Please be careful with this place if you’re using a credit card. I was there on 9/15 I paid the nail technician with my debit card for the full amount which was $68. I noticed that she had charged me an extra $3 I’m assuming because I got 2 nails painted a different color. I didn’t have an issue with the extra $3. I gave her a cash tip of $8. I looked at my bank statement and I saw that they have actually added an additional $5 tip. This brings her tip to $13! These people are wrong and very unprofessional. You can’t make me give you more of my money by changing my total. I would never return to this place. My nails were all lumpy and bumpy and shaped all crazy. I know they are rushing to get to other customers but I’m a paying just like they are. Horrible…. Horrible… Horrible!!!

They clean well as far as the pedicure, very slow. But they cannot polish. Got it re-polished the next day elsewhere.

Didnt like this service they took over an hour to get me in a chair, then she was just at her cell answering calls, very rude person, keep on pulling my hand to her and just talking on her language to the other ones. Not going back

I paid 50 dollars for the pedicure.. horrible experience, first she didn’t massage my feet or legs which as she should’ve cause that’s part of the deluxe.. it all just seemed rushed through and I paid extra 15dollars for the gel polish that’s why it equal up to 50dollars.. but the gel lost it’s gloss within hours.. now my toes look dull.. not worth 50dollars at all

I visited this salon for almost 2 years every two weeks for services and spent quite a bit of money each time. When my schedule changed, and I needed to come on weekends, Ann and Hannah told me I couldn’t come on weekends. I thought the customer is the one who should be accommodated!! So I switched to a different nail salon for a few months and they did ok. Suddenly they became under new ownership and I gave them a try, but my gel manicure was horrible and the guy was extremely arrogant and rude. The next morning I went to Hannah to see if it could be smoothed out with just a topcoat. This was my worst experience ever there!!! She complained the whole time about how they don’t like picky customers or customers to even look at their nails! She bragged about they have the right to refuse anyone and they don’t have to correct any mistakes they make. I told her that here in America we have a high standard for customer service, which I provide on my job and I expect the same. If we spend our money for a service, we expect to have a great experience. She stated she didn’t care if a customer spent their money or not. She told me she didn’t want to talk anymore. Needless to say that was my last time walking through their door. I WILL NOT spend my money where it’s not appreciated. If you expect good customer service here, you won’t get it. Don’t waste your time.

I have been seeking services here for the past 6 years. The technicians are always courteous and very thorough. I have been to shops where the technicians are preoccupied with the television or their cell phones. NOT HERE! The technicians are focused on giving you their best service and always with a smile. Ami is a delight and is a very, very experienced nail technician. Kim is excellent at waxing and pedicures. But all of them are very good.

I LOVE this shop! Ive been coming here for the last 5+ years and have always received excellent service. The shop is very clean and they have wonderful customer service- the Lees are my technicians of choice (husband and wife that work here) but Ive had work done by everyone and I cant complain... I recommend to everyone thats looking for excellent service :)

I have never had a regular nail salon, I always jumped from one to the other. When I went to Daisy Nails for the first time I thought it would be a one time thing but I have been consistent for four months. I love Lee, she is amazing and knows just how to make my nails look gorgeous. Love this place and finally found somewhere I will go all the time!

Absolutely perfect!!!! Hannah did my nails and my pedicure. My pedicure felt wonderful, the Polish that was put on my toes looks perfect and the full set of acrylics that were put on are, seriously, PERFECT! I have never had anyone do my nails this well in all of the years Ive been getting acrylics. Will not be going anywhere else to get my nails done!

Queen is my professional technician of choice. She has always demonstrated a warm, friendly and caring attitude, while making my hands and feet do happy dances. Also Cindy keeps my eyebrows looking great. There are many shops around town, but this is my shop of choice for excellent service.

If you are not going to Hannah to do your nails dont agree to let anyone else do them! My full set was HORRIBLE nails filed super thin, coffin shape nails look like oval shaped, nails broke super fast less than a week AND every nail that broke bled. So I decided to just take them off because it was no point of keeping the mess on. All my nails are weak and every single nail bled constantly because of this set. Never have I felt this much pain on my nails and never again will I come to this shop or recommend anyone to get their nails done period.

Hannah has been doing my nails and pedicures for at least 7 years. Her nails look very professional and last a long time. I have gel nails. Always get compliments.

I love Hanna the way she did my nails she is totally not scared of any nails.The service can be slow but you have to understand that Hanna has a lot of appointments so you have to wait,but overall it’s AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

I was a 1+ year customer and got a pedicure every three to four weeks at this establishment. The last time I came was three weeks ago and it was my last time. The nail tech no longer did a good job on my pedicure. So I took my business to Kims Nails in front of the Big Lots on McCart. The staff at Kims greet you and do a hella good job on pedis.

Fantastic! The wait was a little long. But it was worth the wait. 👍

They were SO rude to my grandmother, including the owner! That is no way to treat customers. Wish I could give them zero stars. We will not be returning to this establishment.

Don’t go here. They are unprofessional and rude. Even if you make an appointment you will wait on average 45-1 hour. I like the work for the most part but after giving them several opportunities to get organized they have failed each time. When asking why should I even set an appointment if I still have to wait, the manager laughed and walked away. My family has gone to this local nail salon for years but under this new management I think it’s come to an end. I will not be returning and I would suggest for you not to even try. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience and not one to argue over or get treated inappropriately. Thanks for reading and hope it helps

The serives here is always slow. I came here 2 days ago and it was full. Came back like an 1 before closing (which was hours later) and asked a girl how long has she been waiting, she said 3 hours. Its ridiculous! As Im typing this right now, I have been waiting since 10:30. There are only 3 customers that they have been workong on. 3 people just walked in and walked out saying, They are always taking so long. They need to give drinks, snacks, or something to comfort the people who is waiting. Not once has anyone asked if Im ok or anything. Work on customer services and speed.

It was calm and it was a perfect way to get your nails done.

If you are a walk-in you will great service. If you are regular customer, they will push you to the side. They dont adhere to your appt time. They will always take a walk in over a scheduled appt.

I had never been a customer here until the new management of technician Hannah tppk over. She is amazing!! The shop is always very clean and sanitary. I watch and see all tools and equipment is sanitized regularly. I love the hot towel wrap during the mani/pedi. The staff are courteous and friendly and thorough. I always make an appointment, so rarely have to wait. A variety of quality nail polish and colors are available. I highly recommend Hannah who takes time and pride in her craft.

WORSE EXPERIENCE AND STAFF I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Told me it was a 15 minuet wait then after 15 minuets told me 30 minuets then all the asian ladies started giving me a bunch of attitude in front of my 6 year old daughter, NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMMEND SOMEBODY COMING HERE! Definitely need to learn professionalism and scheduling before opening an establishment such as a nail salon where customer service is insanely important !!!! Ugh so disgusted!

I dont even want to give them that one star. I waited almost a hour cause it wasnt enough technicians there. This lady walks in after me as soon as one of the ladies get finished walks up to her smiles asked about her family and pulls her back to a chair. So I leave, on my way out they try to stop me saying the other lady is almost finished.

Normally this was a place that I like to go to but 2 days ago I decided to get lashes along with my nails. My eyes are inflamed, blood shot red and infected. I went to the shop and they were shocked at my eyes but they refused to make amends.I DO NOT suggest anyone get lashes from this place. Clearly my eyes are infected by their utensils.
