My computer was displaying issues after taking some damage. I didnt know how to begin taking steps to fix the problem because I wasnt entirely sure what the problem was.At first I was going to try Geek squad. But then i remembered a time where geek squad was going to charge me 70 dollars just to even LOOK at my computer, without even going into what might be wrong. At first i was willing to get to that, but then i considered what theyd charge me to even begin repairs. And how id have to go days without my computer.I didnt want that, thats too much money and too much time. I just wanted to know what the problem was, and to get to fixing it. So I decided to call up Wayne. I was surprised at how ready he was. Within the hour we agreed to meet up and i showed him my old, dusty and dirty laptop that i manage poorly.Within ten minutes we identified the problem. And he didnt even charge me to do it. I didnt feel right asking him to meet me without giving him some kind of compensation, but it seemed unlikely that he was going to just take money for nothing either. So I asked him to give my laptop the cleaning if VERY MUCH needed. He got his tools and got to work immediately.It didnt take overly long, maybe a good 40 minutes, and thats mostly because we were talking on the side. We had good conversation and by time he was done, my laptop looked as new as the day I bought it. I didnt have to give him very much.So now, I have a clean laptop, which is running smoothly, and I know the source of the problem I had, which thankfully wasnt my computer. Now I can replace my external Hard drive with confidence.Wayne, if you are reading this, thank you for your time and service! I will definitely be in touch for any other computer services I might need. To anyone else reading this, I promise you wont regret calling this computer tech before calling some big business that mostly just wants your money!
