Walked in hoping to be seen. Greeting very friendly. Was able to be seen immediately. Ni did my nails. Extremely helpful, sweet and we had a wonderful conversation that time went fast. I am getting married in June, picking up my engagement ring Tuesday and I am v we y excited to see the gorgeous nails on my amazing ring!!! Thank you Ni for being so understanding and making me feel beautiful!!! I will be back for my Mom and bridesmaids next time!!

I don’t use ( I think many men) do pedicure but wife asked to go with her and both we got pedicure! The experience is so good, a chair with massage, a drink and a professional service we got from Angel and Snow!!! We recommend this place!

Definitely a 5 star salon. First of all, it was one of the cleanest most hygienic salons I have seen. Also, I didn’t have to wait, but they have a very nice seating area if there is a wait. I had Ni and she was excellent. Very thorough and detail oriented but also finished my services in a timely manner. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and the price is great for the quality. I will be going back and I recommend it!

Came in from out of town for a family visit. Needed an SNS and I love how beautiful it looks. Ni did a fantastic job and was very detailed and above all, pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Under new management.New owners restructured the website so customers can book an appt online without requiring a deposit. The new website also enables customers to chat with a nail tech which makes communication instantaneous and seamless. They also added eyelash services to their repertoire. Fashionable nail designs at consistent prices; I returned 5 times before writing this post to ensure what Im proving is true. Try it for yourself 🌟 💅

The best pedicure in Fredericksburg! This place is my favorite because the people are so nice and it’s clean and bright and friendly. The prices are very reasonable for the area. I got a lovely foot and leg massage with foot treatments and polish for $55. The massage chairs are nice too! It really is where you should go for your nail services. Take cash for a tip though. I highly recommend!

Ryan does an amazing dip french manicure. I’ve had my nails done at several places locally, and Ryan does the best job by far! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this spa. I never walk out unhappy. My nails look fabulous! I have worked with several different technicians and they have really done a wonderful job! The establishment is always clean and it’s nicely ventilated so you don’t get overwhelmed by any fumes. I won’t go any place else to get my nails done.

This was my first paraffin treatment and I enjoyed every bit of it. I’ll most definitely recommend this places to friends and family. They were very nice and their communication skills are awesome. This nail and spa is the best place to do your nails in Fredericksburg. I always get a nice and professional treatment. The personnel is nice and very good with children. They helped my special needs daughter today, and were patient and sweet with her. She loves her pedicure! I recommend this place 100 percent.

Worse experience ever with the nail technician Lynn. She had a bad attitude from the beginning. When I showed her the nail color I picked, she said same color as you already have and she let me know she’d pick something else. She put a book down with nail colors. Many to choose from and I asked her for her opinion. She said not my nails…your nails. She did have an opinion on the original I chose. Should of stayed with my original decision. She did a rush job doing my pedicure. Cut my nails way too short. Used an emery board on my left big toe. Hurt really bad when filing. It was bleeding when I got to the car and it is now so sore. I am hoping it doesn’t get infected. Lynn was getting irritated that I didn’t pick a color yet. I just chose any color so she could finish up. She poorly polished my nails. The nail polish is on my cuticles. So sloppy. Color is dull and boring. Nails poorly shaped. Bad attitude of technician. What a waste of time. Do not waste your time or money going to this nail salon. I’d give it a big 0 if I could. I have never written a review before. This was my first. It was that bad of an experience.

I’ve been here twice and had a great visit both times. The first time was for my 6 yo daughter and myself. Ryan done an amazing job with my dipped nails both times! Lynn did my pedicure and my daughters mani & pedi. She was very patient with my squirmy girl! Great atmosphere sweet staff.

I came here prior to my move to Florida 6 years ago. I wasnt that impressed. I flew back home to visit family and chipped a few nails. This place was close and able to do gel manicures.Im not sure if it is under new management, but my experience today was amazing. Snow took care of my manicure and pedicure. I am not one to speak much and normally feel awkward, but Snow made me feel so comfortable. She paid closed attention and my nails look better than the place I go to in Florida. I especially love how the pedicure chairs are distant enough that I dont feel like Im going to knock someone over getting in or out.I will definitely come back when visiting family and give this place a 10 star review if I could. Also, if you have the chance, choose Snow to take care of your needs. Not only she, but the entire staff, is amazing.

I just had a pedicure as a walk-in with Snow. She did an amazing job. Very relaxing and gentle. She offered exactly what I needed for my calluses and cracks. I was afraid that it would hurt, but it didnt at all! She took her time with my nail care as well as the leg massage. I highly recommend this nail salon and definitely will be back.

Received 1 star because the lady who did my nails was nice. Came here for a fill (with design) and deeply regret not sticking to my regular salon. It looks like it was done by a child. I strongly advise not to go here for acrylics/fills.

