I would definitely not recommend anyone to go to long nails. it was a rushed job. i asked the nail tech to clip my nails down, as per usual procedure with clear nails.. and was told ‘no, that’s unnecessary’ - i gave the benefit of a doubt, and it came out terribly. you can clearly see my nails underneath. Also the first picture is what i asked for. and i clearly said ‘CLEAR NAILS, WITH SPARKLES as well as showing them the picture. i was given colorful butterflies.. and then charged extra when i requested for a glitter polish. EVEN THOUGH glitter is all i wanted from the get go. not sure if it is noticeable in these pictures but i also received light burns around the edge of my fingers from the tech using heated nail glue and shaving too close to my cuticles. NEVER AGAIN

Did a walk-in appointment and they took me right away. Told me to wash my hands, and pick out my color. Water was perfect temperature and the massage chair was spectacular. Social distancing was practiced and plastic curtains were hanging between stations. My nail technician, dont want to get her name wrong, was very detailed oriented and took care of my ingrown toe nail with care and patience. Will be back from now on.

I’m new to the area and found this place online. My natural nails were long and I needed a fill in and polish change. The man that did my nails cut my nails too short and totally messed up the shape. I had to tell him to make the nails more natural shaped instead of the wide artificial look. The polish job was even worse! The entire nail was not polished and the clear coat was “choppy”. The pedicure was great though. I was charged $110. Totally was not worth it. Never again will I visit this place.

I needed a pedicure and gel manicure badly. I recently moved to the area. I was hoping this would be my permanent nail salon. A man did my pedicure and seemed rush though there was only 1 other person in the salon. I was passed on to a nail tech. Who was racing through putting on tips to do my gel manicure. I had to ask for cuticle oil. She was racing too and there was only 2 customers in the salon

Just moved to this state a few weeks ago and called this place because I am trying to find a new nailery. The person didn’t even say hello, answered the phone “can I help you?” Decided to keep looking because I want to find a place I can frequent and she gave me unprofessional vibes over the phone smh.First impressions make a difference!

Day 5. They still refuse to give me a refund. I can barely walk.

Everything good but they have a very rude employee a young man with tattoos maybe he does not speak English properly but he just said whattt to just pick up your color goshh when I asked him do you want me to keep the other foot in the water or not? While having a pedicure definitely not going there again I spent $110 dollars that day... sad

I went in for an acrylic fill w/gel polish and a gel pedi. Its a week later and I have broken nails and chipped polish.I asked the tech to cut my nails down just a little since I type at work and he refused.This place just isnt it.

They did an amazing job on my nails and toes. I had the dip and a spa pedicure before going on vacation. The customer service was amazing, prompt, and professional. I loved the fact that they had an atm in their salon so I could provide a cash tip.

I highly recommend this place. Anthony was a fabulous artist. I wanted coffin style nails, and I had never had that type before. And he made my first set awesome. He made conversation with me but still focused on what he was doing. Anthony said they have been around for 17 years. I sure hope they stay around the area for much much longer.

Best Nail salon in the Fredericksburg area! I unfortunately had some less than great experiences at other salons in the area. So when I found this one I was so relieved! Tommy and Asia are my go-to’s! Also, prices are affordable. I would definitely recommend them

The nail technician have gave me a very detailed pedicure. Luckily, I was not in hurry to get on with my day because he was careful, meticulous, and precise. I greatly appreciate his need for perfection, attention to detail and customer service. I will return for another appointment with Kenny:)

Amazing as always

Been going to long nails for years and love the place. They are always so nice and accommodating. Tommy and Rebecca are always on point with my nails....and Anthony and Misty bless their hearts do magic on my feet.

Good service but ATM machine inside when they accept major credit cards, credit card machine dont always work(their alibi), but you wont know until you are done and you go pay. you have no choice but to use the ATM machine $3.00 fee it has happened at 3 times

This is an awful place! Do not waste your time or money. My 25 yo daughter went here and was treated terribly. She asked for gel nails, they put on acrylic, they cut her fingers three times, refused to give her alcohol to clean the cuts, put different colored polish on each hand and when she demanded everything be fixed the male employee began to yell at her in a foreign language. He passed her off to another guy who tried to get her out of there ASAP. She is not one to make a fuss so she paid $45 instead of $60. When she got home she was in tears (which is not normal for her) so I called up there to get a full refund and ask for an apology and was denied both. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I got my nails done today and they are lop sided and barley painted I got them black and you can see threw them. Not only that my nails are so bruised and sore he was very rough and rushing, he was rushing so bad he forgot to top coat 4 nails. Im normally happy with them but Im not this time around.

Though their employees will sometimes do a good job, out of 3 technicians, the owner will over charge you for everything. I only wanted a fill with regular polish and a cut down. I came in with gel polish on and was immediately hassled because i didnt want gel again. I had to repeatedly tell him i couldnt afford it and this man had the nerve to ask why. So i ended up having to pay extra for my nails being long then extra for them to be cut down, extra to file the gel polish off, then extra for them to be shaped... so a fill with a cut down shouldve cost me 23$ but instead cost me $33... and the he was sloppy with the polish.

Not a place I recommend... They do not last their prices for services. One lady was charged $95 for the spa manicure & spa pedicure. I paid $50 for a spa pedicure & a regular manicure.They are not very sanitary either. They do not use plastic in the spas for the pedicures. The tools are not properly sanitized... The mail clippers used on my fingernails had old clippings in them from previous clients.I wont be back & do not recommend anyone else to go here either.

I used to like this place until they messed up so bad on my appointments (3 of us that day) and did nothing about it. It was awful! My 92 yr. old grandmother ended having to wait for over an hour and she had an appointment. They will NEVER get my money again! And that damn Misty can kiss my ass! The owner too!

Everytime I get my eyebrows done at Long Nails, and I get the elderly lady. She leaves wax on my face or in my hair. And my eyebrows are always uneven It never fails. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Did a walk in appointment for pedi and new set. One annoying thing was most of their colors you can only see by looking at the bottle to pick out. Theres no little swatches on nails to see how they look when applied. Maybe just what Im use to. The pedicure was fantastic. I was over due for one so flip flops plus over due isnt an easy task. Only issue was when polish started getting applied the one lady that had been doing it got up and started helping a new customer (possibly appointment??). Then another lady came who already had a customer, painted one nail and left again. She came back after her customer was done. Im not quite sure what was going on there. Then onto my nails. They started doing them while I was still getting a pedi which Ive never had before but ok Ill lean over to the side so you can do it. Saves a little time I suppose. Then comes the top coat. She cant find it. Keeps having me stick my hands back under the uv light for gel polish (5x she had me put them back in there) while she walks around looking for her top coat. They came out looking fantastic.Tl;Dr version: little disorganized but end results were great. Will be returning. If the disorganized stuff was just a fluke Ill up to a 5* rating

Great place to get your nails done

I wont be returning. I finished getting my manicure and pedicure around 830 PM and by 10 PM the polish on my fingernails were chipping. Usually a regular polish lasts me a week, but not in this case.
