I called today and they were able to get me in for a gel manicure in twenty minutes! Kelly was super sweet and did an amazing job. I am new to getting my nails done and I will definitely be coming back here because it is my favorite of the places in the area Ive tried so far. :)

I love Sindy’s! I get lashes and gel mani every 3 weeks. MiMi is awesome. I love that the front desk ladies know me by name, that makes a person feel welcome. Clean, friendly staff and the owner is awesome. He gives a lot back to the community so I love supporting this business!

I absolutely love this nail salon. I have been going here on and off for years. Every time I go to somewhere else, I regret it. They always do an amazing job. Everyone is very friendly, theyre fast and efficient and the salon is always clean.

Had a acrylic fill and nail art nail popped off not even 15 minutes out, the art was horrible daughter got full set of acrylic was charged 151 for this???? Never again I have always gone here and never had the experience I had yesterday didnt realize until today how much they charged me for this mess

I made a manicure and pedicure appointment when I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. They did an excellent job on my eyebrows. However, I had a noon appointment for myself and my daughter and they tried to have us come in early at 11:30. They than called me at 12:05, which was five minutes past my appointment time. They were rude and wanted to know if I was going to make my appointment, as they were fully booked and it was a tight-fit. Five minutes past the appointment time and I was getting out of my car in their parking lot.I canceled our appointments because their inability to adequately schedule shouldnt make me feel rushed. Also, having to fish my phone out of my purse and talk to them on the phone in the parking lot was making me even later. We live in a high-traffic area and businesses should give someone more than a 5 minute grace period. Also noted that the lady on the phone wanted to argue that I was running 7 minutes late, as though thats not acceptable. Five minutes or seven minutes either way I had to find a spot to park in and walk to their door. Good grief!! Well take our business elsewhere.

I had the best experience at Sindy’s! Start to finish was amazing.I went in yesterday to have a botched gel manicure fixed I’d gotten two days prior (at a different salon). I called the day of. The receptionist was friendly and accommodated my work schedule so I’d be able to come in right after I got off.As soon as I got there the staff was welcoming. They sprayed my hands with sanitizer, everyone was wearing masks, and the place looked really clean and tidy.Hannah was my nail tech and she immediately got me started with soaking my nails to get the gel off. She stood with me and helped me a pick a color and even demonstrated the colors on her own nails.She was so gentle and kind while taking off my previous gel and fixing the shape. She made sure to ask if it hurt. My cuticles/surrounding skin was cut up from the previous manicure, the tech before had cut me several times so I was nervous and my fingers were still hurting. She took her time, I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. Hannah was meticulous and efficient with the polish. It looks SO good! My cuticles have never looked so clean and tidy and the whole design is perfect in my opinion. The nails look and feel so natural.At the end I was venting to the manager/owner Jim and the receptionist about my bad experience at the other salon. They made me laugh and feel validated. I really felt like a valued client and a person, not just a customer with a wallet at Sindy’s.From my experience at Sindy’s it’s obvious that they care about the client and the quality of their services. Jim runs a tight ship. He seems like a great man.I was recommended by coworkers who said Sindy’s makes you feel welcomed, I was skeptical but they were not wrong. I’ll definitely being going here from now on. It was an incredible first experience.

I love this place. Its top notch! But hadnt been since the very end of 2019. I was in a graduate program while working as a nurse in the ICU... and then COVID hit. Today was the first day I actually decided to treat myself, or let alone felt good enough to take time for myself. The nature music and videos were so delightful. I had a smile on my face that I couldnt stop. My techs were great and accommodating. I didnt know I was supposed to have an appointment, but the owner was able to find a spot for me. I thanked him for not turning me away because I needed this! I told him what I did for a living and how it felt great to treat myself after so long. He was so gracious to me. I was in tears in my car. He has NO IDEA how great that felt. A MILLION blessings to you sir!!! My manicure and pedicure are impeccable!

ANNA is amazing, but as far as the front desk - specifically Kasey & Joey, they have an extremely condescending tone. They are very unprofessional, lied about my appointment details, and all over the place.

