I wish I could give them a zero This place has a new name 17 spa or something like that but it is run down, there no selection of color and they did the worst job I have ever had. Every single nail wss lifting by the end of a week. Not just mine but my daughters too. Not to mention the lady doing my daughters nails was on the phone yelling the whole time. We had to go another place 6 days later to have redone. Will never return

Staff is nice but, this place is beyond DIRTY!! Chairs, equipment and decor is broke down and barely working. The nice lady who painted my nails made a mess of my big toes. I seriously could have saved my money and had my husband paint them and gotten the same result.

DONT BUY A GIFT CARD UNLESS SOMEONE WILL USE IT WITHIN 60 DAYS!My wife had been visiting this place as a customer for about the past 10 years or so. I had bought a few gift cards at the place for her on occasions like Mothers day, etc. I bought her a $35 gift card in Dec. When she visited the store in March for a Pedicure and went to pay afterwards using the card, they would not accept it, and she had to use a Credit Card. The very small print on the gift card does state that it needs to be used within 60 days. They ended up circling it for her on the card as if she was a Moron! Ten years as a customer, and it did not mean a thing to the manager. I went to plead my case a few days later and received a similar treatment. I was out $35 and felt like a “sucker.” We will be bringing our services elsewhere that appreciates long time customers a little better.Buy a gift card at your own risk! I hope this helps you avoid our mistake…
