Great place to live. I’ve enjoyed the complex and my neighbors have all been great. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly. The maintenance man, I think his name is Joe, always came quickly and very professional and friendly. I moved here while attending Fresno state and it’s been a great experience. Makes living in Fresno a little more enjoyable when you have a good place to live. Not to mention is close to a lot stores and restaurants

Every time I go visit my family, which is pretty often, I cant help but notice how well-kept the complex is! Joe, the maintenance worker is always very nice and friendly and I can tell he truly enjoys his job! Outstanding work and a great employee!

Very clean apartments. the maintenance man joe does a great job keeping up with all the work orders i have put in gets them done pretty fast ! . Vanessa in the office is very nice and helpful. one of the nicer places Ive ever lived actually. Very well maintained

A good place to live. Weve stayed at the Lexington for close to eight years and have seen a few managers come and go. Vanessa, the current manager has been amazing during the entire Covid crises. Professional, responsive and effective. Her presence influenced our decision to sign for another year. Jim E.

I have yet to receive my $200 refundable holding deposit. I have reached out to two different people in regards to this matter. I have been waiting for 6 weeks as of 09/23/2020. I have left messages and emails. I have tried to get a supervisor number and was told that I wasnt allowed that and the issue would be resolved with them. Do not ever put money up with this apartment complex. I will continue to try and reach out. I have thought about getting a lawyer involved at this point.Update: I did receive my deposit almost two months after the fact. So happy I was denied. Honestly very stressful to deal with.

THE LEXINGTON APARTMENTS are a lovely place to live...a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 and is never crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of plenty of parking and love our covered parking garage. . Our family feels really safe here ....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.

No matter how you leave your unit, you will never get your 1000$ deposit. This is not a single case, it happened with my and two other neighbors.The only good thing is the location, and luckily it is not the only complex in the area.

This place deserves ZERO stars. My friend lived here for years and was nothing but stressed living here. Always having maintenance issues and the office managers NEVER getting back to her in a timely manner. They are all very rude and cant do their jobs right. They also take peoples deposits!! My friend left her apartment spotless and they are taking her money!! Not right at all. Just a horrible place. There are many other places in Fresno to live that are MUCH better!!!!!!!!

This has been a horrible move for me. It all has to do with my helpers (not very reliable), my old apartment and my back try to kill me for the last 4 days. I love my new apartment. Met lots of friendly new people and Zeus has made friends with a bunch on new dogs. My patio is especially nice with a good storage area. I have a refrigerator with an ice maker that works (I love it. No more ice trays). My car has a garage (more storage space). I am a lot closer to my work. I could walk to work if I wanted. Even if this move hasn’t been wonderful. I do really like my new apartment at the Lexington.

Thank you to the manager Jose and maintenance guy Michael for over achieving everything they do and addressing any concerns we have as residents. This by far has been the best property we have lived at and since the new team has arrived its been over a 5 star experience thank you for welcoming us home.

Beware of this property!! They have had 4 managers in 4 yrs. they do not give back cleaning deposits even if you have done everything required. They do not return phone calls or care. They even have tow trucks come in and tow because they get a kick back!!! If you can find some where else to live do it!!!!!

I’m a current resident. We have notice many changes like new security walking around at night. New maintenance and manager are on top of things. I’m glad to say the Lexington Staff are doing an amazing job around here.

Amazing staff on the property maintenance guy responds very quickly. The new manager is very helpful and nice. My neighbors are very friendly. Overall this is good place to live.

I lived at the Lexington apartments from May of 2016- December of 2018 . 2 1/2 yrs . We had almost no issues the first 6 months . Benefits are the very large bedrooms / spacious apartments for them being apartments . I lived in the single level unit so it was nice to have the extra yard space for our large breed GS. (Another positive ) as for the downfalls, parking is almost impossible after 5pm. People don’t like to use their garages unless for storage, and it’s not really monitored . We had 2 cars . 1 in the garage and 1 out which sometimes had to be parked outside the complex . We had 3 managers in the 30 months there . We terminated our lease early due to the cigarette smell coming from the walls, and with our newborn it got bad to the point we had to sleep in the living room . And we could sometimes still smell it from there . After rigorously talking to To property management (not in office) we were able to end our lease without the penalty they wanted to charge us for living under those conditions . We were very grateful for that, but we were only let out due to the fact a bullet from a shooting in the unit behind us had gone through our bedroom wall and nothing was done about it . I was almost 8 months pregnant. We left our unit very clean, in great conditions and doing the move out final walk through was very hectic . It’s know been almost a month since the move out and we haven’t received our deposit refund . The complex lacks prioritizing their customers / tenants / customer service . Yes, they have multiple units but if you can’t do it in your time add more time or more in office people . Getting ahold of the office is very low . 80% of the time no answer or not there . Maintenance is very attentive and gets his work orders promptly and as conscientious as possible . No complaints there . He was very nice and a pleasure to see every morning when he greets you .I brought my first born to this apartment and it was our home, i planned to stay longer but it is very sad we left under these conditions .

BEWARE! We moved out over 6 months ago and are still battling to get our security deposit back! First, bogus charges for more than the entire amount ($300 for partial painting after 8 months). We disputed, they reduced the charges and agreed they owe us some money. Now weve been chasing them for 5 more months to put the check in the mail. Terrible management and blatant disregard for California law.

Constantly changing managers, most have been ok but always changes in policies. Newest manager has control issues, the rent is high but now it’s high and you’re made to feel like you can’t live comfortably without management dictating everything. Lived here for years in a relatively quite and friendly neighborhood with a reasonable amount of freedom, so I felt I was paying for what I was getting. Now I feel like I’m paying a lot of money and gaining nothing out of it. It’s almost summer and with the “new rules” might as well not go to the pool or bbq at my apartment this year to avoid issues with management.

Great location! So much to do around here. Love this place.

The staff at The Lexington apartments made me and my family feel wanted and appreciated. I have no doubts that we now live in the best apartments in Fresno.

Use to be a nice quiet place. Now people up and about going back and forth at all hours of the night. Not worth the cost.

I worked at the Lexington close to 2 years, and for being in this business for about 10 years, this was the best complex to have ever worked at.
