This nail salon was recommended to me by my hair dresser. Made an appointment easily online and check in was smooth as well. I did not have to wait. My gel manicure was great. However I did not get the 2 designs I made an appointment for at all. No one cared to ask either. Which is crazy because thats what I repeated twice when they asked me if I had an appointment. They got really busy by the time I was done with my manicure but I was ushered to the pedicure area anyway. I was in the water soaking in cold water for about 20 minutes. They apologized for the wait and fixed the water.My toes look great but not much massage for paying for the middle pedi package. I also do not get gel on my feet so when it was time to dry the front was so packed with people they had to ask people to get out of the seat so I could dry. No one checked checked see if I actually was dry when I decided to leave. Thankfully this isnt my first pedicure.All in all I will go back because my nails look great and the place is clean and the staff was friendly. Ill be sure to reiterate what I made my appointment for as well.

My daughter (nude and gold) got a fill. Tommy did an amazing job.I (pink and glitter) got a full set by Anthony. Shape is absolutely perfect but had a lot of stuff left on my skin around the nail.Not to mention waiting 20min after having an appointment. I see no point in making a appointment if they wait is no longer then a walk in.Open, clean atmosphere and helpful staff. Great color variety.

Very disappointed. My toenails look good, however, the girl that did my pedicure was not careful. She was very aggressive with callous removal such to the point she cut my foot. She cleaned it and bandaged it as well as apologetic. I have never had this happen before anywhere else. Now I am praying an infection does not set in.

My 3 year old daughter and I walked-in for pedicures. They were so clean and sanitary with single-use liners for the tub, lotions, and scrubs. They accommodated my daughter to be sure her feet could comfortably reach. We both got the entire service, with no skipped steps, which isnt the case everywhere, especially with kids. They were professional and kind. I think Ive found my new regular salon!

I am so happy with my nails! This is my third time going to Elite nails & spa and I am a happy customer every time I leave! I always get my nails done by Anthony he is amazing!!! He has wonderful customer service and is very clean. You can just show him a picture of what you want and he makes your nails look even better than the picture!! He’s so talented. I definitely will be returning :)

This was the second time I’ve been here and Vivian did a great job and she gave my pregnant legs a nice massage at the end! I did have an appointment at 5:45 with Anthony, but I did not get him. I made the appointment because I know he is popular. That is the only reason I gave them 4 stars this time is because I did not get Anthony as requested!

The service was awesome. I was in town visiting and they made us feel very welcomed. The tech did an awesome job.

I stopped off as a walk-in after getting a haircut nearby. I had been going to the place in the mall, nails pizzaz, and they were doing a horrible job so I didnt want to go back. Instead I thought I would try this place.My fingernails had outgrown acrylics with gel polish, and I wanted an ombre look but didnt want to have the thickness of acrylics anymore. Kevin patiently removed the awful acrylics from another shop, slowly soaking and filing them so as not to hurt me. Once that was done, he offered me the option of ombre powder instead. It is thick enough to protect my thin fingernails, but not bulky like acrylics. He did a great job, my nails look great, and he did a nice hand/arm massage too!I will definitely be back when its time for new powder!

Ive been going to another salon for years & my nail tech left due to health issues so I was skeptical to go to another place well after reading the reviews I chose elite . My nail tech Anthony was fantastic ! & he really took into consideration of what I wanted . I LOVE my nails & will definitely be returning!

First time at Elite and I will definitely be returning! They offer a wide variety of services at a very reasonable cost. The Elite Pedicure is a wonderful! I also had one of my dip nails break after a week and a half and Anthony fixed it right away and even checked to make sure the rest of my nails were okay as well! Top notch service and I cant wait to return!

Tommy did an amazing job on my finger nails, I think they have to work on the pedicures. I had an appointment for both, but i sat in the water for 35 mins before they started working on my feet. Then the lady cut the toe nails to far. I would come back for hands but wait until the staff is fully trained for pedicures.

Tommy has been my nail tech for going on 3 years! I started with Sns powder for about 1yr then switched to gel acrylics! Good customer service and quality for price!

Pedicure was great but manicure was kinda painful; the man kept bending my fingers and also cut a bit my pinky. Also very overpriced! Nails looks good but ny toe is already chipping...Not very interested in going again. If you are looking for something nice and decent price, I dont think this is the best place for it...

Elite is amazing! I had gone to a place in Waldorf yesterday and the tech was horrible. He was trying to glue tips that didn’t fit my nail properly to the point it was being glued to my nails. Then when he filed them they were so incredibly crooked and they were all different lengths after he cut them. I stopped him and left. Came here today and Tommy did an AMAZING job. He took his time and did EXACTLY what I asked for. He was personable,professional, and kind. I like 40 mins from the shop and it’s worth the drive for the service and outcome I received. This is my new nail place and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, Tommy :)

I am so glad I found this nail salon. Tommy did an amazing job on my gel manicure. He even chose the perfect fall color. Anthony was meticulous during my much needed pedicure. The space is clean and very welcoming. I will definitely be coming back. This is my new go to salon.

My first time going to them and getting a manicure and I got a bad infection on my finger so I would not be going to them again my finger looked really bad so I will not be coming back 😑

I love this place and will continue to be a customer. The employees are so sweet. My nails looked so bad andThey gave me a beautiful powder manicure to help heal my nail bed. I went in with broken damaged nails and when I left you couldn’t tell. I was really pleased with the services I received.

I’ve always been paranoid about pedicures because I’ve gotten one before and my nails got infected, my moms goes here and loves it so I wanted to try it out, everyone is super sweet but I’ve never had black spots on my toe nails up until my recent pedicure here, it’s definitely a fungus and I haven’t put anything else on my feet, I would just make sure the tools are cleaned before even getting your feet done here, now I have to go out of the way to make a doctors appt to get something for my toe nails and now I’m even more terrified with my anxiety to ever get a pedicure done again

Anthony is an amazing technician with pedicures, I had found him from old place and I moved with him here. He make my feet looks like Cinderella, and he always make my odd request from polish nails match my deep powder.Tommy Tommy you are an artist with your hands, not matter how My request are you always satisfied me 100%. ! You guys rock!

Great new place, nice environment, my only complaint is when I went there the lady that did my pedicure and manicure mustve been new because they were showing her how to do everything step by step. A pedi and mani took almost.three hours. Other than that love it!!!

As soon as you walk through the doors you feel like you are walking into the GUCCI of salons ♥️ Anthony IS THE BEST ever and took care of my Feet 🦶 (TLC) I have issues with In Grown nails and he took care of that like a PRO! The salon is CLEAN, QUIET and very chic! I totally recommend Elite and Anthony 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Tommy, my nail specialist, was not professional. He continued to push for me to do something different with my nails. At one point he said I should go back to the place who did my nails last?? He wanted to pick a color for me and was pushy about me changing my mind before he even started?? The worst nail place I’ve ever been to. My friend went and they didn’t even come close to doing her nails how she wanted.

I have been here before and this is my second time.Its amazing every time Tommy you are awesome. Anthony is also!! You guys make my day. Thanks again for the amazing service!!!
