MUST READ!!!!UPDATE: So Ive been going to Perfect Ten Nails for over a year now. My nail tech Ky has recently left the state buy I figured that I would stay at Perfect Ten because of my experience with the shop. Today that was definitely changed. I had an appointment scheduled with Joanne for tomorrow but had to cancel due to schedule conflict and had to come today, Joanne wasnt there so I decided to give Tanya a try. She was kind but no experience in nails. I was in soak for over 2 hours, according to her because of her tools. Once she got started I selected a powder color as I always do and she had no experience with it as I could tell by the way it was very lumpy and unevenly colored when she was applying it. She stop and said Im going to let Kenny do your nails ( the owner) he came and snatched the book from me and shoved another in my hand telling me to pick a different pink because the one I had chosen doesnt always come out the way it shoes in the book and that his brother would do it. I picked the different color and she still had no experience, clumpy, uneven, thin. HORRIBLE. Steven had to fix it the best he could . I always pay over 90 .00 and tip well for my nails . Kenny did not even consider my inconvenience today and still charged me full price saying because I asked for her. He even made a remark saying go find Ky how rude!!! I CANT BELIEVE after almost 5 hours I came home paying 60.00 for something that look like my baby neice played over and to think the owner was not even apologetic for it. These pictures are after his brother Steven tried to fix it I didnt think to take some before then because I wa having a anxiety attack from being there so long missing lunch, Drs appointment all for nothing .I just moved here to the area and needed a new nail tech. Not just any nail tech but an Artist, someone who cares, a Master. Ky here at Perfect Ten exceed my expectations every time. I can bring him and picture I can find of the web and its like he pulls it straight off my phone onto my nails but better. He make suggestions to better your nails or nail art. The construction of the product, the shape, the art is all on MASTER level. Being as finicky as I am about my nails Ky is definitely AA qualified. ( Amelia Approved)

I hate to leave a bad review as my previous times here were decent experiences. But this time I’m very disappointed and upset.My friend and I came in today 10/9 for two gel nail polish manicures. We had to correct our nail technicians right away after they tried starting us with nail dip after we picked out polish colors.My manicure was done incredibly poorly. The main color is splotchy, uneven, and completely missing in some spots. I told the gentleman twice that it needed another coat, then he’d go to correct it and wipe away more color. Then my gold tips are really uneven, thick and too large. The shape of my nails was messed up. It looks so poorly done and I’m very upset with it. I came in later in the day to reschedule for them to get fixed and make a complaint. Though because they were very busy I wasn’t able to really let the manager know about my bad experience. We rescheduled for Wednesday to have them redone. I feel bad for not tipping but the quality didn’t deserve a tip.Not only that but my nail technician was sweating profusely and shaking a considerable amount. I was worried something was wrong with him. I hope he wasn’t sick. He cut my fingers a couple times pretty deep, one became a painful hang nail/split skin, and didn’t wear gloves while providing service. Which I understand may be an inconvenience but his nails were dirty. The shop was also unclean. There was nail dust everywhere which of course is typical of nail salons but with covid you’d assume they’d clean up a bit extra to comply with the health standards.Their selection of gel colors was very small as well.

Best pedicure ever had!! Hot wax on feet and legs was amazing! Very detailed and take so much time to make the pedicure perfect! Peaceful atmosphere!!

The lady that did my pedicure was very detailed and too her time. I did not feel rushed and definitely got my money’s worth. The place is clean, relaxing and staff is professional.The man that did my manicure was in a hurry and sloppy. He massage my hand at the cash register because another person was in my seat by the time I came back from washing my hands. I definitely will not be getting another manicure from him.

I waited an hour for my appointment with Kai which was booked well in advance. He was apologetic but the owner Kenny felt the need to discuss me asking how long it would be with another customer. I have and won’t return. This isn’t the first time the owner has been rude and I see a pattern with them running behind.

My pedicure was wonderful! It was relaxing, effective (my feet needed some TLC), and the polish looks great. My gel manicure, however, was not wonderful. The color was not evenly applied, which I’m sure is difficult with lighter shades ( I chose a light pink). However, the reason I’m leaving this review is because the gel began peeling and then chipping off after only 6 days. I wouldn’t say I’m particularly hard on my nails. I don’t play sports or do heavy labor. My whole purpose in getting gel was so they would last. I’m not sure if it was the batch of polish or the technique in application, but I was certainly disappointed.

