awesome I couldnt pass up the deal. Thanks a lot Tammy and Noemi, my future wife loves her rings, yes i showed her both. lol.....P.S SHE SAID YEEEEESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today, My fiancé and our two children decided to finally pay cash for a $3000.00 ring we have been wanting for two months now from this store. We ringed shopped everywhere and we knew in the end Zales had what we wanted. Unfortunately, the DAY we finally get to make this purchase, we arent even given a welcome greeting. One woman is sitting down and two girls just stand there. I start searching for my ring. The one woman decides to ask if Im looking for something in particular. I explain and she says she THINKS they might be out of all pear shaped rings so shes sure the one Im wanting isnt there. Right away I turn to my fiancé and say, she says its not here. In a slight panic now. Well while I turned to him to say this, she looks at the other woman standing there and RUDLY says, OHHH KAAYYYY! I immediately turn to her and ask, WHAT? She rolls her eyes and says oh nothing and literally looks at the other woman, rolling her eyes and mouths something to her right in front of me. She looked so sloppy and unprofessional. I dont know what her name was but all I know, for those families looking to share a memorable moment, I wouldnt buy that special ring at this location. So to the Hispanic woman with that sloppy low ghetto bun, no make up, messy clothes and a bad attitude, good job on loosing us as cash paying customers and you really ruined our experience.
