We are new cottage owners in Glen Arbor and just before a houseful of visitors arrived, our toilets stopped flushing. We called Williams at 2pm on a Monday and they sent out a truck and service person with-in the hour. The problems was identified and fixed quickly and we were back in business! From phone to service call, we experienced kindness and excellent customer service. We highly recommend Williams!

Shawn was incredibly professional. He took the time to educate me on some things I can do to keep my septic system well maintained, and went above and beyond to remove some roots that had gathered near the drain pipe. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and very thorough. I will absolutely be using this service again. Thanks Shawn!

Had our 5-year old septic tank pumped for the first time. Willams & Bay was super friendly, did a great job and invoiced us as expected. A special shout out to Tim Richards who did the work. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

After trying trying another company and having them leave and not finish the work, I called Denise on a Friday at 5pm. She patiently, efficiently, and compassionately took my story and said she would see what she could do. 20 minutes later Bill came to diagnose the problem and fix the problem temporarily. Bill and Denise then set out the pumping crew the next morning and they pumped the tank and cleared the sewer dram. On Monday Todd and joe came to use the camera to see if there is anything further we needed to do. Todd and Joe came the next day to auger from the house to the tank. Williams Pumping did not miss a beat adn did not miss a day while being detectives and educators on my old system!!! I would highly recommend Williams and Bay pumping!!

They were quick, on time and professional. Sean, the guy who came to pump my septic tank found the tank and mentioned it was really shallow. He told me I could save 70 bucks if I dug where he marked. Overall a good experience and Id recommend them.

I had an emergency situation on sunday. I was personally grumpy due to my situation. Working with Denise and Siye was great. Denise delt with our problem very friendly and professionally. Siye spoke very highly about the company. He gave me lots of advice and was very helpful.

I hate leaving bad reviews as a business owner myself. We have used them for years. New owner/management and things change. I had a septic pipe get disconnected in my septic pump system. Tech was there for 10 min and said it would be thousands of dollars and a day or 2 before they could send out crews. I was in shock and called another service. They came out same day and did repair for $300. Williams still wanted to me to pay for no services. I refused. They turned around and charged an old credit card on file. I was able to block the charge thank god for charge alerts. Customers beware.

We are very pleased with the service we got from Williams & Bay Pumping. The office staff are very friendly, helpful and professional and the crew did a great job, too. They showed up as scheduled and left minimal marks in our yard where they had to access the spetic tanks. We couldnt be more pleased with the service we received.

Jamie was sent out to diagnose why our basement is flooding when it rains. William’s & Jamie went WAY above what I would consider normal to make sure I was involved. He meticulously & methodically checked off what could possibly be causing the issue. We now know what is working & what is our next step in the process. I would give Jamie 6 stars if I could!
