I have been with Farm bureau for almost 10 years now and Paul Sweatt has been my go to! He is always so willing to go the extra mile and explains things in ways I can understand. He had made sure my family and I are taken care of from day one!! 5 stars for sure

Paul Sweatt is our insurance agent and is the best we’ve had. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explains everything so well and is never pushy whatsoever. So I would highly recommend Paul and Farm Bureau to anyone.

After filling out many quick estimate forms online to find a decent quote, I ended up on the phone with 3 providers and Paul Sweatt at Farm Bureau was the best hands down. I asked him for the quick and simple breakdown without all the insurance jargon and he did just that. Dont plan on using any other agent or company for insurance as long as Paul Sweatt is working there.

Paul Sweatt has been our agent for quite awhile now. Honestly I don’t think there is a better agent one could ask for. He has always responded fast and has walked me through so many situations that I was clueless about. Never once has he not reached out to check on our family if we’ve had a claim or just to say hi. That’s what kind of person he is. We couldn’t be happier with having Paul as our agent at Farm Bureau.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - The high level of customer service we received was outstanding. Our agent Tim goes the extra mile to make sure you understand everything and to be resource. This was especially evident when my youngest recently got her drivers license. Time took a fair amount of time to review what insurance was, how it worked and what to do in the event of an accident or other incident. I feel very confident that with this information she is prepared to drive. I hope she never needs all this info but... thats why they call them accidents. My issue isn’t with the rates or coverage. My issues were with the amount of paperwork needed to cancel my home, car and liability umbrella policies, along with the lag time to get Farm Bureau to quit drafting my accounts. All cancellations need to be in writing, the local office then submits via their computer and finally someone in the HQ has to process. In between time, my checking gets drafted by HQ and so I have to wait for a refund. Farm Bureau is a very good company that needs to figure out how to use technology to close an account quickly in order to stop billing a closed account. Explanation was “Farm Bureau Insurance is a big company and it takes a lot of time to close an account.”

I moved to Franklin and was only going to be covered by this insurance with a Tennessee license. Upon receiving my Tennessee license I go to get insurance here and I was refused. They told me I wasnt allowed to be covered unless unless I was under my parents insurance or insured my apartment. I feel disrespected that I would even be given a quote if they were never going to give me insurance. As a student moving from out of state trying to save money I feel like this place is a big time waster. They dont insure young people independently.
