I bought a new phone here. First thing I found out when I open the box there was no charger. I went back and they gave it to me. I got home charge the phone and tried go sign in into my Google account, couldnt do it tried it again the next day same issue. I couldnt go back to this place because I went away and when I came back I told the issue with the phone and they told me that I was supposed to bring it back within two days later I bought it. Now they were going to charge me to fix it, and they didnt want to give me my money back. Very disappointed experience.

I took my hp laptop to cell city in Freeport ny to have the screen replaced. I left the laptop with the charger. They told me it would be ready in five days. It actually took these guys ten days to replace my screen. When it was finally ready I went to pick up the laptop and they had lost the charger. They still charged me full price for the repair. My advice is to you use bestbuy. Cell city in freeport ny is the worst computer repair shop. They are totally unprofessional .

Bad !! I went to the place because someone recommended it to me !!! I changed my screen of my cell phone and the start button was damaged and the cheeky did not tell me that he had damaged the button !! I realized instantly that I grabbed it !! and I didnt say anything I just wanted to know how honest he was, but he kept quiet he didnt tell me !! I know when you repair something it will never be perfect but you have to be honest with your clients