Sindys is, hands down, positively the best nail, wax, massage, hair, facial, spa in the Spotsy, Stafford and Massaponax area, if not the state!The owner goes over and above to ensure his establishment is top-notch. His first priorities are cleanliness, punctuality, and talented techs.The front desk staff ensure that each and every customer is satisfied and special requests are met. They even go so far as to match customers to techs that have the specific skillset the customer is looking for!There is very little turnover with techs or staff which tells you a lot about the atmosphere and how the employees are treated! This is extremely important for customers because when you find that tech you absolutely love, you dont have to worry about them going elsewhere!If youre looking for that big city, high-end spa experience Sindys in Spotsylvania is a hidden treasure thats right on par!The only thing I could suggest for an improvement is opening a sister store in the Stafford area! Especially now that Stafford County has overtaken Fairfax and ranks as the second wealthiest County in the nation! Also, the Stafford/Fredericksburg section of 95, having been ranked as the worst traffic corridor in the nation, makes it extremely difficult to get to/from appointments on time!Im looking forward to moving out of this area after living here for over 40 years! I can honestly say that the number one thing Im going to miss about not living here any longer will be, without a doubt, Sindys!

My appointment is always on time and the service is excellent. Lawn is my favorite shes a little heavy handed but my feet are always impeccable. I dont go to anyone but her.

I think they are overrated. I went there because I couldn’t get into my normal salon. I couldn’t stay the extra time. But I left there with uneven and super thick nails for short nails.

I get an Express Pedicure since Im diabetic and I am horrible at cutting my own nails. They do an awesome job and Ive rarely had any real difficulty getting an appointment. Cant say enough good things about the staff or facilities.

The techs are good. They are friendly and do a great job.But the way front desk acts is completely disturbing.I understand how busy it gets, but I would think that’s a good thing because people are wanting to come to YOU.The one with the curly hair, huffing and puffing all over the place complaining how whatever accident happened on 95 has completely messed up her day. Unfortunately that is none of your customers concerns. She made my time there unbearable and I love coming here because again the techs do a great job.The other red headed chic only talks about how her and her man make good money and he’s gonna buy her a bigger ring and .... excuse me, can I check out? Both ladies need a little more training in customer service. The owner who is usually here, is a pleasure to speak with . But yeah I agree with the rest of the reviews,front desk is horrible.

Also it is a very large salon so yes they may be busy a lot however theyre certainly not understaffed. Lastly, these are very neat and clean facilities and I am always impressed and happy with my experiences...This is definitely one of the best salons I have ever been to!!!

LOVE this place!!! Hands down best nail salon in Fredericksburg!!!! Ling is the best nail artist!! She is soo nice and does the best job does the best nail art she takes her time and really cares about her costomers. Definitely ask for her if you go. Or hein she is pretty good too!

The nail tech was great but did not like that the equipment used was not sterile. There was no cleaning inbetween customers especially during this time of COVID. Did not like that you could not add a tip onto your total amount when you pay, you have to use their ATM with service fees to get cash for a tip.

My daughter visited this salon about a week ago and politely asked the nail tech to abide by the guidelines set in place by our VA governor. She asked that she not sit directly next to someone else in the nail salon. Which, is approx 2 ft apart. They refused to move her. Today, I went in to test this salon. I mace an appointment for a mani/pedi. Upon entering the business I was greeted by a woman (NOT wearing a mask) however made me put hand sanitizer on. Also- less than 6ft distance. I was wearing a mask, but SHE wasn’t required to?!After selecting my nail color I was sent to the back room where I was seated directly next to another person. I asked if I could sit in one of the other 8 open seats and the nail technician stated “she is almost done”. So I caved and sat down.Within 5 minutes of the neighboring person receiving a pedicure ALL seats were filled and NO social distancing was practiced. I asked the nail technician and she said “when it is busy my manager makes us seat closer together. If you want more space in between, come during the week”. I asked to have my pedicure finished quickly and requested a safe distance while I received my manicure.Once we entered the main area my nail technician strongly suggested I sit DIRECTLY next to another customer. I asked 3 times before she finally agreed to seating me away from other customers.Meanwhile, staff members of this salon are walking are walking around with their masks down or not pulled up to cover their nose. INCLUDING the owner of this establishment. I witnessed him checking out a customer with NO MASK ON!!! However the customer was wearing a mask!?!After my manicure the owner asked how my expertise was and I raised concern that I didn’t feel safe with the distance between myself and other customers while receiving my pedicure. He stated “we just had a health department inspection last week and scored 100%. They are allowed to be at 100% capacity as long as they are wearing masks”. BS... no protection for loyal customers, like myself.He then proceeded to talk about several other nail salons who are not following code and praised his business.I will NEVER return to this nail salon. I got an appointment for today, @ 4:00 pm; it was a gift for my daughter birthday; what a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE expirience !!! We were on time, just choosing the colors, as we waited for the technician to invite us to the seats; at that time the man, the front desc assistant, started yelling at us, accusing us for taking half hour to chose the color; when I attempted politely tell him that we just came in, which he saw us; he began to patronize me by telling me that he was not talking to us or about us; we were the only two women up front of him, nobody else was there that he could have talk to;How does this business still existing ??? I work with people, and if I would have spoken to any of my clients that way, i would be sued, as I should be because it was an abuse !!! Unacceptable behavior !!! Unacceptable way of addressing anybody that way; my professional recommendation for this employee/person - Anger Management treatment, ASAP !!!

