I was very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. Tommy did a great job!

We were walk-ins and were able to be seen in less than 20 minutes. The staff was nice, efficient, and professional. They all wore masks and their work areas are very clean. We had 2 people in our party gets gels polish manicures and after 2 weeks, no chipping or bubbling. Very good job.

Although the nail technician was nice, it was the worst nail experience Ive ever had. My first time coming to this place and itll be the last. The location was not very clean and the tools being used were not properly sanitized. I came in with a set of gels and asked for a simple french manicure (which Im glad thats the only thing I got done). The technician only polished down my nails and didnt properly remove the gel. The manicure was awful and for the price they charge, I rather drive to Tysons and pay an extra $10 for a better quality paint

The employees were very friendly and did a very good job with my nails. They turned out exactly how I wanted and maybe even better. Very satisfied with my visit.

I came here right after work, I appreciate the late hours they offer. So many nice women working here, they seem to have great teamwork among each other.My pedicure was great! I very much appreciate the detail and time they took instead of other salons that tend to rush with their clients. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to relax and leave with great nails to show off!

Mary was very kind and professional. I hardly ever get someone to clean my toenail cuticles as good as Mary did. She was very accommodating. Will definitely return as a permanent client.

The nails all hurt so bad after I could barely use my hands at all. Pretty style but not neat very bulky and painful. I suggest asking for most requested no walkins

Been going here for about 12 years. Even though Ive moved away I dont trust anyone else but Terry to do my brows, and every nail technician is skilled so sit in anyones chair and theyll take care of you. So yes I go back even though Im further away thats how good Terry is and the techs 🤗

My daughter and I walked by and were taken in almost immediately. I think because we were just getting a basic manicure and gel polish it wasnt too hard to get fit in. The nail tech, Cindy, was super sweet, funny, charismatic and very helpful in finding a look my tween liked for her first day back to school. This was my daughters second time getting her nail done and Cindy was helpful, understanding and explained what she was doing and how to care for her nails. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to her. Great experience, thorough and they took their time to make my daughter feel pampered.

I thought the location was nice enough for being located inside a mall, very clean and respectful of Covid, me and my sisters walked in for mani pedis and were seen to immediately. However, though I saw other womens nails who were getting more complicated nail art done, and they looked nice enough, I got a simple polish manicure for $25. The color was globbed on so heavily it had air bubbles in it and even after 10 minutes of drying shifted around my cuticles and just doesnt look professional. The ends I messed up myself because you can only tip your techs in cash and every ruddy ATM in the mall was down.

Took great care of me while waiting for my husband to get through major surgery! Very clean and professional, going above and beyond during the pandemic to ensure cleanliness and our safety. I was able to relax my mind and take care of me a little while waiting to hear from surgeons.

The ladies that do eyebrows are amazing and does more than just wax. They clean your face, massage the areas they wax and make sure you are happy before you leave. Tommy is the best nail tech EVER!!

First time going. Had to coach Adam through the entire pedicure and nail fill in. The worst experience ever. All he kept saying I dont want to hurt you. Had to actually show him how to take out ingrown and dead skin around toe nails. Ive been told never go to the left side they really dont do a good job. Ive always washed my hands after fill in he said not to do it. Adam never lotion or massage my hands. The worst $103. I ever spent at a nail place. I felt like Ive been nowhere professional. Adam doesnt listen to what you tells him. I was there for 3 hours what a day wasted.

First time coming here and the service provided by Terry and Richard was great! We will be returning.

I have been going to Nails Pizazz for 10+ years! I get eyebrows waxed, manicures and pedicures done. They are very professional and very friendly! They talk to you while you are getting services done. The location is very clean! They take all the necessary precautions due to the pandemic to make sure everyone is safe while they are there.

I had my nails done by Richard Ho and not only is he great and gentle with your nails he is also funny. He took off my aryclic nails and put a nail dip on them. My nails feel great and look great!! My husband also gets his nails done and we love coming here. The nail technicians are great and do a very professional job!! We have been here four times now and will keep coming back.

I love this place! Ive been seen at one time or another by almost every nail tech and have never had any complaints, but Tom is my favorite nail tech! My daughters and I frequently get the works done here. My daughter is pictured here with her first full set. The nail tech was extremely patient with her color changes.

This was probably my third time here- it’s always pleasant- walked right in today and got acrylics! I got cut by the nail file but it’s just a light pain and it wasn’t the nail techs fault. Definitely recommend!