This place is amazing! Everyone is so nice and courteous! They are very talented at what the do and the services they offer. This is my daughter and I’s second time and we have officially found our nail home!

Best pedicure I have ever gotten anywhere. They took so much time and were always making sure that I was comfortable and happy with the service I was getting. 100% recommend.

I recently had to switch nail shops because I had not been happy with the work of a particular employee. Every time I called I asked to not be seated with him and was treated like they had no idea who the guy was and even asked me if I was sure I was calling the right place as if I was confused. When I arrived at the new place, the gentleman doing my nails was alarmed when he took my polish off because there was MOLD growing in between the layers of acrylic. This was caused by the employee at Perfect Ten not saying anything about lifted spots, not fixing them and just filling over top of them. Not to mention each time my nails were done by said employee at Perfect Ten they looked awful. Lumpy, thick and uneven. I used to really enjoy this place, but unfortunately I will not be returning.

Not happy at all in one week I spended 140 dollar plus, 40 on tips in one week come and foward the color chip off really bad. I will never come back!! Plus be aware if you come and complained they will never offer you not even a water!!!Not recomend at all waste of money. VERY BAD AND POOR QUALITY!!! I had done these past friday and the color come off and they redone again I spend total 140 pedicure and manicure plus redone!!! And waiting so much for it

My first time visiting was this past Saturday. Someone tell me if your toes are polished around 7:10 tell me why @10 p.m. my polish was still wet. Nice staff, but I got horrible service. A older lady did my pedicure. Whoever serviced my daughter did a great job.

Pro: were able to take me in without an appointment. Front of house lady was nice.Cons: My nail tech was all-round terrible. I could not communicate with her. She kept hurting me. Anytime I politely asked her not to she would mumble under her breath. She would not file my nails how I wanted them. Manicure looks terrible close-up. Usually I would ask to re-do the patchy nails but I just wanted to get out of there.

Literally the best place to get your nails or wax done I love them they made me feel like a brand new person I really love coming here the workers are absolutely the best I’m so blessed to have a good place to come to that does such a good job an takes care of me!!! They may not be family by blood but they treat me like so and for that they will be my family!!!

The decor is upscale and comfortable. The pedi-chairs are clean and hygienic. All tools came out of an autoclave package or were disposable. Techs were skilled and polite, color selection was great.Came here for a mani shortly after works. They were fairly busy for a Friday afternoon and still squeezed me in without an appointment- set me up in a chair to soak a little longer. Was offered something to drink and attended to as soon as someone came available. I will definitely be back!!

Terrible service. Lady who did my pedicure took forever to get started. Once she did she did a half job on everything. You could tell she does not like her job. Once she put wax in a bag on my feet she went on her phone right in front of me and stayed on her phone. Her face alone was unwelcoming. Absolutely unsatisfied. A $50 pedicure should be much better. I gave her a tip to start off and told her I would give her more just do a good job. She went to another lady and laughed cause I gave her $10. No idea if it was because she expected more but just plain rude. Do not go here.

This place was great. Called ahead for an appointment for five on a Wednesday morning. We were the only people in the place and everyone working there was so nice and friendly. Helped pick colors, gave an amazing pedicure and manicure, made sure all our nails were dry before they let us leave. They took care of us really well. I would definitely come back here anytime I need my nails done.

I went here a few months ago. The 1st time Kenny did my nails they were perfect, expensive but perfect. 2 weeks later i went back Long story short it wasn’t what i asked for the week following i had to go back for Kenny to try & fix his mistake (which he brushes me off to someone else) Last time i checked this was his profession but somehow he blamed me for telling him to put gel on top of powder (which i did not) i read the reviews before going here & all the reviews that said he was rude & kept clients waiting no matter if the had an appointment or not was correct. If i could give this shop negative stars i would, Kenny should take his rude nasty attitude to a customer service class. Maybe if he valued people more than he did their money these people as well as myself would’ve had a pleasant experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND going here, he is the owner & represents everyone working there.

I have made appointments on several occasions and they are never ready for me because they continue to take walk-ins. I should not have to wait a hour after my appointment time. Will not be going back.

The owner/ manager, Kenny, was very rude to my friend. He demeaned heron front of other customers. She is disabled and he verbally abused her and threatened to have the cops come arrest her. She only told him that you never talk to your customers in such a tone of voice and you never tell your employee to hurry up and get her out of there. She always said hello and was very pleasant until he embarrassed her in front of other clients by telling her he did not need people like her doing business there.