I had a great experience at Sindys Nails and had to share. During Covid when people are super stressed out and tempers are short, the staff at Sindys made me feel welcomed and very comfortable. They were diligent about wearing masks and maintaining social distancing, and I couldnt be happier with my pedicure and fill! Thank you Lang and Jim!

I have been to three technicians at this salon so far to test out who does the best and I hadn’t been blown away by anyone’s work until my appointment with Paul. AMAZING WORK! My acrylic nails have been filled right up to the cuticle - someone the previous technicians had not done. Putting the color right up to the cuticle allows me more time between appointments. In the past I had been coming in every 1.5 weeks because the growth was so bad. This time I can go 3 weeks before my next appointment!The shape and profile of the nail was filed so it blended in more with the line of my fingers, instead of the lifted profile that stuck out before.He’s a very interesting and well traveled person as well - and clearly has a lot of pride for his work! His results show. Also, he massaged some lotion into my hands at the end, a nice touch no one else had done. I left loving my nails, and feeling very taken care of.

Ive been going to Sindys for 6 months now and I can say the customer service is top notch everytime. They always work hard to meet my needs. Plus they are up to date on all of the trendy nail designs. They are a very busy salon so I highly suggest making an appointment for every visit.

I have never had a bad experience here. I use to go to Keyann but she has been out for personal reasons, I love her. I went here the other week for my wedding and Tina helped me. She was so kind and did a great job!

Kind, personable, informative and a very nice experience. I dont get service like this many places but the place has now become a must visit place for me. I was able to get my hair cut by a very knowledgeable hairstylist, I was able to get gel nails done by a very sweet person named Sam, and I was able to get my eyebrows waxed perfectly

Im going to this place about 4 years now and i need to stop bcz the receptionist is always rude and unpolite with attitude, the ladys that do the pedi and mani look at you like they dont want to do the job, like they are doing you a favor... i like to feel welcome and comfortable specially when the name holds the word SPA... no more.. i already found Heals Spa much.. i gave then 5 🌟!

Been going here for 5+ years.....clean, sanitized, always professional. Lucy is my girl and she does an awesome job.

I have visited this Spa two times and have loved the service I have recieved each time for a PEDICURE only. I would not get my nails done here, unless it was a simple/ basic manicure because I have not seen great work during visits. I don’t recall the employee I had on my first visit, but today I had Suzu who LISTENED, was RESPECTFUL, and dint look at me like I was broke or don’t rip (if you catch my drift)!

Jim is an amazing gift from God. I told him that I had a problem from the last nail shop that I went to, he got me in as soon as possible, and Paul end of redoing my nails and I absolutely love! Jim made sure that I was satisfied before I left that shop. I really do appreciate their professionalism. This will be the only place I will be going to for now on. If I can give this place a 10 star, I would.

Nail technicians are amazing, the front desk staff is very rude, when you call they sound like they don’t even want to be there, ive given this place three chances and everytime the front desk was just rude. they are lucky the technicians are wonderful, that’s the only reason they got 2 stars

I went in today for a fill and pedicure. My pedicure was perfect. My nails on the other hand looks like I still need a fill. The nail tech (Lee) was rushing and very rough with my hands and tools. I’m very unsatisfied with the job I received.Update:Was able to go back in, free of charge, and my nails look phenomenal!

