I have been wanting ombré nails for quite some time now. Im so glad I visited this salon. Polly did an amazing job!! I wanted my nails very short but she educated me on why ombré doesn’t work on short nails. She gave me exactly what I wanted though and they are the perfect length, shape and they look like my natural nails. I’ve gotten so many compliments so far.

Venus Spa and Nails is always a satisfying experience. The owners are very engaging. The service is more than exceptional. My last visit, my technician Tom, gave me a beautiful and relaxing spa pedicure with deep tissue massage. I would recommend him every time. My full-sets and fill-ins last longer than other salons I’ve used and never flimsy or chipped. They are by far the best salon in Fredericksburg.

I get my nails done with Alex. He is the best! Organized, friendly, clean, on time and does an amazing work of art on my nails. Show him what you want and he delivers!!I moved from NYC to VA 8 years ago and have not had any luck with any of the local nail techs until I came to this location

I love the dip nails and this Venus salon by far does it right. They know the product well and it doesn’t chip, lasts a long time, and the shine stays. This is saying a lot because I work outside with dogs so my hands take a beating.Also, pedicures are so enjoyable and relaxing here. My tech Tracy was pleasant, thorough, and I had a great conversation as well. I come all the way from Stafford to this salon because of the consistency between techs and their skill.

This was our first visit here, and it was a very busy Saturday morning. We were greeted right away and only had to wait a few minutes before being taken back. Just a note: they do their best to get you in on time, but from what I witnessed Saturday is extremely busy, so be prepared to wait a bit. However, I promise it’s well worth the wait! It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! They definitely took their time & did an absolutely wonderful job. Even my husband enjoyed it, & it was the first time he actually relaxed enough to doze off & they didn’t hurt his feet. The place is very clean, they all wear masks, and each station has its own bag that gets replaced for each person. The atmosphere was very soothing and both my Nail Tech and my Facial Tech were friendly & professional. I highly recommend, and we will be going to Venus Nails from now on!! 😀

This was my first time at Venus. Lynn was wonderful. I received a new set of acrylic nails with a French manicure. They are flawless. She took time to make sure they were perfect. I will definitely go back.

Called ahead of time to see if they had any availability for pedicures at that time. Was told to just come right on in. I was less than 5 minutes away I walk in and ask for a pedicure I was asked if I had an appointment I explained to the gentleman that I was told just to come on in. He questions me about who answered the phone was it a male or a female and what their name was. I explained to him that it was a male and I didnt get their name he asked me my name I gave him my name and then he starts talking out loud to anybody who would listen about the come in come inand then proceeds to tell me that they dont have any availability. If there was no availability all they had to do was say that there was no availability Dont make me waste my time I get there and then you tell me theres no availability.

Wonderful detailed and professional experience. Massage was perfect and expert removal of my ingrown toenail.

Ive been doing my nails with Vincent and Tracy, and Alex, since November and they never disappoint. They always make you feel comfortable and make sure you are happy with their services.

My daughter and I walked in for 2 pedicures at 2 pm on a holiday weekend. They asked if we could come back in an hour, so we did. They were still crazy busy when we came back. They found a way to work us in and we could not have been happier. The 2 gentlemen that did our pedicures were amazing. Super professional, they paid attention to my 16 year old and her comfort level (super ticklish lol) and I havent had feet this callous free in years! Will absolutely be back. Please make an appointment if you can though.

When I initially arrived I was immediately seated and my pedicure was started by one worker. She left without communicating to me and I sat for almost 15 minutes unattended. Then Nina sat down to finish my pedicure and the experience was rescued. She was pleasant, polite, and did a really good job to earn me as a repeat customer.

I have gotten my nails done here about five times now, I go to Tom. He does a great job with shape, and he is very fast.

I had a full set done with lee today. I showed her pictures of the nails I wanted, which was acrylic with snowflakes on the middle finger and I am in love! She did so good! She got it done in a timely manner as well as completely nailing the look. Would highly recommend

There are two Venus nail salons on Route 1 in Fredericksburg, and this one is horrible. Going here is dangerous to your health. None of the tools were cleaned, and I watched them be dipped in the water my feet were in, shaken off and then put back on the cart... later during my pedicure I saw the same clippers be pulled out and used on someone else. The basins were not cleaned out between customers as required by Va cosmetology regulations. I am currently visiting during VA’s 6 feet social distancing requirements and I am sandwiched in between two people less than 12 inches from me. This is unsafe, and unsanitary. I should have walked out. Please don’t use this salon.

The man I had was very friendly, but my person was switched mid pedicure. The older lady who took over kept messing up. It was a piece of lent in my polish on my big toe and she proceeded to put clear over it to let it dry. I was then switched out AGAIN. Then two days later my polish had chipped. Was not worth $44 at all!! If you do go I highly recommend the young man with the tattoos on his hand!!

The atmosphere is very nice, but I’ll never go here again. The only reason I originally went was because I didn’t feel like driving across town to my nail salon that I typically go to, and it was next to my gym. I went in for pedicure, and when I left it’s like my feet were not even touched. I pretty much left in the same condition I came, only with polish. The polish came off in not even a weeks time, so needless to say I pretty much blew $50 for nothing. It’s crazy how there prices are higher and there work doesn’t match.

Vincent is the best! Im reluctant to share his name cuz I dont want yall booking all his appointments then I cant get in 😁 Really though, he does great work, is efficient yet attentive, takes the time to get to know his clients and gently nudges you out of your comfort zone with colors and nail shaping💞

I love the dim lighting of this place. I just decline back and take a nap while getting my pedicure. There are many different options and they don’t short you of a nice foot rub. Never rushed, and you get the time you pay for! This is by far my favorite place to come to. They also keep plastic liners over the soaking tubs so they are fresh and clean with every customer.

Ive been to Venus twice and enjoyed both visits, some services seem a bit pricey to me. My first trip I got pedicures for my daughter, sister in-law & myself. We all loved the results. Only drawback for me was that they dont shave the dead skin which is always my favorite part of a pedi. I got my eyebrows done this last visit & am VERY satisfied with them! Unlike other salons in the area Ive tried, the woman listened to me & did them exactly how I like. Its been years since Ive had a stylist actually get my brows right. Ill definitely be seeing her next time!

I have been here twice in the past month. Both times my service began exactly at the appointment time. This is a refreshing change from many other salons where an appointment is just a rough idea and an opportunity to spend 15 minutes “picking out a color”. I didn’t choose a technician but both were very good.

Walked in today, got a pink and while ombre for the 1st time. Polly was my tech and she was amazing! All the places in the past that I have gotten nails done at I have never had a tech ask me throughout the manicure if I was satisfied so far with the work. I have been here before for my eyebrows and for pedicures and this is the ONLY place I got for a pedicure because of all their options and how relaxing the pedicure room is. My 1st manicure I had a few years ago from here I wasnt satisfied but today they changed my mind. I will be back to get my nails done by polly. May go back tomorrow for a pedicure too!

This was my first visit. Had a spa pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow waxing. Julie did my pedicure and manicure and did a fantastic job! The manager did my eyebrows, again, fantastic job! The salon is clean, bright, and beautiful. I highly recommend it!
