Calvin Bishop (Allstate) has been amazing!! Their customer service agents are always so friendly and very knowledgeable. When I was in an motorcycle accident, they explained everything to me. The entire claims process was easy to follow and Mr. Bishop and his team, did a great job taking care of everything.

The first person I spoke to 3 years ago was great. Since the initial contact it’s been tough sledding. I was in an accident, minor damage to another vehicle and no damage to mine. I had never had a claim, accident or ticket. My policy had just gone down less than a month before and they raised my premium 150%. I reached out to Calvin and he was dismissive and could care less. I figured, well - you know they did pay, let it go and it should go down in 6 months/1 year. It went up again without notice. I just checked with a competitor and they cut my premium in half (homeowners stayed about the same) and reduced my deductible, too. I’m willing to pay more for service, I got neither with Calvin Bishop and Allstate. Do your due diligence and go elsewhere.

We have always been treated respectfully and caring by this team of professionals. We received a call from Mickey at Allstate telling us that we were eligible for a rate reduction and our payment went extremely down, (what company does that?)They go the extra mile for us and make us feel we are their only concern. I have lived in more than 10 cities across the country and have been an Allstate customer since May 1970 (when I left the military). Every time I moved, I got referred to a new agency in the new city to which I moved. I have worked this this Allstate agency (location) since moving to Nashville and found that they consistently are willing to go above and beyond what is expected of them. When I purchased my home, I got quotes from many different insurers. Calvin reached out to me personally and he quoted me far less than every other insurers homeowner policy. Auto was a bit higher, but bundling the 2 brought it back down. As we worked everything out over the phone, Calvin took the time to really get to know me and didnt treat me like just another sale. Hed even call me (personally) and check up every few months just to make sure nothing changed and to see how I was doing. I would still have Calvin as my agent but unfortunately, Allstate does not offer personal/rideshare combination policies so I switched to gain that peace of mind while driving for Uber and Lyft. I miss having Calvin as my agent. Hes the best one Ive ever dealt with.
