Checked in with Sandra, she treated me very well! I was very unsure of what I wanted as a cut and worked with me trying to find a good cut for me and was able to help me! I really love my hair, specially the hot towel service and washing my hair was great as well! Not sure why I didn’t try cutting my hair here before,I will definitely come back! I really like Sportclips because it is Easy. All you have to do is register online, set up the appointment for the location of choice and arrive on time..and its all done! Once you arrive, you will be greeted and welcomed in. They are efficient on time, yet do not rush you in any way. They fully explain the current procedures very clearly and make you feel comfortable. They give you a great looking cut and they have your preferences on their system so no matter your stylist, you get it done the way you want it..each and every time. The stylists are personable and make the total experience nice and relaxed and you leave feeling like a new man! OH! and there are TV monitors next to the cutting stations so you can see the latest sports while your hair is cut. Fun

Got two haircuts here, both were done pretty poorly. First left a noticeably thin spot on the back of my head, second did a poor fade leaving a line around my head. Won’t be back.Stylists were nice and MVP treatment was nice but unfortunately the haircut fell short.

I was extremely impressed my first time there. They offer a lot of services for a modest price. And if its your first time there, you get all the bells and whistles added on for free.This includes getting to relax in a massage chair, having your hair washed, hot aromatherapeutic towels on your face, and a back and shoulder massage. Its like a spa trip right next door!Then they also style your hair and use some of their product of your choice. It was extremely relaxing, and a perfect end to a hard workday. Theyll touch up the back of your neck for free within the first 30 days of your cut, and the extras are extremely modestly priced. I dont know anywhere else I can go and get a massage, a wash, AND a good haircut for less than $34! Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back.Their stylists are also extremely knowledgeable. I came in with a bunch of questions about hair and my stylist, Christina, didnt miss a beat. Plus, my hair looks great now. She did an excellent job. I came in all shaggy because I hadnt gotten a cut in a long time, and she gave me exactly what I wanted.

I love the check in feature on the app. All the stylists are great. I generally choose first available and Im never disappointed, although I did receive numerous, unsolicited compliments on my last haircut there. I might have to pick the same stylist from now on.

Kelly is delightful! I always get a great cut, shampoo and scalp massage.

Cassie was absolutely phenomenal and did a fabulous job on my oddly shaped head. She was kind and gentle with compassionate demeanor. Her skills and friendliness made me feel welcome and comfortable. When visiting a new stylist/barber, I am generally very uptight; Cassie immediately put me at ease. I found my new stylist and will be paying her visits every time I need a trim/cut.

This is an updated my previous post. I put down a one star review. Cassie the manager called me. She wanted to make things right, she offered me a discount on my next haircut. Which I accepted.I went in. This time the place was clean. Cassie did a great job cutting my hair.So I will continue to go here and get my haircut.

They did a great job

No appointments allowed and the time they give you at check in is not accurate. I was given a 61 minute wait time. At 29 minutes they said I was next. So I raced over there only to find out I was taken of the list because it took me 10 minutes to get there. So 39 minutes instead of 61. They only hold the spot for 5. Bad service. Mediocre haircuts. Time wasted. $30 haircuts. I will never go back.

Best Sport Clips in Chicago!I have so far only gone twice but this place has been awesome and very on top of their game (no pun intended).Just went today and the person who fixed me hair came up with a whole new look and love it!Awesome job, that person definitely deserves a pay raise for her awesome job with the customers!I always forget her name (my apologies) but joked about everything getting too expensive (including elotes).Definitely will be back!

Katy cut my husbands hair. Best haircut hes ever had. She even cleaned up his beard. The salon was so clean. They were busy but the new check-in kiosk is awesome, we didnt have to wait long at all. Excellent service!

The service is good and fast but ...the haircut is not really good, they rush out the haircut without paying attention in do a perfect haircut, I been there already couple times and always is something wrong with my haircut. WHY I AM STILL GOING THERE ? Because the service and waiting time is fast. But the haircut is not really good there .

Ive been coming here for awhile now but today I probably received the best service I have had in a long time as far as hair cuts go. Kayla was friendly, detailed, and thorough and gave the best head massage I have ever gotten. I would definitely recommend requesting her if anyone gets the chance.

Not what Im used too, but does the job. I keep coming back because its fast and convenient . It also depends on who cuts you and what type of hair cut . Tight fades are not their forte, dont ask for anything shorter than a # 2 on the sides . Unless you know for a fact your stylist can fade it well .

This is a good cheap place for haircuts, but you arent going to get a five star hair cut. My review is an overall judgement. The staff here is very stable so you can get your hair cut from the same one or two stylists. Lots of franchised places seen to have a revolving door when it comes to stylists, but not here, as far as I can tell. They keep a note on file of how you like your hair cut. That helps me with the kids hair since I never remember the details. There is always a coupon somewhere for these folks. I just put the savings into my tip for the stylist.

Looking for a new stylist to cut my hair after going many years with a buzz cut that I did myself. I have been to several places looking for the right fit as I re-grow my hair. Cassie is the real deal. From start to finish she took great care to find out where I wanted to go on my journey and took time to explore my options with me.