I just moved to the area, and it has taken me awhile to find a great nail salon. This place was wonderful! Angel and Ryan were great. It is a family ran business, and they REALLY care about the satisfaction of their clients. They are the new owners, and opened during COVID-19. Their cleaning procedures go above and beyond for their guests. I will DEFINITELY be back again, and will be referring all of my friends to this salon. 10/10

I went in there at 5:45 for an appointment to get a full set. Ryan did my nails, and they are absolutely beautiful. I am beyond satisfied with the professionalism and the experience... and especially with the final result.

Let me start of by saying these people are nice and I like that they offer you drinks while being serviced. But unfortunately their quality of work is extremely amateur.I dont know about the quality of their other services, as I only had my nails done.It was horrid from beginning to end. Not to mention my finger nails were in a lot of pain afterwards and I had them removed two days after. This was the first time I was in so pain much after having my nails done. Not to mention she cut me really bad and I bled into my gel and it infused in the gel, and it could be seen through the clear gel. Would not recommend them at all for nail service.I really do hope they look into mastering this service

Fantastic people! I was very worried about making it to their business before closing. I phoned ahead and the nice man said no problem, please come on in. I asked for a basic mani/ pedi/ eyebrow wax. They took very good care of me and had me out in one hour! Love this place- super clean.

I get my nails done here every 4-5 weeks. Lonnie, the owner, is friendly but her fast speech could be construed as rude, which she is not. The small staff is kind and efficient. If I have a request they are quick to please.

Well guys I love My pedicure it was really good,my first nails was not done right, but there was no communication about want I wanted I just asked for jel nails witch I got before years back, found out that they dont do that anymore they just put the jel over your regular nails I didnt know that,I went back and got full set,and the Young lady did them for me and it was a very sloppy job, I had to come back to The shop and too complain about my nails and Aron I believe is his name help me and fix My nails,they are a little bit too Long but I can live with that until next time,but I will be sure to ask for Aron for now on,so you made a good price of money off of me, the first time I couldnt wait so you gave me 10 percent off My next visit so I paid 74.00 and thats when I didnt get right nails done so then you have me 15 percent off my next time to get my nails done again wish cost me 42.00 and 2.00 to take off the old nails plus a tip of 5.00 all together I spent 121.00,you need to have better comutecation with your customers,

Beware!!! I was charged entirely too much for just getting eyebrows waxed and a full gel set that I know for a fact wasn’t even done. No cuticle oil applied.Then I go to pay 65.00 and the receptionist is looking in my wallet stating a tip is needed. The lady who did my nails was rough buffing and cut my finger filing ! The rudest place I’ve ever gone to to get my nails done!! They need to close this place for good! Do yourself a favor and don’t spend your coins there! I will not be returning!!!

I went to get my nails done here a few days ago, I usually go to one specific place but I decided why not expand my horizon. So, I go here and get my regular SNS dip nails. Also, they do not do dip on your feet! Super upsetting because I love to get the same color for my toes and nails in dip. I know dip is supposed to last you about 3 weeks, mine always does! However, going here now on my third day, my nails are chipped! I have been doing minimal dishes, cleaning up around the house and they look as if I’ve had them on for weeks! I’m just very disappointed with the outcome and will not be going back because of the quality, however if you’ve read this far the employees are sweet, it’s just not the type of quality that fits my needs!!

Literally forgot to paint one of my toe nails. I didnt notice until I got home so I guess its partly my fault too... Also didnt sanitize the tools once she finished using them, just put them in a cup.

Took my mother here on Saturday and we got pedicures and our eye brows done and it was amazing. Very professional and both my mother and I had a great time.

I got a full set done here less than a week ago, and my nails look like I got them done a month ago. One fell off this morning and the rest are slowly starting to peel off this should not be happening after less than a week.

Bleeding around my cuticle bc of how careless the gentleman was with the Dremel tool. The place was empty on a Friday, which never happens at a nail place that is average. I wish I had trusted the reviews. This place is below average.

This salon is amazing.The staff are so sweet and take their time and get to know you. They offer water but dont mind if you are eating lunch while you get your pedicure done. So many colors to choose from!

NEVER, EVER, NEVER will I go there again. My manicure is great - BUT - I had my eyebrows, lower legs and under arms waxed and my left under arm has a significant (2in x 1 in) BURN that IS REQUIRING a trip to the doctor. My appointment is this afternoon and following the appointment, if possible, I will post an update and any response I receive from the salon

Went for a manicure. The entire service felt rushed, didnt even do proper steps such as cuticle oil/proper massage.. not to mention my nails look like a child painted them. Smudged, shear coat to where I can still see my nail bed. Next time, sit down while your massaging someones hands and not hold them over the dryer. It was quite evident she was ready to get out the door and not treat the customer properly.