Great place to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I come here regularly and everyone that works here does a great job! They take their time and make you feel extra special (friendly conversation and sometimes even a quick shoulder rub)! 10/10 would recommend, just make sure to make an appointment because they are always super busy and don’t often have time for walk-ins. One last thing that really makes Perfect Ten Nails stand out from other nail salons is that you don’t have to wait!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to a nail salon (even with an appointment) and been told it will be 5-10 minute wait and 30-45 minutes later you finally get in. Not here! They honor your appointment time and don’t over schedule so they can get you in on time. LOVE this place.

Did an amazing job! I had a Gel manicure done and she took extra good care of my nails and perfected them! I even had a few places that needed to be fixed up and glued down that she fixed. It was the little touches that made the experience excellent like a shoulder massage, mimosa, a warm towel at the end of my manicure to wipe my hands down. She was very nice and I could tell she really cared about me and what I had going on with my day. I would definitely recommend seeing ! I cant wait for my next appointment with her.💐💐💐💐💐

I had arrived at the nail shop at 430 pm my appointment was at 5pm I set up a appointment for my daughter and myself. I understand about the pandemic and everything. I’m so upset with the treatment that was given my daughter and I were took in the back and asked to sit down someone will be right there well we waited 530pm no one came to assist us. The four lady that came in after we came in we’re helped right away to get pedicures as we were scheduled for pedicures as well. I asked the lady how long she ingored me and I spoke to Kenny and told him I was leaving this is unacceptable period I would rather waste money then my time this is crazy

Today was my first time coming to Perfect 10. The environment was calm and all the employees were nice. Kenny did a full set with design in the dip powder and I am completely in love! I have been searching for a nail technician that listens to my ideas and Kenny is the one. Every step of the way he asked my opinion to ensure I was satisfied. At the end of the appointment my nails were the exact shape, length, and color/design I had asked for.

THE WORST service of my life. The tech made two of my nails bleed and then wouldn’t even let me dry my nails. They literally kicked me out with wet nails. My fingers hurt so bad. Do not go here if you wanna keep your hand! 0 stars

Got SNS- top coat bubbled up and came off within a day, and then one broke off. Went to go get it fixed, they just painted over the bubbled top coat so they’re all uneven, and then used the wrong color to fix my broken nail.

Kenny is one of the best nail techs in fredericksburg. With that being said, I did not like his attitude. I had a total of 3 appointments and he was rude every time.

DO NOT USE PERFECT TEN NAILS AT EAGLE VILLAGE - the only thing they do perfectly is take your money and make excuses for their mistakes - they took no responsibility when their rushed and shoddy pedicure resulted in an ingrown nail. There are too many nail salons in this area - and none seem to care about return clientele because of the number of people in the area - but I’ve decided to speak up - and hope that someone can recommend a salon that does care. Thank you for your help.

I went to this nail salon yesterday. They do not take temps nor require hand washing before being sat in the chair. I went in for a simple fill and gel polish and came out very disappointed. I’m not sure if they let a trainee do my nails but my acrylic was filed down so thin than before and they’ve been breaking off like crazy. My gel polish looked absolutely horrendous. As the nail tech finished he looked me dead in my eyes and said “I’m sorry I messed up your nails very bad”. He sure enough did I will NEVER go back!!! Please save your money!

Everyone there was nice and I had no issues with Kenny as others have complained about. However, I did have numerous issues that will likely keep me from returning in the future. This was my first visit and right after the covid shutdown so this may not be typical experience wise- but it was enough for me. The place is not clean. The first thing I noticed when I sat down was fingernail clippings on the table. Other things used on my nails were definitely not cleaned between customers. My dip mani resulted in mediocre nails with some color on my skin and several cuts from the tech rushing and scraping my skin instead of my nail. The pedi was very relaxing and well done but the polish end result was mediocre again. They were friendly enough but my cuts are hurting today and I cannot get over how dirty.update: one week after coming in DIP nails started peeling. what a scam

Michael did an amazing job on my nails and toes. I sometimes try other salons due to this shop being very busy, but I am always disappointed with the quality of work. He was caring, had great conversation, and took his time even though it was closing time. I’m thankful and will be booking my appointments with him for now on.

