Service was good, staff was friendly, place appeared clean. I didnt like the itemized pricing for things that should have been included in a standard pedicure. All in all... did a great job & very pleased!

Stopped in unplanned and got my pedicure done by Ryan he is really good did a great on my feet. He is very thorough and he takes his time. I was pleasantly surprised.

If you get Tina, you will not be disappointed. Ive tried various places around town, and often drop into places while Im traveling, but none of them are as good as Tina.If you dont get Tina, then it can be hit or miss. Rose does nearly as good a job, though she isnt as careful, and can hurt sometimes. But Roses results do still look good.I did once have someone who did a very poor job, but the next time I went back Tina told me that she had let that woman go after she had performed poorly.If you make an appointment, or walk in and get Tina, then definitely 5 stars.

Not my usual nail salon. Went in for a full set, ended up with inconsistent misshapen nails. Tina had to fix the shape and I was still dissatisfied. Ended up leaving with no polish, definitely not worth the $35 I paid. Will definitely go to my normal nail salon next time, they had unfortunately closed early today.I strongly recommend going to another salon. The salon itself looks dirty and the nail polish selection isn’t impressive. A lot of the nail polishes appeared to be in tough shape, go ANYWHERE else in Fredericksburg. I’d rather pay $45-50 for quality service.Update: Called and spoke to Tina about how dissatisfied I was with the service. She said I could come in so she could look at them and possibly redo them. Unfortunately she was pretty booked and her available appointment was the day of my event which I told her I couldn’t do. I requested a refund because I had to take the nails off not even 24 hours after having them done because they hurt so bad and my regular nail tech was going to redo them, and she told me no because they had spent an hour doing them. While I understand the labor that went into it the nails were awful and began to lift NOT EVEN 24 HOURS AFTER I HAD GOTTEN THEM DONE!

My godmother Joyce Donald is actually the one who has her nails done there as Im a man and I dont get manicures. But she obviously loves it so I will give it a 5-star rating on her say so.

I went to go get my nails done (which they turned out great by the way) and my sideburns waxed off and one of the ladies IDK her name did my chin and neck and charged me for that even though I told her (multiple times) just the sideburns. They charged me an additional 12 dollars for something I didnt even want or ask for. They gave me my money back only because I demanded that they do so. Another lady wrote me a check. Im NEVER going back there again and I went off on them, luckily there was another customer in there who heard me and maybe shell never go there again. Who knows who else theyve ripped off. I wouldve given them 0 or half a star but Google reviews doesnt let you do that. :( Im not that kind of person but they gave me no other choice.

They only had two ppl working were not busy and said going to be an hour wait just because they had one person in there. Do not recommend

They were not busy able to get me right in; however Nail Tech My at station 6 cannot paint. She missed the corners of my nails and sice I got gel polish there was no redo wit hour starting over. Would not go back.

Ask for polly best nailtech in the burg
