We’re under new management now and while there was a little adjusting to do when going from Granville to Manco Abbott, I will say it’s definitely better now that it was prior to the change. There is a community app, the property is maintained throughout the week, the leasing office staff are sweet and accept packages while you’re gone, there was a weird issue with the pipes that made them really noisy for the longest, but they somehow fixed it when they took over. New appliances would be nice considering how much rent is, but not bad for being the only real downside.

Very smart and nice young ladys working to find your next beautiful place of residence! Leena was very knowledgeable and answered every single question that I had and was able to help me make the right decision without any pressure at all! Great customer service so dont hesitate on calling them if youre interested in living here or at any of the other properties they have! Thank you ladys again for all of your help, God Bless

Loved living here at first. Then there was a revolving door regarding the property managers. We had both of our cars broken into and they told us that the only cameras they had were the ones at the gates. They took nearly all of the deposit. So much for normal wear and tear. Glad to finally be out from under Granville’s shady business tactics.

Avoid at all cost getting a place around the cross fit gym if you cherish any of your sleep. You’ll hear and feel your whole place vibrating from them dropping their weights starting at 6am along with their horrible music that they play that never changes. They’ll most likely bring your around to show you the unit in between their classes so you don’t hear how loud and unconducive it is to live there with any peace and quiet. Whoever thought it was a good idea to place a CrossFit gym in and around a place of residence needs to re-evaluate their life.

We love living at the Iron Bird Lofts. The on-site manager is fantastic and is responsive to any needs we may have. The whole complex is clean, well-maintained and all the neighbors are great. We have never once felt unsafe or unsatisfied. Definitely recommend to anyone considering living here.

DONT MOVE IN HERE!!!!! Went without air conditioning the last 3 weeks in July! Was given 1 portable air conditioner, that had to be set in a window and was too heavy for me to carry up and down stairs on my own (they hooked it up to be in our kitchen!!!!!!!) We lived in a 3 story townhouse and they gave us 1 portable air conditioner 😂! We didn’t even sleep there because the house was 98 degrees and they have the nerve to compensate me $300 for the broken air. Yet we just received our move out bill and they are charging us over $600 to paint our house, over $300 for their standard cleaning fee, and tons of other FALSE charges! This is CRIMINAL!!!!!!!! No one should ever be treated this way, NO ONE! I will make it my business to tell EVERYONE I know about our horrendous experience here. So incredibly disappointed.

This is a shout out for the Iron Bird property agent Audrina whom I have to say by far was one of the best agents in Fresno I dealt with!! Not only she was friendly and kind but also very professional and efficient at what she does.In few hours that I was there I sure noticed her calm and patient interactions with other tenants. She also made sure to respond to messages promptly and follow up on what she promised.Granville is lucky to have someone like Audrina that is so dedicated to her work.

The apartment complex was ok. It just wasnt a great fit for my family. The previous property manager was great(Audrina). The new one which replaced her is(Charlene). She supposedly confused my apartment with somebody elses and entered our residence, with a 24 hour notice claiming abandonment even though we were there a week prior signing a buyout contract. We call corporate to complain and asked for an unbiased inspection and was sent a co property manager(Tiffany) who by the way sits by her everyday... that is what you call a conflict of interest... I wouldnt recommend this place because the price does not justify the quality. 1665 a month as of oct 2019.

I moved in here in May and so far so good. The leasing agent I dealt with is gone so hopefully the customer service will get better but, all in all this place isnt bad however, I probably will not renew my lease when it comes up. The people here are not friendly and there is no pool.

Ive been living here for around 3 years.. new management is horrible hiding into 15 years of experience to do absolutely nothing not that management from before was any good either. Loud neighbors, security only at nighttime. Over priced, paper thin walls. Do not waste you time!!

Keep looking, just moved out of here, false charges, exterior of apts smell like dog urine, many tenants have big dogs that dont belong there, bark at all hours of the night.Never received my deposit, never got a move out statement, company claimed they never had a forwarding address, well I still have the letter with the managers signature with my forwarding address. Dont waste your time, plenty of other places that wont treat you like this

Boy was I stoked to live here.!! and boy was I disappointed when I move out, not because I was sad I was leaving but disappointed in so many aspects about this property. Oh and the cherry on top we also got hit with an $1200 fee upon moving out. Yeah costed us over $900 for IRON BIRD to repaint one wall (Paint must have diamonds in it), theres no pool, annoying barking dogs, homeless people sleeping by your cars in the streets, crack heads and prostitutes on rotation shifts at the hotel right next door, neighbors were douche bags and complained for every noise we made (Watching TV and even alone time with the gf), rent is super super HIGH, and the people you walked passed in the complex were all pissed at life and didnt know what to do with themselves. Only good things I can say is the new Landlord was cool and attentive, the outside and inside look slick and give you the city feel but clearly the CONS weight out the pros. I wouldnt recommend this location for anyone at the moment. Maybe in TEN years when paying $1500 for rent may be normal.
