Lilly was so nice and did an amazing job.

As of right now this place is ran by two nail techs, Lili and Brandon. Ive been going to this salon for a while, and while their work is fine, Ive come to notice how RUDE Brandon is, not just to me but other customers too! You thought only kids threw tantrums and make snarky remarks? Meet this guy. Give him 1 too many instructions, or ask 1 too many questions and he will LITERALLY yell at you. Again, I cant discredit his work, but its not worth it. Hes too comfortable talking to strangers rudely.

I enjoyed my experience with Lilly. Very friendly. I enjoyed talking with her. I will definitely go back. She did a wonderful job. I felt very relaxed.

Me and my girls stopped by since we were close by, the guy at the front said they couldn’t see us but to wait because their appts for late, Lily took care of my girls, and she was great but the guy in the front ended doing mine, cant even call it an manicure he was doing it just to do it, cut my cuticle and had me bleeding from two of my nails. I asked for a bandaid and he said no at first we don’t have any it’s stopping but then when I was paying he attempted to give me some but such bad customer service, & my nails are still bleeding.

The people were really nice I was greeted as soon as i walked in and told to pick my color . I only wanted white gel so that was easy . I walked to the chair where someone shoes we still sitting there (who was at the drying station ) but obviously they did not clean the chair but I sat anyways . I’m looking around and everything looks filthy and sticky an just cheap, chairs we ripped up and just looked gross . So I left and won’t be going back . customer service 7 cleanliness 0 DO BETTER

I got my nails done at this shop and I asked especially for gel nails because I know they last longer, they said yes they do last longer. The gel nail polish has chipped and has even come totally off. I called them and they said they can’t do anything about it but if it had been only a week then they could do them for free. This is very very bad business and I certainly will not be going back and I certainly will not recommend them to anyone. I work right here in the Southpoint area and I will no longer send business to this nail shop like I used to. I’m very very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is awesome!!! I’m so happy with my pedicure! My daughter and I both went this morning and we had a wonderful time! Every one was so friendly! They were very clean and professional. We will definitely be life long customers. Thank you Glamour Nails and Spa for making this a wonderful experience!

The worst experience I’ve ever experienced with a nail salon. I went there to get a fix for my nail, the young lady who was doing the repair shapes the finger nail coffin however my nails were shaped square soI asked if she could shape my nail square she then turned off the light at her stationed and walked away. I sat there for about 60 seconds and asked the man in the shop what happen and he says if you want it to be perfect you can go somewhere else!! That was so rude and I said all I asked if the shape would be square I didn’t know I was wrong for asking a question. I would never recommend or ever come back to this dump!!

I had a gel manicure done and it turned out great. This salon is clean and the staff are friendly! They are meticulous with their work and take their time with each customer.

The young lady made a mistake on my nail shape and I politely let her know she got up turned off her light and walked a way and left me sitting there. The guy came over to fix it and said if I wanted them perfect I should have gone to the place that did them before!!!! Who says that to a customer?? Rude and ignorant!!

HoRriBle experience. The salon is filthy and cluttered. The gal that did my pedicure was rude and cursed me under her breath when I asked if the tools she was using were sanitized--from what I saw they were not. The cart she used was a disgusting mess, filled w/ clippers, files, pumice stones, dirty rags, etc. all appeared to have been there a while and used on previous customers. Certainly not assuring to the customer that youre getting a sanitary pedi. I will NEVER return to this salon. I just hope I dont get the creepin crud from it. Yuck.

This place was horrible! I requested a manicure and pedicure. These are my nails after my service SMH! Ill never spend another penny in this location. The rushed to finish my manicure and it shows. They also rushed me to leave before the polish from my pedicure dried. The polish they used was very cheap also. It started to peel the very next day. Save yourself the trouble and just find a better salon.

Honestly so good. I will be coming here again! The staff if very nice and good conversation. They are amazingly sweet and my experience was better then any salon I’ve been to before! The man doing doing mine was so amazing as well.

This is by far the best nail place Ive been to ever! These ladies and the gentleman worked together to get us all done in a timely manner since we waited 30 minutes (felt like less, they were understaffed, and we were walk-ins). They greeted my sister, my two young daughters, and I with a friendly attitude. They gave us all beautiful nails, treated us and the kids with such professionalism, kindness and patience and we just appreciated it so much!! They talked with us (yes Ive been to places where I was hardly spoken to) and we were just treated in such a friendly way!! Prices are pretty average as well, lots of colors, and nail options. Beautiful work, awesome service overall! We will certainly be back. Thank you Glamour Nail & Spa!!

I just loved to Spotsylvania and I was looking for a nail salon and I found the one! I came in today as a walk in and they took me immediately, I had Michael do my nails and he was amazing! I love the way he did my nails !! I will be returning 🙂

I have been going to this particular salon for some time now. My tech has always been Julia. She knows what I like and her work is exceptional. Unfortunately the salon changed hands and is now under new management. The management is extremely rude! If you can tolerate the rude behavior from management, by all means stop by and ask for Julia.

Very clean, relaxing, professional salon. I highly recommend Brandon, who does wonders for your pedicure and manicure needs.

A very nice lady did my pedi and gel manicure. She however, was not used to doing such. Very disorganized but yet nice. Hard to explain but it took longer and was more expensive than most Mani/pedis ever. I was really concerned about getting home before the next century. All the others did twice as many people as she did doing my work. Wine? I got a baby sized bottle of water that was hot. Bad job, slow and costly. Sindys will gety service from here on. Shame on the rest of the employees for not stepping in.

This is the worst nail salon that I have ever been to! I got a pedicure and a two year old could paint better than the lady that did mine! I had to have her paint my nails 3 times because they looked terrible! Not to mention they are SO RUDE I will NEVER step foot back in this terrible place! Save yourself a headache and some time and go to another nail salon!

The professionalism and detail exhibited at this location is the best. The pride at work well down is a plus, time after time.

Horrible at doing the simple gel full set can’t shape a nail to save there life.. the one older lady that doesnt speak England is amazing at pedicures but Julia has an attitude problem and the other lady ( who sits by the nail colors) can’t do nails over this place. If I can give those two woman a negative 10 and give the other lady who can’t speak English +20

HORRIBLE SERVICE-Staff here are VERY RUDE, charged me for breaking a nail as well. Plus my nails were uneven, I will DEFINITELY NOT be coming back here again!

Brought my 2 girls and a friend. Got mani pedis they ask looked great. Love their color selection. Staff especially owners are very friendly and my feet have never felt softer. Highly recommend.

Nice place, not full which is great, they also work on little girls nails. I got my nails with gal and it has lasted longer.

Ive been going to this nail spa for years and they are fabulous! I just took my daughter to have a manicure and pedicure Jan 15th and they were quick and friendly as always. My daughter had suggested going to Sindys nail spa across from them and I told her not a chance. I love glamour nails because their work is phenomenal and they are very friendly, funny and customer oriented.

The staff was friendly, they serve wine and its very clean. However, a gel manicure doesnt last 48 hours, Im so disappointed. I honestly do not suggest getting anything above a basic mani/pedi.
