This company has made renting a home very easy. From the initial process of applying for the rental property to any issues that arose, IPS was very responsive and attentive. There were issues with the sprinklers at our rental property and as soon as we created a work order the process started to get this resolved quickly. I appreciated that they have a streamlined online portal to pay your bill, create any work orders, and see any pertinent information pertaining to the property. I also appreciated the great customer service they provided. It was very easy to text the phone number and hear back promptly. when trying to communicate with IPS.

Renting from IPS management is hands down the best renting experience. I am 34 years old, have rented with 3 other management companies. Ed and Linda are wonderful to work with. They are professionals in helping their tenants and I always look forward to the phone conversations aside the actual reason for the calls. They are great people who actually care. The house that I am renting from them is the nicest and biggest house Ive ever lived in, my family loves it, there have been a very little issues but when I do they handle them quickly and effectively and we are always satisfied in the end. From the moment we met with the agency they took great care of us from the start. The process was very smooth just make sure you have all your documents lined up. Once we were approved we did our walk through and gave our deposit and have been in good hands since. Everyone from maintenance has been wonderful working with as well. Well managed and organized. Linda is very detailed and knows her business. When we called to list our property for rent, Ed met with us and gave us a good overview of their services. We no sooner listed the property for rent and COVID was upon us. Linda and Ed did not miss a beat. They knew all the new guidelines and immediately and smoothly implemented them. When the tenants lease ended, they were able to negotiate the move-out and help me turn the property around and list it for sale. That’s when Spenser stepped in and prepared a virtual walk-thru video that was posted along with the listing. Great photos helped market the property online and we had offers in the first week. My wife and I rented our first house through IPS while we began to get our finances ready to buy a house. We did not know what to expect going into renting but we had a great experience with IPS and the owner of the house. If you are responsible and paying your rent on time you won’t have any problems. They also do a great job regarding maintenance request. We had only had two service request over the four years that we rented through IPS. Linda and Ed were great to work with and I would highly recommended going through IPS for renting a home.

Rental properties are dealt with on a personal level. Prospective tenants are accompanied when looking at the property, so questions/comments can be addressed while at the property - with a person. Good security precautions are utilized, relative to the property. Follow up is prompt and timely, mostly electronically, so info can be printed for reference, if desired. Prompt attention is given to tenant comments/questions (either electronically or by phone) and, when required, capable people are utilized for needed repairs. This is a personal, hands on, company that strives to do the best possible job for property owner and tenant, protecting rights of each. I sincerely recommend this company for investors and potential tenants.

IPS is the best!!! We contacted them after receiving terrible service from 2 different companies just trying to get information on their services. IPS responded promptly and provided very attentive service. They took the reins, got our property advertised, and it was rented by the first person to walk through. We were super stressed when we found them near the end of an 8 month renovation project on the property. Cant imagine how we would have made it through without them!Its been a little over a month since the tenant moved in and IPS is still providing wonderful service for a nominal monthly fee. My husband and I rented a home through IPS in 2018 and we have been very pleased with their management. Ed and Linda were always a text or email away and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We needed to move in quickly and they very helpful to make that happen.The IPS online service request system is very easy to use and super efficient! Anytime we had a problem and posted a service request, we received a responses from either Ed or Linda the next morning, or within an hour or two for an urgent issue.For personal reasons (which had nothing to do with IPS), we needed to exit from our 1 year lease two months early and were concerned about that process. However, Linda and Ed were very helpful and cooperative every step of the way. IPS has been our property management company for several years. we are very pleased with their business and prompt service to any questions or worries that we may have. I would recommend IPS for all of your rental needs whether it is as a tenant or landlord.

I have applied with them 3 times, just takin money away from people, charging application fees, please know if you have a low credit score they will turn you down.

They sent me a postcard saying they to buy my property, no name or business was listed... just a cell phone and an address. They also said that theyve been trying to reach me for some time, and that they are not real estate agents. They basically wanted by my property sight unseen. The truth is no one try to get ahold of me. Also appears to me from reverse look up that they are involved in property management if not being in real estate. I dont like the way these people do business so Im not going to give them any of mine.

I am very disappointed with this management company. I was very interested in a property they manage and was told to wait until the date the property was vacant in order to schedule a viewing.I waited until then and called them the morning of stated date, reached their voicemail, left a message for them to call or text me but nothing. I decided to text after I got off work and sure enough I recieved a text back informing me that the property was taken off the market.How does that happen? No one was allowed to schedule a viewing until the vacant date and no one can apply to a property until they view the property.So how does a property get taken off the market or rented on the day it is supposed to become vacant and available to view?I am glad that due to poor work ethics and unprofessionalism my family was able to dodge an even more difficult situation in the future if we were to rent from this company.

We have had Linda and Ed helping us for about 2.5 years with our rental property . We needed to go from a rental property to a for sale property. They made the transition for that easy,thats not to say there wasnt a lot of problems, because their was ! but Linda cruised thru them and got done for us and we will be for ever great full. They are the absolute worst!! It takes them 1month or longer to repair your maintenance requests. They don’t even have the courtesy to notify you what the status is. They leave you wondering wether or not they even read it. They’re the rudest couple ever. Stay away from the horrible management company.

Have tried to get someone out to one of their rentals due to over grown trees that is affecting the neighboring home. The trees are also damaging the roof, gutters are blocked with leaves and weeds growing on the roof. Not the kind of managing Co. I would want.

Horrible management service they never answer your call then when your lease is up they throw a bunch of paperwork at you to confuse you so you dont notice them screwing you out of your deposit