Worst experince at a nail salon in 13 years. I went in and had a pedicure as well as dip color with extensions. I do want to say that the salon itself was beautiful and clean. First off the pedicure was only 20 minutes from the time I sat down until the time I got up, it felt rushed because the minute I sat down someone else came in for a pedicure and there was only one person doing them. The whole experience getting my nails done was awful. I now have 2 very inflamed fingers, 2 crooked nails, a couple of nails that didn’t even get fully covered, and most my fingers have the dip color all over my cuticles and fingers. I feel like the technician wasn’t fully comfortable or experienced with using dip colors and you could most definitely tell. To top it off their pricing was more than most salons for the services I received. I will not be going back ever, and highly suggest that you do your research before going to any salon.

Absolutely awesome massage. I went for Deep Tissue and 40 minutes in I felt so good that I asked to extend to 90 minutes. The masseuse, Karyn, was very careful to understand what was hurting and apply the perfect amount of pressure on shoulders, back and legs. She even knows about sports massage and that was a relief. My calves and hamstrings have never felt this good. Great massage.

I took my 15yo daughter a few weeks ago to get her nails manicured/painted and a brow wax n pedi for myself. I pointed to the services on the price pamphlet to the lady because you cant understand any of them. I asked if theyll do a design on my toe. She said of course. Now, I didnt know it was a thing that it cost extra. Its been a few years since Ive been and I hadnt paid for it before just extra tip.They had my daughter pick a nail color and I went to the back for my eye brow wax and pedicure. Of course she did my eye brows to thin. They always do. My pedicure was ok. She did the design it was great. I get up to the counter to find out they didnt do what I said for my daughter. She did extra with extras cost.After tip and extras they threw in it was over $125. If I knew they were ripping me off Id have not tipped either one of them.Not going back.

Horrible, hour long pedicure was 30 minutes. The guy that did my wifes nails couldnt be more bothered to do her nails. We had to go back because the top coat was chipping of and for the premium prices were paid that should not have happened. Not recommended for sure, almost no clients; heres your sign. Someone else did the corrections and the guy couldnt have cared less. Just here for the money not the service not the customers.

On June 26, 2014, at 4:00pm, we went to Fantasy Day Spa for just a basic pedicure and a manicure. The technicians did not speak English so when they would asked a question we could not understand them. We were told the cost for the pedicure and a manicure was $45. I had my toes painted and my fingernails just buffed. When I went to pay I was told it was extra $5 for buffing my nails. It would have been nice if they told me before they did my fingernails that there was a extra fee. If I would have gotten my fingernails painted there would not have been extra fee. My wife had a French manicure and few hours later her nails bubbled. We couldnt go back to have it repaired because they closed. We couldnt go back the next day because we left 8:00am in the morning for a family wedding. She had to remove the polish because it looked awful. Our family noticed my polish on my toe nails to have spots were paint was thinned out and uneven. I do not recommend getting your nails done here.

The staff was super sweet and even though they were short staffed and busy, they stayed open a little late so my mom and I could get pedicures for Mothers Day. I was really pleased until I walked out and saw what my polish looked like - every single nail was smudged and some of them werent even completely painted. I was really disappointed in the results and would not return.

The staff is very nice (which is the reason for the extra star) but I paid for my wife to receive a deep tissue massage (purchased for mothers day) but because they have no qualified massage therapists on staff, she instead received an oily back rub. I would avoid this establishment if you are looking for a massage until they hire a certified individual to perform it.

This is just the worse place ever. I paid $50 for a take off and new set. It was the most painful thing ever since they kept cutting me. I’ve tried this place once before and didn’t like it but tried to give them another shot. I won’t ever go back and I don’t recommend anyone trying them.

I took my teen daughter to get her nails acrylic done it cost 60! Less than a week later they are breaking off and the paint job wasso bad she came home and painted them again!

I havent even been able to go. My husband bought me a package GC for our anniversary and then I tore ligaments and had to have surgery. It turned into 4 surgeries since the GC was issued. I have been in talks with the management over the issue because I couldnt receive the massages or anything while in rehab. I tried to use part of it a few months ago but an unexpected emergency caused me to have to cancel. They took $50 away from the GC. Now, its under new management, and even though I was told in September that the GC would be honored after my final surgery- I was told today that it would not be honored at all. That is $218 GONE. GONE. After a few minutes of even trying to understand the broken English of the manager I spoke with, she said in essence too bad because they are new management. Now, I understand if I had lost it or something and didnt have a situation that kept me away from the spa. I even could have used it just for the sake of using it- but when you are in tons of pain and recovering from surgery- the last thing you want is anyone touching you, especially not someone trained in physical therapy. So, I am writing a review about poor customer service. Id be wary of going there. Id be wary of buying a gift certificate from there. And Id sure as heck make sure you are good at translation or have a whole lot of patience with people as they rip you off.This would have been my first spa trip ever. Now- I will not go. Its tainted my perspective of spas as a whole.
