The absolute best thing I did in this process was to call Bob Rossini. I was still standing in 6 inches of water when I made the call, and Bob was there by my side within 2 hours and then throughout the entire claim. Insurance companies are tough. If you think you have even the slightest complexity beyond a standard claim, call Gentili an Rossini, and call them immediately. True professionals who know how the process works. If it wasnt for them, I doubt I would have ever received a dime.

Trust me when i say, the best adjusters you can ever find! Don is very honest, loyal, respectful, hard working, and straight forward. These guys were referred to me and they have been absolutely spot on of what i was told they are like. They arent at all about their profit margin. They really do care! I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Its near impossible to find honest people so i count myself blessed to have met them to take care of my issue. God Bless!
