Been in Virginia for 3 years and I faithfully go to Nina for my eyebrows. Get my nails and toes done for special occasions, and they do a great job. Best place I have ever been especially for my eyebrows.🥰

I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO WAIT.. GOT THERE IN 7MINS BUT I WOUND UP WAITING 20MINS.. HOWEVER IT WAS WORTH IT... A LITTLE PRICEY BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY... MY NAIL TECH WAS AMAZING, POLITE AND FAST.. NEW CUSTOMER FOR SURE

This is by far one of the worst nail shops I have been to. I came in to get a fill in, I waited for an hour for someone to do my nails. Instead they keep doing people who came in after me that was getting a pedicure. Dont waste your time or money there

They are a busy nail shop no matter the time or day but and techs are great. They have 3 lash techs and one brow lady. I would definitely come back again. Expect to spend time especially if you are getting multiple things done but all worth it.

I honestly love coming here at times the ladies can be a bit frustrated but u must understand its a busy place language barriers can create issues but for the most part I get great service every time I come. I have to be cared for in a different manner due to health issues and Joanne takes the time to see me and get me in as long as Im on time for my appointment lol.Great place best eyebrow and lashes since I moved to Virginia...

I knew I gave this establishment two stars for a reason dont know the ladys name but she has a skid mark on the top of her head or should I say she is thinning she is older in age she did my nails and I must say she murdered my nails meaning that literally my nails had shape when I came in I asked her to cut them down she sent them out of shape when I was going out the door so I asked a guy that was working there to look at my nails and to look at how they were shaped up he asked me who did them I said an older lady and I said dont worry about it I just wont come back he said to me okay have a good weekend... Which is okay because I did state dont worry about it but normally good business would be accompanied by trying to rectify the issue

My husband took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday and ask them to do a short set. So they did the opposite and listen to a 10 year old and did them long. My husband was told to come back the next day. We came the next day and the owner Joanne was very nasty!! All the owner did was cut them down and got loud and nasty with me. She didn’t want to correct the issue and make a customer happy. Very unprofessional and ghetto!!

Cant believe Danny out of all people would lie. That goes to show that you cant trust anyone. The owner was very polite and I have been supporting this business for a long time. Tipping and being a great client. I was quoted an outrageous price AFTER my nails were done. I didnt expect that and when I called back to speak with the owner I was told that Danny quoted me BEFORE my nails were done and that was not true. She was very polite and told me she would take care of it and refund if need be. I told her the money wasnt that issue, it was the principle of not telling the truth. My fault for trusting anyone. Ladies always ask for a DETAILED quote before getting your nails done. Never assume and trust!

The BEST eyelashes youll ever have! Last a long time and not as expensive as all the other places! Give it it a try if your into eyelash extensions YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! Theyre usually VERY packed so call ahead for an appointment!

Prior to covid-19 I was a client of theirs I loved getting my pedicure and nails done. However now they are not social distancing nor did I feel safe. They didnt seem to care when I mentioned it. Cant go back there!

Very unorganized and their attitudes not that great either. I waited over an hour and 45 minutes and still didn’t get my nails done.They need to be better organized. Also was told by one of the workers if I can’t wait any longer their are two other nail shops in the shopping center that I can go to if I didn’t want to wait. (Wow 😯 Poor Business Ethics).

Get my lashes done here for the last two years.... it’s better to make an appt than to just walk in because you will be waiting for a while. But it’s fairly priced ($40 for individual). And the hrs of operation changed. From 10-8 everyday and closed on Sundays.

I wouldnt think to go any where else. Everyone there does a good job. Also, the owners are friendly and easy to talk to.They treat their loyal clients the best.Love color nails!

They have a good system on how they move customers around for different services. Lash techs on point. Mines have lasted longer than when I went elsewhere. Plus the staff was reallly nice. I’d go back.

Not a terrible salon. Only real issue was with the wait, it was about 30 minutes and the place wasn’t busy. My tech was very nice and professional. I think they really need to address their customer service. More than one employee is on the phone or had head phones in. It’s not that it’s the worst but i mean if this is a job/place of business you shouldn’t be doing personal stuff. Wasn’t a huge sticking point for me and wouldn’t prevent me from coming but I noticed a lot of previous reviews noted a poor customer experience and this might contribute. Overall good work from my tech and happy with what I got.

THEY VERY UNSANITARY, I SAT IN THERE FOR 3 HOURS. THEY DONT SANITIZE ANY OF THERE EQUIPMENT THEY JUST USE SOAP & WATER TO RAISE THE EQUIPMENT. THE EYELASH TECH USED THE SAME TOWEL 3 TIMES BEFORE SHE CHANGED IT, SHE NEVER CHANGE THE BLANKET ON THE BED SHE WOULD JUST TURN IT OVER TO THE OTHER SIDE. I WATCHED HER DO AT LEAST 5 CUSTOMERS. THE NAIL CLIPPERS & CUTICLE CUTTER WAS NEVER PUT IN THE MACHINE TO BE SANITIZE THEY ONLY SOAP AND WATER. HEATH INSPECTOR NEED TO COME IN THERE ASAP

My basic concern is that you spend WAY too much time waiting to get lashes. You can FORGET a walk unless you have 2 hours or more to waste sitting there. If you have an appt, bet on sitting atleast an hour. Plus, out of 3 lash techs, only 2 really know what they are doing. They are very good, but the wait is SUCH a turn off. I have found other places to go where my time is not so used up.

Disgusting place. Rude all around after waiting almost two hours. The nail tech had a disgusting attitude so I respectfully declined. My friend who was also waiting was refused service. Go to SASSY NAILS across the street way better service.

