First time and I loved it! It was clean, service was done nicely I didn’t get my techs name but she was friendly and knew what she was doing, best pedicure I’ve gotten in a while she made sure my feet looked good (I’m on my feet a lot). Also took my 6yr old with me to get her nails and toes painted and she loved the experience.

Wonderful. Lynn, the owner, is so very conscientious and attentive to the customers. My first time there, she did my acrylic nails and looked over several polish colors to help me get the right one. T took some time! Shes awesome. Prices are good. Great location. The whole place has a positive vibe. Highly recommend.

I went Friday and Lynn did such a good job on my pedicure and my dip nails Sunday I noticed I had cracks in 2 of my nails so I went in Monday to get them fixed I was expecting to be charged to redo them. Lynn was able to fix them quickly free of charge. She did a great job and has great customer service. I will be returning and I recommend this place. Thank you Lynn!

This is my 2nd and last time coming. The pedicures here are a joke. I’m on my feet for long periods of time for work and have developed a small callus under my heel and toe. You’d think they’d scrub that main area but nope! Not here, the lady briefly touches your feet with the scrubbing thing. No actual scrubbing is done, which defeats the purpose of a pedicure.

Every time I take my daughter here they cut her skin by the cuticles. In several different places, its not just once. We have tried different nail techs but its all the same. This will be our last time going here, the staff is friendly but the quality of service is pure trash.

I absolutely love this place, it’s very comfortable and the staff is very welcoming. I recommend calling or setting up an appointment before going because they tend to be busy and there is a wait most of the time. Miley takes really good care of me, I highly recommend her; she informs me with the prices each time I would like an add-on and she is great at recreating pieces.

First off I hate getting my nails and toes done at the same time! It’s so unprofessional and uncomfortable! I showed the a picture off their website which clearly wasn’t theirs and they just nodded their heads and said ok. I when he was done with my nails it was so sloppy!!! Nail polish was everywhere, so I asked for a file and sat there for 30 minute getting all the extra mess off my nails. Not one time did they ask was I ok and if the can fix anything. The lady who did my feet huffed and puffed the whole time. I definitely will not return and I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Oh and my nails were fat...

Dip nail manicure. I really enjoy coming here. It is a very friendly place and the people actually know what they are doing. I have been coming here since the beginning of this year and have not had one single complaint! Totally recommend it!

Depends who you get. One worker was great and did my pedi. She cleaned was friendly, my cuticles, massaged and lotioned in addition to painting.Man who did my mani was in a rush even thoug no one else was waiting and it was hours before closing. I was not offered a drink although everyone else was. Tried to just start painting my nails and I had to ask to have my cuticles done. No massage, no lotion and mediocre job on nails with lots of gunk left uncleaned under the nail after the sns.

I usually go to a place in Haltom City but they were booked up this Saturday. It been 6 weeks since I had my dips and my nails were breaking. I had been so busy myself but saw that Kool was open on Sunday as well if i couldnt get in Saturday. I called made an appointment for Saturday no problem. Walked in early sat down and was outta there in 50 minutes. My middle fingernail was split down the middle cross ways he managed to save it with no pain although he couldnt buff it as much as he did the rest completely professional staff and do more than just the basic dip nails I saw another person getting some amazing designs on top of her dips. Will be back.

Service was good but they over charge. They charged me $45 for this. And it was explained, that they charge $10 extra if the acrylic is longer than your real nails. In other words, if you do not get your actual nail covered with acrylic, then it is $10 more. What?! That makes no sense. I will never come here again!

Kool nails is ok, there is one person who is friendly everyone else isn’t. I feel the place needs to be updated as far as the massage chairs goes. And they always want you to get powder dip nails over gel nails because it’s much more convenient for them. It’s what the customer wants...

After going to all the over priced slow ‘up scale’ nail salons that Fort Worth has to offer I finally found Kool!! Coming from the east coast, I just want a quick but thorough manicure at a decent price...not a two hour extravaganza! And kool nails is just that! I love it there and the prices are very reasonable. I go to Mr. T for my dip manicure (after trying many stylists), he’s hands down the best I’ve found.

Love this place! Lyn does my nails, and they always look great!! Well....they were awesome at first, but the more I go the less pleased I am. This last time I went I told him I wanted a new set and he told me my nails were fine and how he didnt want to work that hard. Needless to say, my nails were so so and the shape wasnt what I asked for. They gave gotten very laxed and I probably wont be returning.

I had a shellac manicure done last week. I felt that the technician did a great job - it looked very clean and even. However, it has only been 4 days and almost all of my nails have chipped or completely peeled off. Ive never had a shellac manicure chip so soon; it typically lasts for about a week and a half to two weeks. It could have been the brand of polish she used, but I feel that paying $30 here instead of $35 at another salon just isnt worth it if the manicure wont even last through the weekend.