The absolute rudest receptionist I’ve ever encountered! Argued with me over who did my feet when I clearly saw the name tag of the tech. Very, very unprofessional. Pedicure was mediocre....paint job not great. Didn’t care for all the calls over the intercom while I was trying to relax. Too crowded; it was like a production line in the pedicure room. I prefer to go somewhere where customers are valued and engaged in conversation with the techs. Much prefer a more personalized experience that doesn’t feel rushed. Will stick with my usual salon.

I recieved three dip nail manicure. After just about a week, one chipped. I was told by other facilities that it is meant to last longer then no chip which is 2 weeks. When I called I was told that it doesnt last longer and can chip at anytime. It had lasted at other facilities. I was told they would fix it but I didnt want to go back if the product isnt good. It was my first and last visit there. A lot of money for just over a week.

I LOVE this place!! Jim, the owner, is such a sweet person and is so concerned about his clients. If you arent happy with something, he will make sure you become happy prior to leaving. Sindys is the most cleanest salon Ive ever been to!! All of the techs are fantastic, but my personal favorites are Mimi and Rosie. Both will take such great care of you while you are there!! I will not go anywhere else to have my nails done or eye brows waxed!! Oh, and the prices are phenomenal!!! Sindys cant be beat!! ❤️😍💅

For my daughters birthday we did a spa day not knowing the area we chose Sindy’s Nails. They are very polite just not the best quality. It has not been 24 hours and my polish has chipped off on two nails. To spend $140+ it’s extremely disappointing.

I went there for the first time today. I couldnt believe how big the place was and how busy it was on a weekday afternoon. I didnt have to wait at all...so many employees. The number of services they provide is incredible. I had Joanne as the technician. She was amazing. Very friendly, professional and helpful. I got the standard pedicure and gel manicure. It looked great. Very pleased. More than I usually pay but worth it. Place is clean and a great selection of colors. Will definitely go back!

Im giving 5 stars because Hari is an amazing technician!! Never any issue with nails chipping or peeling. She always does a great job and is really sweet!! What I do have an issue with is the ladies at the front desk. I have heard these two argue amongst themselves in front of customers. On several occasions both have expressed their frustration regarding customers for everyone to hear. People come here to relax!! I debated on saying anything until it happened to me for the second time yesterday. I am so surprised the owner has selected these two to be the face of his business. Both need serious customer service training. I work in the Human Resources profession and can tell you if they worked for my company... they would have been terminated a long time ago!

Being on my feet for a full week working from out of town, I needed some pampering. I stopped by Sindys not knowing I needed an appointment. The receptionist did not have a problem fitting me in (private room). I had the best tech arched my eye brows and give me a pedicure. Thanks Vicky!!!Note - Be sure to bring cash to tip the tech!! I loved the selection of colors and my tech was very professional and finished my nails very quickly which was nice! I did however get home and see that my nails seemed too thick and bulky so they did not hesitate to let me come back and have the same tech fix them to my satisfaction .

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I could say that I had the same experience as some of the 4/5 star reviews here but I did not. :( really bad customer service. My service felt rushed and o felt like the technician didn’t really care about what I wanted and needed. I don’t have high expectations when it comes to my nails but I at least expect quality work. My nails were not fully painted and it was just really bad. I’ve only gone once but I will never go back. Also, with this salon being one of the higher priced nails shops in Fredericksburg, the quality and customer service do not meet those standards.

I came in to get a full set of acrylic nails done on Saturday May 18, 2019. I figured since the place was packed and had relatively good ratings that it would be a nice experience. I dont normally get my nails done, but was going to be in a wedding the following day. I walked in and was seen immediately. The service was extremely poor. The woman never spoke to me except to give me a command - or in some cases began to walk away and expected Id follow when I didnt know what was going on. She ended up cutting two of my fingers from filing my nails (and also my skin). Which made sense as to why I they were burning as she applied the liquid to form the acrylic. Then when applying the nail polish, she asked if I wanted a third coat - I said yes and had to point out the poor job she had done in the corners. I did not end up paying because this was a Mothers Day gift, but whatever the price it was not worth it. I do not recommend coming here, unless you know of specific nail techs that actually do their job well and care about the customer. It felt like a race to get me out the door to serve someone else, so why give your money to this place when you can be treated better elsewhere?

