When I called State Farm looking for a better rate on car insurance I was directed to Daniel Stovall. I told him I was wanting to lower my deductible and try to keep my premium close to what I was paying at the time. I explained to him I had 3 drivers and 4 cars that needed to be insured (one of which was an 18 year male who had just had his license reinstated). He said he was up for the challenge, I had my doubts he could pull it off, but I had nothing to lose but getting a “I’m sorry but we can’t meet that request” response. Daniel called me back roughly 2 hours later, and not only had he lowered my deductible from $750 down to $250(with the same coverages) but he lowered my monthly premium by $100 dollars. I had been with my prior insurance company since 2004 with no claims my whole tenure with them, and in 2 hours he beat my previous policy all the way around. Needless to say I am lucky to have come into contact with such a professional and quick to respond Insurance salesman and insurance Company. Daniel has by far won my loyalty.

Daniel is great! Everybody in this office is great but Daniel is my favorite! I randomly had a payment returned nearly 2 months later. He had the forethought to text me instead of calling, as thats my preference. He was very patient while I contacted my bankstrying to figure out what happened. We agreed that hed call me 2 days later to take my payment if I couldnt figure out the issue, which he did as shuffled. Additionally, he was more than willing to follow up with a3rd party indtividual to assist me in an attempt to recoup my money. He goes above and beyond!

I really can’t recommend State Farm or Cody highly enough. I called in to report some shingles had fallen off the roof and Daniel told me if I need a full roof replacement that State Farm will cover the entire cost, no matter how old it is. I had been so worried about this phone call because I assumed I might be on the hook for a $30k roof, but State Farm truly has their client’s best interests in mind. They’ve got a lifelong customer with me, and Daniel is an absolute professional to work with.

Ive been with this State Farm, agent Jody Fuqua for 1 yr. 6 months. I dont have a drivers record or never filed a claim, but my Insurance rates kept going up from original quote, When I turned 65 my insure rates went way up, more so than a drunk drivers, teenagers rates. This Cody Fuqua is very deceptive, and dishonest! If you call, I assure you youll see how misleading he is, very sneaky, street smart. After chaning Insurance from SF, SF agent Jody Fuqua has refused to reeinburse the payment deducted one day prior to changing to a differant insurance company. TN State Law, states you cannot have 2 insurance at the same time. This Jody Fuqua is a con artist, who could have made an excellant used car saleman! Jody Fuqua is a BIG Lie to himself, to his customer and to State Farm Inc.