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and its been nothing short of perfect. Staff is so friendly, they always know exactly what I want, and their prices are reasonable. No complaints.

I went in as a new customer. I was over charged. I called back later and got a different price than what they charged to my card. As business owners its not good to be dishonest with customers. I will not return. I spoke with the manager or person in charge, said she hope they would see me again. I just want my refund. Please and Thank you. Im sure they wouldnt want me to pull one over on them.

Went in for a simple gel manicure and left very pleased with what I got! My technician did an amazing job, the place its self was very clean and organized. It was also great that they had a technician at every one of their stations ready for the next person. Will definitely return!!

Today was my first day going! And I loved it!! The staff is so nice, as soon as you get there they ask you if you would like anything to drink! The lady that attended me did awesome on my pedicure I would definitely recommend this place... they take there time and dont rush, and she didnt hurt me like other places! Loved it!!

Over charge. Take down and regular paint $11 at Legacy Nails. Here they charge $20. Kool nails atmosphere is not worth $20. You have 3 people work on your hands before they decide who will finish your nails. Legacy offers drinks, elegant and quiet ambiance relaxing music and dim lights.

I searched everywhere for a nail saloon when I moved to Fort Worth. I went to every high dollar fancy salon, and no one has done my nails better than kool nails. I never make an appointment because I know every single person that does nails in there (Miley, Ann, Tee, bee, Etc) do a great job no matter what. And they make sure you’re happy. Their pricing is much better and you get more bang for your buck. Lynn and lawn the owners are great customer service people and treat you right. It is more of a mom and pop shop! Best place in Fort Worth hands down. And they offer drinks!

I googled this nail shop before I came and saw the reviews were good so I stopped by after work and got a basic pedicure by June... She was attentive and OMG her massage almost put me to sleep... What a relaxing way to end my day... I will definitely be back- my go to nail salon and they also offer so many other services that I cant wait to try out.

Definitely the the best experience I had getting my nails done! The staff was friendly even though I was a walk in just an hour before they closed. Usually when I get my nails done its somewhat painful, this was the least painful experience Ive had. They offered me water and had fun conversations. My nails turned out beautiful, I love them! Of course they are going to encourage you to get a pedi, I told them not this time and that was the end of it, its a business so dont be upset at people trying to make a living lol.

Ive done the dip nails here once before and they came out pretty good. I went yesterday (Valentines Day) and it was a mistake. They seemed to be rushed. The job they did was messy. I was also talked into doing the dip powder instead of gel nails. The woman who did my nails said it would be the same price as gel nails. When I went to pay, the guy charged me 10 more dollars saying it was because dipping takes longer.

I come here about every two weeks and spend $100 every time to get my nails and toes done I tip well I might add. Today I had the rudest guy doing my nails and after I told him I wanted to change from the dip which is what I usually get to a regular manicure because they didnt have a dip color to match my toes his attitude completely changed.That being said I did not get my nails done and I need a new nail place to go to that does SNS dip, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I will not be spending my money here again.

Walked in at 6:15 and was told it was going to be a 45 min wait...on a Monday..nevertheless the man was very rude and dismissive like he just didn’t want to serve me so I took my money down the street to Aria and they did a wonderful job.

I love this place! Cindy was the first manicurist to do my nails as she was recommended to me. Shes fantastic, but everyone there is great. They never give me a hard time when I make dumb color and/or nail length choices either; LOL! Ive been doing SNS or Dip nails since the beginning. Its great...easy on the nails, and faster to get them done than the old acrylic. They look very natural. Im also getting my brows waxed by Miley and shes going a great job getting them back into shape. I couldnt be happier to have found them!

Chelsea and Mi Le (pronounced like Miley) are AMAZING! Been my go-to for well over a year. And the SNS products they use actually do wonders for the health and strength of your natural nails underneath. I have always been allergic to acrylic- and looking for an alternative, I found SNS. Then I found Kool Nails!

Never going back. The lady cut two of my cuticles and when I told her I was bleeding she didnt apologize and still charged me for the cuticle cut. The nail polish was on so thick that it wouldnt dry even after sitting in the salon for 30 minutes.

Went in for eyebrow wax, decided on a pedi, too. Ugh, it was horrible! The guy hurt me and actually made me bleed, the massage was him just kinda rubbing my legs for about 30 seconds, and my polish looks like a 6 year old did it. I will NEVER go back there! And overpriced!

Amazing customer service and pampered like a princess love this place!

Went in for pedicure...nails werent dry after 3 hours! The polish had bubbles all over, half polish came off two toes. Overpriced and now having to go to another place to pay more $ to get fixed.