I absolutely love going to Sindys Nails. Always a pleasant atmosphere and friendly service professionals. They treat you as if you are the most important person/customer. If you havent been there try them. You too will be hooked.

During this pandemic they dont clean the seats they dont really do any cleaning. I finished having my toes done and they immediately sat someone right behind me in the same chair without cleaning. After todays visit i am never recommending this place to anyone and never going back

Cant recommend this place enough. I have been going to Sindys for 2 years now and Ive never been let down. Their entire staff is super friendly and they all do great work. Acrylic sets are affordable and getting an appointment is not a problem since they have the space and the manpower to deal with several clients at once. I tried this shop today for the 1st time and it was AMAZING!! I recently left a salon I was going to for years because the quality has gone down hill. I was extremely nervous going in but I am so thankful I did. I saw Lucy and she took such great care of me. The price was reasonable especially for good service. I will recommend them to all that asks. They definitely have my continued business.

Sindy’s Nails does not adhere to the COVID19 laws in VA - many don’t wear masks or din’t cover their noses - they don’t follow 6’ social distancing - even when asked to do so - not all customers were wearing masks either - the manager - not wearing a mask - said we are in phase 3 - so those rules don’t apply anymore - excuse me - they most certainly do - if you care about your health do t go to Sindy’s on Southpoint Pkwy in Fredericksburg VA

Sindys is absolutely the best nail salon Ive ever been to!!I work cleaning houses & havent had a fill-in in about 3 weeks..... I cant even remember when I got the original full set. I am amazed at how well they have held up...theyre not even lifting!

Let me start by saying this is by far the best nail salon I have been to. and I recommend them to everyone, even though I havent been in a while. They are always busy, but I have never felt rushed during a service, very clean and the staff is great. The owner is always there, running a very tight ship but is still so friendly and patient. He has a TON of employees to look after and even more clients. I love that they have a separate area just for nail enhancements, so the whole salon doesnt smell like acrylics. I also enjoy the atmosphere inside and out (they added some garden features to the front that really are lovely). Sindys is the whole package! They really helped me out. I was a dedicated Sindys goer a few years ago when I lived on that side of town and always had amazing services every time. I used to see Lang or Henry for my acrylic nails. I only stopped going when I stopped wearing acrylics and I moved to the opposite end of town. BIG mistake! I recently started wearing fake nails again and went to another salon and payed way too much for a fake set and a not so good polish job (I took the polish off immediately when I got home). So I went in to Sindys the next day and showed them what my nails looked like and the owner Jim, I hope I am remembering his name correctly, explained what he thinks happened and how to fix it. Instead of trying to have the previous salon fix their mistakes, I just wanted to go with a place I trust, so he gave me the names of a few of his technicians who he felt would do a good job at the shape I am after (coffin). Paul did my set this time, and he did a fantastic job! He was patient with me since he had to soak off a brand new set and reapply them, and very thorough. I will only be going back to Sindys from now on, even if it is a bit of a drive. IT IS WORTH IT. I can not say it enough. Thank you to everyone at Sindys for their amazing work!

Terrible customer service!!!! First time ever come in and it will be the last. As soon as I approached front desk the representative was busy writing and as a paying customer I wanted her full attention to show her the design I wanted. I advise her I will wait till she was done with what she was doing and assisted that I voice my service request while she was still writing and not looking at me. Completely out of pocket and disrespectful.

My regular nail girl at another salon was out of the country so this was a last minute decision to go somewhere else. I needed my nails filled prior to having surgery. My nail technician Lucy was awesome not only friendly and funny but great at the pink and white fill!! I will definitely be returning to her!!! I highly recommend this salon !!

I got a pedicure done. My toe nails were fine before the technician touched them...I loved the length and shape that they were already. I told her not to cut the nail down on my big toe and if the little ones were uneven she could even them out. Well, at the end all my nails were cut down basically to the quick even though they were long prior to her touching them. The big toe nails were filed so crooked and filed down so short and the paint job was bad. They saw I was unhappy and asked if they could fix it... I said they are so short you can’t fix anything. All they said was I’m sorry and I had to pay $60 for a horrible pedicure. They offered nothing.