Had a great experience during Covid-19. Very professional and safe in that manor. I had Lily as my nail tech for a dip manicure, she did very well. The only thing is that she forgot to do my top coat on my left hand and I was too afraid to say anything because she seemed annoyed, so I had to do my top coat at home which was an inconvenience for me because the nails cost $50 and she didn’t even do a top coat, but my nails still came out great. For the most part, everyone is pretty friendly, especially the man owner man.

I been coming here since day one. But today one of the lady she’s very skinny and old she had a such a nasty attitude with me I felt like crying!! Just because I asked for Kevin I guess that make her upset cozShe said he was busy and I said I can wait. But then she got the water for me and it was super steamy hot but I didn’t argue with her. Hope she changed her attitude I am very very sad.

I was very impressed with the steps they take regarding customer safety with the pandemic. Sneeze guards were up at each station, the specialist wore gloves and masks, plastic was in the spa chair pools, they conducted temperature checks and made you fill out a short survey regarding Covid symptoms and exposure. Also I was a walk in and they were able to assist me immediately. I live over an hour a way and would gladly make the drive again just because of their safety practices. It’s nice to see businesses take the pandemic seriously.

Absolutely deplorable service!!! I’ve been coming here for about 9 years and will never come here again. After waiting over an hour for a simple brow waxing, I’m taken into the back room. 5 minutes later I’m being pushed out before I can even see what has taken place. As soon as I got to my car and looked at my face, I bawled my eyes out!!! TINA hacked and destroyed my brows and face. It looks like I let a child practice on me. My Brows are totally uneven, misshaped, and now in different positions. One eye looks 2x bigger than the other. I look like I’ve suffered from nerve damage or have had a stroke. I left for vacation the next day; all of my pictures were ruined, my self confidence destroyed, and now I’ve got to live with a crooked face until I can get them to grow back and I find a new professional place with integrity and pride. I feel I owe it to others to share my story.

My 2 daughters and I had our nails done here today for my daughter’s 17th birthday. They were kind, friendly and took all three of us straight in. My daughter and I both messed our paint up before our nails dried and they fixed them without any questions. They didn’t have to do that since it was our own fault, but they did it anyway. The technician doing my pedicure gave me an abrasion on two of my toes with the nail file. I think she was filing too close to my skin for too long. She also cut the part of the toe nail that sits under the skin, on the sides of your big toes and it left me with pain when walking for several days. I never notified a manager but I think I will just find a new place.

Do not get acrylic nails. they did so bad and they made the acrylic nails look chunky. they did a very poor job on my nails i would give them zero stars if i could. you’d be better off going somewhere else to get your nails done.

I had a great service from my provider but the environment is not relaxing at all. They had a crying baby in the establishment who was screaming crying. And the mom was super loud an inconsiderate for all other paying customers. I will think twice before getting another service done here.

My nails look great! But my fingers are all cut up, glue and acrylic still all around my fingers, and the guy who was doing my nails kept aggressively slapping my fingers out of the way and pushing my arms around.I got my eyebrows done here about a week ago and she completely butchered them. And entire section of my eyebrow missing.I think I’ll be going to Sindys next time 🙄

Clean. Everyone there professional except one man working there with the bad leg-he kept looking at his phone, looking around, drinking water or talking...he did do a good job on my nails but every time I have been there he just doesn’t seem to want to be there and focus on the customer he is helping.

The service is good. I take my daughters with me when I do mommy daughter time. Theyre limited when it comes to designing though. I couldnt get ombre or stenciled design. Still its clean, the staff is super friendly and the wait isnt long even when its busy.

Went to get pedicures with my friend and we got seated. My lady cut my foot in two spots one on the side of my foot and once on my toe. She was extremely rough and careless. She tried to put my bare feet into the sink with no lining on and then soaked her dirty supplies in the water with my feet. DO NOT GO HERE! What a waste of money.

Went last night for a mother and daughter pedicure and it was awesome! We enjoyed our time, people are super friendly! The only complaint is that the lady who did my moms pedicure left some of the nail polish around her nail and didnt clean it up. Other than that, really nice!

I got a fill in here and one of the men who did my nails kept complaining about how I didn’t get my nails done here before (the place I did before did an amazing job for cheap!) and I asked for the new gel color yellow and he would not get it for me because he said it was not a pretty color so after 5 minutes of him not getting i had to change the color for him to start my nails.. he told me it was 35 but charged me 38 on my card so I did not give him a tip since he did it himself on my card and which I did not ask nor did he ask me and after giving me my card he walked away. He also cut 2 of my fingers. I will never come back sadly.