One of my favorite salons in the area! The place is nice and clean and they do a fairly decent job with the nails. I go here for more of the experience. The salon has a hot foot massage where they dip your feet in paraffin wax and hot towels. Afterwards they give a great foot massage! My favorite for when Im tired and need to pamper myself.

The only salon I will go to. I have been coming here for the last three years and I am never disappointed. Kenny always takes his time to make sure his work is right. There have been quite a few occasions where Kenny stays way past closing to do my nails because I work later some days. Even past closing he still takes his time to make sure its right. Word of advice, schedule an appointment. I mean you cant be mad at the wait if you just walk in, and also show up for your appointment or at least call if you cant make it. Time is money and at the end of the day its a business ppl.

Worst experience! If I could give zero stars I would! First visit nail technician Julia use the nail dremel on my natural nail bed and caused it to break and bleed on two of my nails. Used hydrogen peroxide on them and merely apologized. One nail broke in half same day. Went back next day and spoke with owner Kenny. I told him about the Dremel situation as well and he told me to put Band-Aids on them...refused to compensate even the tiniest bit for my pain and suffering. That following day that I got the one nail repaired 6 more broke WHILE I WAS SLEEPING! I got gel dip coffin shape and Julia had originally made my nails too thin for their length. On the THIRD trip in that I went for repair Kenny, the owner did not acknowledge me, did not apologize for the inconvenience and complete failure of customer service and satisfaction, he also spoke to Julia extensively about me in their native tongue. Upon leaving the salon this third time he glared at me. Also, this third trip, Julia was very rough with my fingers causing me to wince in pain. She rushed through the repair, and now my nails dont even resemble coffin shape. I paid $55 including tip. I would have appreciated at minimum a $10 credit towards future service. Never returning! Never recommending!

Love this place.... service is incredible. Even when they are busy and you have to wait they still acknowledge you are there and keep you informed. The Firewalker pedicure is to die for... loved the massage with hot stones... I highly recommend perfect 10 nails!!! Henry is amazing what a great job and attention to detail with my pedicure and massage!

I could not be more disappointed with this place. My gel nails are peeling off after less than a week. My bridal party and I went here to get our nails done for my wedding last Saturday. I am not a “bridezilla” by any means but I was completely let down by the service and attitude of my nail tech. He messed up my nails multiple times then blamed me for doing it. For my pedicure he placed the UV light on top of my drying toes and smudged them, when he lifted it up he said I moved my foot and acted completely inconvenienced. Later he was filing my completed manicure (why) and filed off part of the French tip and then blamed me again saying I move too much. When I left I was so annoyed and upset it really ruined my day. I would not recommend this place, all they care about is making money over good service. I’m lucky my gel manicure and pedicure lasted 24 hours through my wedding but immediately began peeling several days after. I’ve never had this problem at other nail salons in the area. Won’t be making this mistake again!!

I was referred there by my daughter. Michael is the best! My nails are absolutely beautiful! They are a masterpiece!! Im definitely coming bay! Im going to tell all the Divas in the Fredericksburg VA area to go and see my nail tech Michael. Hes my new best friend.

This place is a Perfect Ten. There is no where is Fredericksburg that does manicures or pedicures as well as these guys. Just ask my wife; she has tried them all. What I like is the low prices. Yes, Im cheap and I know a good price when I see one.

Told 2 minute wait for a waxing... 10 minutes later spoke up again to another employee and was taken right back. Waxing was perfect. Big downside this place is filthy!!! While waiting noticed dust and nail debris on every thing, chairs, walls, pictures everything just gross.

The girl who did my nails was great. The space was definitely not clean. Debris on the floor felt like they hadn’t swept in months. The station where my mani was done was full of dust or something gross.

This time was better than my first time. Obviously going in the middle of week is going to be better to get it done in a timely fashion. Great polishes and great pedicure!! I will come back during the week only though. 💅💅

My girlfriend and I made an appointment for a 10 am pedicure. When we arrived they asked what we wanted and didn’t even look at their booking system. They took us back and got started. They started with her and never did mine. They finished hers and when the man finished he said I would have to wait another 40-60 minutes on top of the time my feet had been soaking. The entire time there were 1-2 employees just sitting on their phones.I guess it didn’t matter that we made an appointment. She got her pedicure while my feet soaked for an hour. Not going back.Less than one star.