I gave a star because they successfully serviced my grand, so I decided to give them a try! Always wanted lashes, so had them install. Returned the next day with irritated, swollen eyes because placement was incorrect and too close to front of eye. Their suggested remedy was trimming where they messed up and adding to the part that had no lash (not free). I declined & removed them myself at home. Now have no lashes but swelling already subsiding. Be careful with that portion of their services

Terrible service...I got my lashes done and the young lady did them short when I actually asked for long. When I looked in the mirror and seen that my lashes were short, I told her again that I asked for long. She told me i can get long lashes next time. I spoke with the owner Joanne and she immediately told me Im not getting my money back. I respectfully told her I didnt want my money back I asked her to just take them off. She sucked her teeth and said just sit down Ill get to you whenever... what? Her attitude towards me, a paying customer was so nasty and rude. While I was trying to speak she kept talking over me and waving her hand, as if to shew me away. I just left...please dont go there, dont give anyone your money that cant cant treat you with respect. No, Im not returning and the 7 other friends and family will not be either.

My husband and I were hired to renovate this place. We did all the new tile on floors and walls. They were so good to us! I came here before we renovated... And Ill never get my nails or lashes done anywhere else! Joanne you Rock!!!!

Best thing about this place was the gal from Mississippi that was doing nails here for the month just to help a friend. One lady jumped in line in front of three people with me and then was rude about it.

I have been going to Nail Affair 2 for years! One thing that never changes is the excellent work they do! I love the way JoAnn does my brows. She also does excellent nails!

I came back to this shop after not coming for 2.5 years and it all came back to me on why I no longer spend my money with these people. They are rude and don’t care about ANYTHING but getting your money. After picking out a gel polish from their example display Mike began to do my nails which I have no complaints on until he began to polish them..once he painted his first coat of polish I placed my hand under the cure lamp and when it came up o had black specks so I asked him and he said it was from the lamp and would come off. We continued to paint and by the end of the cure job I still had black specks. So I told him this was horrible and looks dirty. He said they would come off after the alcohol wipe which they did not so I told him I would have to pick another color because this isn’t like the display.. Mile storm up said no he wasn’t going to repaint them. I then walked to Joanne which he walked behind and began to show her so she said go pick another polish and Mike would redo them. When I went and sat back down mike told me “no im not gonna do get someone else to do” so I then walked back to Joanne to let her know and she just turns and tells another person to do them who vegans to have an attitude because she has to fix someone else’s work..so by this time I’m D I S G U S T E D so I just tell them I would never be back and to give me my tab. $65 later I left with a dingy paint job and not with a happy & relaxing experience for a “spa”. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN THAT SHACK! They don’t appreciate you as a customer just want your money and treated me very poorly.

First and foremost, Ill like to note that they do great work here. However, customer service sucks. They open at 9:30am and the employees including the manager showed up around 10:20am. I overheard one customer telling the owner that shes always late.Anyway, I went in today to get a mani, pedi and eyebrows done. Mike at table 8 did my nails. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. Once he got upset because I didnt understand what he was telling me to do (language barrier/accent). He raised his voice and you could tell he was visibly upset. Additionally, at the end he added oil to my nails. Im use to washing it off so I asked him politely if I can go wash my hands. He was rude and said what happen to you, what you need to wash your hands off for. Just leave it. His tone was very aggressive/rude.Im a working professional not his child. So I politely told him to not talk to me like that. I also said all you had to say was no and I do not appreciate being talked to like that. I didnt yell or catch an attitude, but I was very direct.A few minutes later a black older lady (she was very polite employee) called me over and basically informed me that Mike refused to finish my toes and eyebrows. She said she will have someone else do it. I politely declined, paid for my mani and left. I will never allow anyone to disrespect me and earn my hard earned money. I risk my life everyday to earn an honest dollar and I refuse to give my money to someone like Mike. His behavior was absolutely unacceptable. I will never go back there and I hope others will stop going there until they learn how to treat their customers. The manager knew about the situation and her solution was for me to wait for someone else to do my nails. She did not correct her employee.

This was my second visit. The customer service was not good. They switched techs and you had to wait a while in between so I had to keep repeating what I wanted...a fill & pedicure. The tech never made an effort to ensure my color matched. It didnt!! I told the owner/manager and can you believe he didnt really care either. A complete shame... Mike is the only one who seemed to care about me as a person or valued customer and he was the reason l gave it another shot.

After reading a lot of good reviews my friend and I decided to give this place a try for a manicure. Our mistake was going at six on a Saturday evening apparently because the place was packed. Now, any manicure that I have ever gotten, soak your hands, lotion and massage your hands, cut your cuticles, file your nails, clean out under your nails, and then paint your nails. The woman that did both of ours ONLY filed them and painted them. Her filing job was very poor. My friends nails were sharp and uneven. Mine were uneven and started peeling. She then painted our nails with gel polish. She messed up my friends nails three times. Both of ours were not completely covered with two coats of polish and then she also did not properly clean them with alcohol. So our nails were sticky and collected fuzzies on the way home. And she painted OVER our cuticles, so the polish immediately began peeling. We did not tip her as we feel that what she did was not worth the twenty dollars that it cost. Not to mention that the back of this shop is incredibly dirty and unsanitary. The restroom stinks horribly and terrifyingly dirty, and also does not have an infant changer. So needless to say, we will never be returning nor recommending. Heed this warning and do not bother getting your nails done here.

Love their lashes. I use to always go to Lily to get my single lashes done. The only bad thing about her is she underestimates how long it takes so she tends to over book. But very worth it.
